  • New Map: Classified Incident - "Misery Mansion"

  • Added new Achievements for Hard Mode Job Completion

  • broken pipes are now leaking sewage (heard you like new shit so I added new shit)

  • tweaked player camera to reduce motion sickness

  • several performance improvements (material & shader optimizations, texture size reductions, mesh polycount reduction, ..)

  • halved the game's file size

  • a lot of internal changes to be able to properly translate the game into 28 Languages

  • fixed a bug causing settings to not save properly

  • fixed a bug causing players to be unable to open the butcher's chamber on hard difficulty

  • tweaked and fixed AI pathing issues

  • fixed several spots in which cockroaches were getting stuck and unreachable

  • fixed a couple spots in which objectives spawned in unreachable locations or in walls

  • fixed an issue with the cult guy on Ritual's Row to not attack properly causing awkward staring contests

  • blocked off all boarded up paths with an additional wood plank so you can't crouch under anymore (cheeky)

  • more small tweaks/fixes/changes I forgot to write down

A Few Quick Matches - Studio Bidou

hello players!

we're currently aware of a bug involving steam invites that crashes the game, and are working on a fix. for now, when you create a lobby, set it to "public" and join your friends using the lobby code. we're hoping to resolve this issue within a day or two. the upcoming patch will include a few more online improvements to connections and stability as well.

our next patch will also include CPU AI updates. the CPU's are now smarter and play a bit more like humans, and because of the new systems, it will now be easy for us to create different difficulty levels for the CPU's in a future update.

A FEW QUICK MATCHES has been announced as a main title for PLATFIGHT ONLINE, an upcoming online tournament that celebrates platform fighters. there will be a $2000 pot bonus for this event, plus some exclusive AFQM merch! you can find out more details and register for the tournament for free here:

we're also still planning out workshop implementation and are working on some more content for the game as well. progress was slow recently because both of the main developers were moving houses. we'll be more active now as we're settling into our new places!

Hoi Hoi,

as the title may suggest, this will be the last content update. I still have a few ideas that would make the game more fun, but they are bigger changes that would take way too long.

The game was supposed to be a game where I learn multiplayer stuff and where I could just add random stuff that I think is funny.
There are some questionable choices in my code because I didn't know that much about net code, I would need to fix it all from the ground up to make any stable changes.

That's why I've decided to "finish" the game with the safe option, new Artefacts and bug fixes.

There are around 10 new Artefacts but I won't say what they do :)

Thank you all for playing my game! I really enjoy developing games and seeing so many people play my game made me really happy. I love watching your videos / streams and all the screenshots you have posted!

Being two programmers, and in general just three devs, we have entirely devoted ourselves into making oneway.exe fun and enjoyable to play.

In the past 3 days we have accomplished many major bug fixes, UI issue fixes, as well as properly implemented a functioning save system. All published routes are playable and completable, and importantly also logical!

We love this game it is our reason to be. We would and WILL do anything for oneway.exe
