Why Early Access?

“We have a big vision for Rocketman, a game that mixes elements of top-down shooter, action RPG, tower defence and more. We want to create a game that offers a variety of gameplay options, characters, and stories that appeal to many players. We also want to explore the absurd and weird aspects of our game world and its characters and subvert the expectations of our players.

However, we know that achieving this vision requires a lot of time, effort, and feedback from our players. We want to make sure that our game is fun, balanced, and polished before we release it as a full product. That’s why we decided to launch our game in Early Access, so that we can work with our players to improve our game and make it as good as it can be. We believe that an iterative design approach that heavily relies on player feedback is the best way to create a game that meets the needs and wants of our players.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We believe that it will take us one year from the early access date to release the full game.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to release more chapters and add more upgrades and abilities. We plan to add a few more playable characters with new abilities, combat dynamics and gadgets. We also plan make our game more enjoyable, balanced, and polished.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Our Early Access version features two full chapters, each consists of multiple levels, and one playable character with multiple weapons and abilities.”

“We plan to make a small gradual increase in the price as we ship new content and features.”

About This Game

Play as Ranger Ross, the Rocketman. Under the command of Colonel Briggs, nicknamed Ranger Hound, take back the corporate colonies from Sommerkrit. Fight your way through the mines, about time these pesky aliens gave back what they stole. With the arsenal you have and our loyal allies at your disposal, blast your way to victory through this ultimate battle.


The Rocketman is a top-down shooter battlefield combining elements from action RPG games. It promises a unique top-down gaming experience while taking inspiration from other genres. Players start the game as Ranger Ross, they are thrown into an absurd world, with satirical tropes in an ultimately engaging field of battle. Players need to utilize their arsenal, maintain their ally bases, and break the enemy fronts before they get swarmed by waves of unforgiving enemies.

A swarm of enemies
Sommerkrits inhabitants have had enough of the corporate's presence, having learned the value of these crystal ores, they're starting to believe that what they have is actually theirs .... the local scum. They'll come at you with all they have, with each extra moment you allow them to live, they can upgrade their abilities, and spawn stronger units. Take out their lines before they destroy you.


Weapons and abilities
Ranger Ross is the finest soldier the corporate has to offer, unlock further weapons and abilities as you level up. Summon and upgrade your bots, from clucks to more precise powerful roosters!

A battle of fronts
Whether you decide to go solo beyond the enemy frontline or take an enemy lane on your own, is for you to decide. This is a battle of fronts, help your allies upgrade and join the attacking line, and protect your vanguard from enemy swarms. Your tactics may serve as the primary difference in the field of battle.


An Absurd World of false truths
The world of Sommerkrit is one of intrigue, false allegiances and deceit. It's a dangerous world, even for a ranger such as yourself. Taking on this mission will reveal some dark secrets about your past that will change everything ..... forever, beware of the commie guerrillas and their lies!
