Why Early Access?

“We want to continue the moment of our first release by moving the next part of the story into early access, so we can get chapters out to the public sooner. We are full dedicated to releasing the next wave of 8 chapters and are showing that dedication by launching into early access by releasing two fully readable chapters. We want and encourage community feedback and the small batch release structure will make it easier to make sure the conversation is focused and everyone's voice is heard.”

“About one year.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version will only contain a few chapters, and the final game will have additional features added. We are launching with two chapters of content and we plan for the finished version will have eight.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current state of the Early Access version has the next two chapters continuing the story of MDF: Magical Defense Force,, chapters 10 and 11, introducing a new Magical Girl and two battles with new Monsters.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Purchasers in the Early Access period will be able to purchase the game at a discounted rate. And price will increase as new content is added.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will listen to feed back about how the flow of the narrative is going and what people would want to see out of the story. What character fans want to see more of so we can write additional scenes to match there expectation.
