What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Tiling Towers has all the main features implemented, however the game would benefit from having community feedback, to help decide what features and content to be implemented in future updates of Tiling Towers.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Tiling Towers will be in Early Access for approximately 6 months to 1 year, depending on how the development of new levels and features goes.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version of Tiling Towers will have more levels and more game modes, as well as new towers and enemies.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Tiling Towers has 2 modes at the moment. A 'Classic Mode' and a 'Boss Only Mode'. There are 8 towers to unlock and build and there are over 15 different enemies, including bosses.

Towers

With an arsenal of 8 towers to choose from, you will have plenty of options to protect the Crimson Crystal, will you use the Frost Tower to slow enemies down or use the Meteor Towers for high damage output, or a combination of both... the choice is yours.

Crystals

Use crystals to build new towers, you gain crystals for each enemy defeated.
Crystals will also occasionally spawn on tiles around the map, click on these crystals to harvest them... however for each wave that passes you gain more crystals per harvest. Do you harvest all the crystals as they spawn, or wait to harvest them at a higher wave to get more crystals.
