此bug导致试炼中岳飞打不死的问题。单次受伤最大效果没有添加到反伤计算中,导致打60%血恢复50%血量,远超30%血量,岳飞坦度远超设计效果

应当是满血岳飞在超额伤害下最多可以抗3下伤害而变成了可以抗7下伤害。导致玩家在超额伤害时试炼岳飞异常难打

42、修复寻宝之翼超过7亿级时增加的炼器经验为负的问题。

43、修复王者之翼在到达10亿级时可以突破500%灵力上限的问题

44、修复王者之意在到达10亿级时可突破500%阵营移速的问题

45、修复寻宝之翼在到达8亿级时收益元宝为负的问题。

46、修复岳飞的流血效果在某种极端条件下计算时也会计算不大于60%最大上限,导致卡死的bug。

47、现在冥商试炼的试炼密保点击时会固定自动全部领取了。

48、修复做装备的翅膀,玩家修改超过21亿级时候会卡死的问题。

Company of Heroes: Europe In Ruins - Europe In Ruins Mod

Winter approaches and we are back with another major update for Europe in Ruins. Featuring a rework of the Soviet Urban Warfare doctrine, some significant changes to the commando doctrine as well as a whole host of launcher, art and balance changes.

As this is a last major update for the year, this update also brings a full war reset and company wipe, so if you haven't yet tried the mod or are a returning player, now's your chance for a fresh start and a level playing field.

UPDATE R067 CHANGELOG
1 - Launcher changes
  • Trueskill PVP rating system:

    • Increased skill level uncertainty for all players to accompany the wipe. (this will enable larger player rating swings in the first couple of weeks)

    • Added a skill level certainty floor so that player ratings don’t get “stuck”. This means player ratings will continue to see (small) changes even when a player reaches max skill certainty 

    • Fixed several calculation and UI issues with the balance bar which were resulting in the bar almost always showing one side at 100% favored. Battles that are “evenly balanced” and “tightly contested” will also no longer recommend team swaps

  • Players with certain special characters in their steam name will now be blocked from logging into the launcher and prompted to change their steam name. This will prevent them from crashing the battle lobby due to those characters not being supported by the COH lua code. (This is a temporary measure until we have a better solution ready)

  • Warmap contribution costs for the warmap rewards have been reduced to 4000/2500/1000 (from 5000/3000/1000)

  • Removed player rating from the player profile screen. This rating was a remnant from our old rating system and is no longer in use. Players still have a commander rank which shows their company progression. Hovering over the rank progress bar shows both company and profile wins and losses

  • Added a number of new launcher and ingame ability icons (thanks Speedy!)

  • Added a legendary variant for the medics on standby and armored reserve card granting +15% reroll chance. (instead of +10%)  Also reduced the reroll XP penalty to -33% (from -50%) - Note that bonuses from 2 armored reserve or medic cards will not stack.

  • Games that end before 15 minutes will now no longer give gold or card drops

  • Players will now be notified when they are about to ready for a battle with significant unspent resources (i.e. forgot to resupply their company) 

  • Meeting engagement has been made the default mode for all AI games

2 - Gameplay and balance changes

  • Updated Villers Bocage (8p)

  • Carentan (8p)

Other map changes:

  • Removed El alamein from map rotation

  • Abbeville Winter (8p) is making a return for the Christmas season

Soviets
  • Saperi minesweeper added to the base unit roster (note that the BA63 also has inherent mine detection)

  • T34: Mine roller upgrade speed penalty reduced to -10% (from -30%)

  • BR-354P: penetration upgrade cost on SU-76 increased to 50 MP, 15 F (from 50 MP)

  • PTRS rifles: upgrade cost on guards increased to 90 MU (from 70)

  • Urban Warfare doctrine refresh:

    • KV1: now added to the base unit roster for the doctrine

    • Serzhant

      • Artillery barrage recharge reduced to 600s (from 720)

      • Fire order now a default upgrade. Health penalty removed. Weapon cooldown bonus reduced to -25%. Recharge increased to 180s

    • M-42 ATG: added to the Storm & steel unlock. A lighter 45mm anti tank gun that fires faster but with lower base damage and penetration. Can garrison buildings (this replaces the kharkhov vet ZIS ATG garrisoning)

    • Cover and Move: now gives access to the SG-42 MG upgrade (moved here from Shock Army)

    • Lone Wolves: new ability replacing “Shock Army” 

      • Spotter teams replaced by a lone Spetsnaz sniper unit, can move while cloaked and has access to a marksman shot on recharge. Can also purchase commando demolitions.

