A small update to the beta version of the game.

Fixes

- Fix for starting travel while still attached to salvage

- Fix for structural grinder turret losing targetting position on salvage target

- Fixed Dock button not showing after using hold position to stop travelling away from a space station

- Fixed a bug where too many asteroid fields would spawn after save

- Bulkhead is also available as a crafting recipe

Balance

- Slightly increased sell value for Bulkheads, Hull beams and Computing units

- Decreased materials needed for Bulkheads, Hull beams and Computing units

Added/Changed

- All targetable items will now drift back into the POI when they cross the boundary. This might lead to excessive Bouncy bouncy effects.

- New ship: Ferrum-Class Medium Miner (Stellar Industries)

- Prologue area: added Jumpgate pass to Sparax to the Orbitan spacestation

- Cursor

- Blueprints have a chance to be salvageable

- Improved display of Refinery ingredients when the scrollbar is visible

- Added text input field for Refinery / Forge craft count

- Added the ability to enable/disable individual turrets (will reset on travel/reload)

- Salvage shop also sells ammo now

- Tip added that yield improves item recovery chance percentage

Known issues

- Autopilot and missions don't always work well with core or structural turrets. This will be improved in the near future

Announced just now in Cozy Quest, we're excited to share that Townseek is coming to Steam in Spring 2026! 🌺 We've been working non-stop to make the game the best it can be, so that when it launches you can all enjoy the game with it's best foot forward. 😊

In addition to the release window, we're proud to announce we've updated our Townseek Demo with eleven new languages! You can now play through the demo in English, French, German, Spanish (Spain), Spanish (LATAM), Portuguese (Portugal), Portuguese (Brazil), Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese! 🗺️

With so many different languages, it's likely there are some mistakes that have fallen through the cracks. If you see anything we've missed, pop into our Localisation Feedback thread on Steam Discussions and let us know!

We've also made a handful of quality of life improvements and small tweaks to make your journeys even smoother. ✨ If it’s been a while since you last set sail, now is a perfect time to hop back in and see what’s new!
