Some players are experiencing a hard lock when trying to enter the camp during a run.

It's difficult to reproduce and I am trying to find out what causes this.
I am not sure this update fixes it once and for all, but I am trying a few things under the hood.

The last of goo balls didn’t seem to know that the fantastic World of Goo… has just learned to speak a few new languages!

World of Goo has been officially upgraded to include brand-new translations in Russian, Simplified Chinese, and — for the first time ever — Ukrainian! All thanks to the tireless (and possibly goo-covered) efforts of our excellent translation community.

Translating a deeply American-centric game like World of Goo is no easy feat. How does one take all the internet puns, double-meaning jokes, and corporate-speak nonsense and have it make sense in another language? What does YAMAKO mean in Chinese? How can we know?

Eterspire - Stonehollow Workshop

New Content, Features & Improvements
  • We've added a Sort button to your inventory, allowing you to customize the sorting order in the Materials, General Items, and Cosmetics tabs. Depending on the tab, you can now sort items by acquire date (the current default), equipment slot, equipment tier, or alphabetically.

  • We've updated how cosmetics are organized to reduce confusion: the Cosmetics tab now only holds weightless cosmetics (those with a pink background). Cosmetics that do have weight (those with a white background) are now placed in your General Items tab instead, making it easier to track what's affecting your carry weight.

  • Introducing the Wardrobe! The old Cosmetics tab in your bank is now called the Wardrobe, and it is also accessible directly from your Inventory. Use it to store weightless cosmetics that you do not use as frequently, helping you keep your inventory clean and making it easier to organize your favorite cosmetics. Since you can access the Wardrobe from anywhere, you can change your look at any time you like!

  • On PC and Mac, you can now use Shift + Left Click when interacting with shops, the bank, the transmog table or the upgrade menu to perform actions more quicklym such as buying, selling, depositing or withdrawing items.

  • To celebrate Eterspire winning the 2025 EVA (Argentine Game Expo) People's Choice Award, you can now get your own EVA Award in-game as a cosmetic weapon! Visit Giftwrapper at the Stonehollow Fairgrounds to claim it. Thank you for your support!!

  • Introducing a new quest: Dungeons & Jackals! Team up with Elmerant the Jackal and journey deep into the mysterious Desert Tomb. Ancient secrets await those brave enough to step inside.

  • We've improved performance when navigating the UI with a controller, making it feel snappier and more responsive.

  • We've enhanced the Skeletal Beast from the tutorial quest by increasing its movement speed and adding new dodgeable area-of-effect attacks.

  • The Skeletal Crypt (the tutorial quest dungeon) now features skeletal archers that attack from afar, and additional aggressive mobs have been added to Oakridge Crossing.

  • A new class icon now appears next to each player's overhead name, letting you quickly recognize their role in battle.

  • Some notifications are now also displayed in the chatbox. We've done it right this time, so they shouldn't be intrusive or prevent you from chatting!

  • You no longer need to create a party manually to enter a Trial or the Bastion Challenge solo; the game will now create one for you automatically.

  • Introducing the Twilight Hunter box: a new set of cosmetic gear oriented ideal for Rogues and Archers, featuring bows and dual-wield equipment!

Bugfixes
  • Fixed a bug that caused exp bubbles to fly towards your feet instead of your chest.

  • Screen shake on hit and on kill has been fixed for Trial monsters.

  • Fixed a camera issue in the Skeletal Crypt where it would clip through the walls.

  • Fixed a visual texture issue with the ground in the Hermit's Garden.

  • Fixed a bug that caused certain map decorations to appear invisible.

  • Fixed a bug that had caused the scroll speed in menus to become excessively fast.

  • 173 accounts have been banned for using modded clients, which is against the Eterspire Rules. Burn!

Perished Truth - staticgamecompany

Hi everyone! We're thrilled to announce Perished Truth will be launching into Early Access this January 2026. The full Act I will be available at launch, offering a complete 6-8 hour story-driven survival horror experience inspired by classic "Resident Evil" and "Saw". As we continue to develop further acts and add more content, we want to involve the community to gain feedback and ensure the game reaches its best state.

Development began over 5 years ago; as a small team, it took us a while to get the game to a releasable state simply due to the scope of the project. Heart of the Machine - x-4000 (Chris McElligott-Park)

This is an update focused on items from recent feedback from players. A couple of them are rather amusing.