    • Razdevka Command: new ability

      • Forward HQ now grants -50% grenade recharge to own infantry and -15% reload to all own and friendly infantry within its sector

      • Spotter team can purchase “Fire team” upgrade, giving access to a smoke and mortar strikes on cooldown (+60 MU)

    • Eviction

      • Should now properly apply the bonus to Sturmoviki PPSH

      • Now deals bonus damage against heavy and garrison cover (instead of fully ignoring that cover) Ability extended to T70s and KV1s

    • Urban Aggression

      • Removed T34 Sherman/Churchill armour swap

      • Now grants infantry +20% accuracy after a 10s delay when in garrison or heavy

    • Siegebreaker:

      • Removed Mortar damage buff

      • Moisin buff now also gives bonus moving accuracy

    • Small Unit Tactics:

      • -1 Man Upgrade on Strelki now +20HP/man instead of +25

      • -2 Man Upgrade on Shtrafniki now +20HP/man instead of +25 and 5 pop (instead of 4). Cost reduced to 20 MP (from 30)

    • Concussive Blast

      • AT grenades now have an incendiary effect on detonation, dealing damage over time to target vehicles for up to 10 seconds. 

    • Soviet Resilience: renamed to “Stand to the Death”

      • Removed -7.5% received damage per man lost

      • Strelki and Shtrafniki at or below 2 men now receive heroic criticals

    • Rapid Reload

      • Reload bonus now an active ability on KV1s, T70 and T34s, -33% reload for 20 second duration. 

      • KV2 cooldown buff removed, -15s cooldown moved to unit veterancy

    • Extra ROKs flamethrower: upgrade cost reduced to 50 MU (from 60)

    • Sector surveillance: new offmap replacing the recon run. A sector is marked for surveillance for 120 seconds. When a unit is detected in the sector, a flare is triggered, providing line of sight.

    • The Motherland Calls: new offmap replacing the rocket run. Players can purchase bonus manpower to use for infantry reinforcement ingame.

    • Forward HQ: cost increased to 90 MU (from 80)

    • Molotov Assault: cost decreased to 60 MU (from 70). Unlock moved.

Americans
  • Fixed a bug with allied riflemen not being able to reinforce

  • Pour it on ‘em: Fixed the M8 scott weapon still using the old (slightly faster) reload values

  • Rangefinding experts: enfilade damage increased to 2 (from 1), AOE damage set to 1

  • Whizbang: 

    • Cost reduced to 460 F (from 500)

    • Veterancy requirements increased to match calliope. 

    • Barrage can now be interrupted

    • Base barrage cooldown reduced to 210s (from 240). Vet 4 cooldown reduction reduced to 30s (from 60)

  • Calliope:

    • Slightly reduced rocket scatter to make the barrage more consistent

    • Increased the rocket damage on the rangefinding barrage to 30 (from 20)

    • Barrage can now be interrupted

  • M20: cost reduced to 60 F (from 70)

  • Infantry doctrine changes:

    • Ranger captain

      • Mark target removed and added as a free upgrade to I&R infantry.

