Why Early Access?

“Mind Sweeper is a Minesweeper X RPG game.

Putting the game into early access allows me to collect user feedback as early as possible to evaluate the game, such as: the difficulty of exploration in the game (Minesweeper gameplay), and the feedback of battles.

The goal is to make the gameplay and operations in the game more approachable through community feedback, and to allow community players to participate in the design process to make the game more complete.

I will continue to do so after the release of Early Access.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“current plan is about half year, but it depends on whether there will be new features in the future.

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Gameplay:

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The early access version includes part of the story mode and classic mode and random dungeon mode

Story Mode : Have game teaching and main storyline to lead players to know the world

Classic Mode : Same as classic Minesweeper, the combat and interactive object elements are removed.

Random dungeon mode: After the current classic mode is cleared, it will appear. There are several dungeons of different sizes. Every time you enter the map, objects are randomly generated, so that players will have a different experience every time they play.

The new main story map and the players monster team building will be the focus of the next release”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The current plan will not change, unless there is a very major feature update or a great change in gameplay. This is a stage where players and developers help each other. I hope that some people can like this game and hope to get feedback.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The community can join MindSweeper's Discord server (https://discord.gg/b2vnfrvt) to give suggestions based on the current play content and future ideas, and at the same time, it can also immediately feedback the errors in the game. When the community reaches a certain number, I will also hold AMAs on it from time to time and New feature voting, try to allow users to participate in the development.”