I'm still focused on my big sprint toward the Tier 3 goals, but I'm recognizing that I may wind up doing more intermediate builds (largely for purposes of the beta branch getting tested) than I thought. I honestly am not sure at the moment. I'm just kind of following whatever feels the most comfortable as I go. I have a set list of things I want to accomplish over the next months, but I try not to force myself on any specific order. Having that freedom feels nicer and gets everything done faster.

If you’ve spent time with Heart of the Machine and want to leave a review, that’d be appreciated. No need to say more than you mean, but if you’ve been meaning to write one, I’d be grateful. Steam reviews carry weight. For a project like this — developed by a single person over many years, every review makes a difference.

Honest thoughts are what matter. Whatever your experience has been, sharing it helps. It’s a powerful way to have your voice heard and contributes to how future patches are prioritized and addressed.

Clarity
  • Investigation Percentages: When you're investigating something as part of a project, it now gives you an accurate percentage completed on the project itself, rather than sticking at 0% and then eventually jumping to completion.
  • Homo Grandien Aftermath Text: Revised this to be more focused on how humans messed things up, rather than the ethical implications.
  • Bionic Dues Clarity: This goal now notes that there are multiple paths to creating the cult, but that the nature of the cult is the same regardless of how you create it. The aftermath text now no longer mentions this, as it felt out of place there.
  • Bionic Secret Aftermath Text:
    Corrected one spelling item here, as well as revised the text to no longer have the machine intelligence caring about the fact that the rebels didn't share with it for free. It would have found that suspicious.
  • WW4 Aftermath Text: Improved clarity of the wording.
  • Military Invasion Aftermath Text: Improved the wording to no longer include a typo, as well as not to be sometimes incorrect if you're in the International Scrutiny doom set.
  • Collapse A Fedcorp Aftermath Text: Improved the flow of the wording.
  • Executive-Tomb Aftermath Text: Improved the flow of the wording.
  • Vorsiber Ends A Civil War Aftermath Text: Improved the text to be a bit more mysterious.
  • Mech Equipment Renames: Shoulder-Mounted Rockets for mechs are now called Auxiliary Rocket Mounts, Shoulder-Mounted Lasers for them are now called Auxiliary Laser Mounts, and Infrasonic Loudspeakers for mechs are now called Infrasonic Amplifiers. This makes it so that in upgrade lists they actually show up properly, and since they have different names, they don't look like incorrect duplicates.
Balance
  • Hello Fellow Humans: Units that are supposed to be blending in with humans can no longer use saw arms in particular. This made for some pretty funny memes, but stretched credulity to say the least.
  • Yes I'm Really Angry: Finishing Civil Spycraft (on the beta branch) now grants +5 Hatred of Vorsiber. When you see it, you'll know why.
Bugfixes
  • Typo Fix: Fixed a typo in calling to Vericorp.
  • Clone Allegiance: Fixed a minor issue where clones of your units were not properly tied to your shell company if they were the sort that should have been. This didn't actually affect anything right now, but might in the future.
  • Achievement Fix: War Crime Blackjack" is now properly possible.
  • Typical Middle Managers: Fixed an issue where middle managers, out of touch with the state of the city, could require you to do something that was impossible in order to complete their quest. They now have a better grasp on reality.

Hello Spirits, new and old, as well as any cats that have made their way over here!

We’re happy to announce a small collaboration between ourselves and Bongo Cat, where you can get our delightful (and mischievous) cat in Bongo Cat as a skin to unlock. 🙀

This is really, really cool for us, not just because we love cats, but because we love Bongo Cat! You can often find the 1TK team hanging out in meowtiplayer throughout our workday. And we just think it is amazing to have a skin for our cat in a game we love, and now we get to decorate with many hats 😭

So how do you unlock this lil guy? You simply need to play the Turnbound demo for 5 minutes, that’s it.

If you are new to our game, welcome!

In Turnbound your soul is trapped within a board game and in order to escape, you fight against other spirits (players) in asynchronous autobattles. You do this by managing your inventory of tiles to create combinations and builds that beat your opponents. It’s inventory management with mahjong tiles, players have said it’s kind of like inventory Tetris meets Hearthstone Battlegrounds.
