This Christmas, we're bringing back the City of Joy, our scary zombie filled Holiday Season event that we've held traditionally once a year for the last decade almost.

1. Talk to Event NPC in each village square to be transported to The City of Joy

2. Purchase a Gun from the Gun Store

3. Shoot Zombies and Zombie Bosses to pick up Zombie Brains and Snowballs

4. Avoid Enemy Players or engage in Gun Fights

5. Trade Snowballs and Zombie Brains for Prizes

I've decided to bring back this event one final time before we say goodbye to the City of Joy and because we launched on Steam just a few months ago, a lot of players haven't experienced this event, which I know has brought a lot of Joy and is one of our favorite events. Next year onwards, we'll be transitioning to a different winter experience that I have planned.

The Delta Force security team is committed to maintaining a fair gaming experience,and will impose appropriate restrictions on those found to be cheating or in breach of our terms of service.

As developers, we understand the importance of ensuring a safe and fun environment for Delta Force players. As such, we adopt a zero-tolerance policy towards anyone found to be in violation of our game rules.This includes, but is not limited to, the use of plug-ins, illegal software, inappropriate behaviour, malicious use of exploits or bugs, etc.Once such behaviour is discovered, we will immediately launch an investigation and take appropriate action. This includes, but is not limited to, permanent account bans, lP bans notification inside and outside the game, etc.

At the same time, we also invite players to actively report inappropriate behavior in the game through reporting channels provides as well as through the community, in order to maintain a fair and healthy gaming environment.

PC:

This week (October 27 - November 2, 2025), enforcement actions targeted 3,624 users with 10-year bans, including 896 DMA bans/real-time interceptions/freeze actions. Additionally, 272 devices were permanently blocked, 7,483 cheating attempts were stopped in real-time, 1,430 players were forced offline for cheating, and 367 warnings were issued for teaming with cheaters. Measures also included 24 cases of bans with the confiscation of unfairly obtained gains.


Mobile:

1,363 players received 10-year bans, with 23,355 cheating attempts stopped in real-time.



Enforcement Actions on Economic Security Violations:


We have continued efforts against automated mass account registrations, processing 1,255 instances last week, and the violating accounts were permanently suspended.

Regarding the unauthorized acquisition of Delta Coins/Tickets, using methods such as third-party low-price top-ups, stolen account transfers, fraudulent card charges, and other unofficial discounted recharge schemes (including but not limited to directly recharging currencies, selling overpriced skins that do not reflect their true market value, or conducting real-money transactions [RMT] to obtain Delta Coins/Tickets), a total of 39 cases were dealt with last week. All illicit Delta Coins/Tickets acquired through these means were confiscated.

We further cracked down on the use of automated scripts, covering activities like auto-farming, auto-extract, auto-sell supplies, automated bulk account registrations, automated multi-login instances, and automated map runs/scavenging. Last week alone, 1,255 instances were addressed. This included 547 cases of benefits being confiscated and 708 account bans being issued.


We hereby confirm that we will continue to take action against all violation accounts in real time.We ask all Operators to abide by the rules of the game, and to help maintain a healthy and fair game environment for everyone!
