“In Creation of a god there are some elements of psychological violence. In the levels there are some NPCs who are forced to experience violent episodes in a loop. Some characters are tied to poles and cannot move. Many NPCs will tell you about living in physical or psychological suffering. There are references to hunger and the inability to continue the journey. There is also visual violence related to death by traps or fights.”
