How you start and end your day matters!

When the sun begins to set, it is a good time to wind down and let your heart soften. Get comfortable and allow yourself to float gently into the world of dreams. A cozy ritual to do so is to read a bedtime story like The Bear - A Story from the World of Gra!

Of course, you can also start your day with a bedtime story and end it with a bit of scrapbook journaling. Each day is yours to design! ❤️