      • Can no longer receive grenades from A&P infantry

    • Howitzer: cost reduced to 130 F (from 140)

    • Full package: cost reduced to 145 MU (from 150)

    • American Industry: now gives riflemen 3x BAR without the Suppression Fire ability. Cost reduced to 75 MU (from 90)

    • M1 Bazookas: now have significantly higher accuracy against tanks (ca. 20 - 50%, highest for bigger tanks)

    • 75mm GMC: post fire and ready aim time reduced. Reload time reduced to 4.5 - 5s (from 5 - 5.5)

    • 76mm GMC: post fire aim time reduced. Now has HVAP penetration values. Deflection damage increased to 0.2 (from 0.15)

Commonwealth
  • Land Mattress: cost reduced to 400 MP, 120 F (from 500 MP, 200 F)

  • Trench Busters: minimum flamer damage increased to 25 (from 15)

  • The commonwealth: fixed a bug with +1 man on 17 pounders not applying

  • Commando doctrine changes:

    • Polsten rework: Now a 4 man crew weapon with longer range, reduced rate of fire but increased damage and suppression output 

    • Commando mortar rework: Now a faster firing mortar with significantly faster pack up and set up time. Lower base damage and range.

    • Vickers K:

      • Increased base suppression by about 30% on M and S range.

      • Incremental accuracy increased to 1.03 (from 1.02)

      • Cost reduced to 50 MU

    • Blackout: cost reduced to 25 MU. Max purchase increased to 3 (from 2)

    • Partisans

      • Now a default unit in the commando doctrine

      • Can now purchase booby traps, gammon bombs and mp40s by default

      • Tripwire flare mine: now deals minor damage to infantry and slows vehicles. Flare duration increase to 30s. Cost increased to 20 MU (from 10)

      • Now receive the surveil target ability by default

      • Max limit set to 5

    • The Paras:

      • Now gives commandos +5 HP with the purchase of stens

      • Sappers and tommies now receive -15% received accuracy and -10% received damage while moving (mirroring AB armour)

    • Marksman training: New ability replacing Bridge at Benouville

      • Recon infantry shots now apply +15% received accuracy and damage for 30 seconds

      • Piat hits now apply a +25% received penetration penalty on the target for 30 seconds

    • By Sea, By Land: Partisan weapon crate upgrade moved to Autumn song. Tommy boys AT upgrade moved to tools of the crate. Unlock will be filled in in a next patch. 

Wehrmacht
  • HEAT rounds: fixed a bug with the ability not applying to Panzer V CT

  • Force recon

    • Removed the healing ability from the Panther

    • Added the ability to halftracks

    • Volksgrenadiers now receive healing at 4 men (instead of 3)

  • Nebelwerfer: Weapon HP reduced to 300 (from 350)

  • LeiG: weapon HP reduced to 300 (from 320)

  • Medic bunker: cost increased to 120 MU (from 100)

  • Jagdpanzer IV: cost reduced to 400 MP, 210 F (from 460, 230). Panther upgun cost increased to 60 F (from 50)

  • Assault training: 6 men volksgrenadier cost reduced to 210 MP (from 215)

  • Cover & Evasion: cost on PAK40 reduced to 40 MP (from 50)

  • ZB26: damage modifier against soldier armour increased to 0.70 (from 0.65)

  • Granatbusche 39:

    • Cost increased to 110 MU (from 85)  

    • No longer auto-targets to shoot over objects

Panzer Elite
  • Char B1: IST upgun upgrade removed (for now)

  • Elefant: Cost reduced to 860 MP, 600 F (from 960, 700 F)

  • Nashorn: veterancy tables equalised with Marder

  • Hotchkiss Stuka 37mm: main gun reload penalty reduced to +15% (from 33%)

  • Heroes of Monte Cassino: Fallschirmjaeger +1 man: cost reduced to 50 MP (from 60)

  • Incendiary barrage: cost on hummel increased to 80 MP (from 60)

  • Fallschirmjaeger MG34: AP rounds penetration modifier increased to 6x (from 3x)

  • Panzer Commander: “Hunt Target” ability recharge increased to 120s (from 90s)

  • Interdiction: Panzerschreck treadbreak now has a short aim time added (to prevent you from being able to fire two schrecks consecutively when timed well)

  • Zimmiterit: can now be purchased again on the 50mm HT

Today's patch is largely centered around improving the online multiplayer experience.

Online Mode Updates
Online Improvements
  • Automatic Host Selection: The host with the best internet connection and pc specs will be chosen as the host. This will reduce lag for all players.
  • Online communication is way more efficient now due to custom packet reduction and compression techniques. This should reduce lag and load on the host.
  • Game type search preferences are now saved between battles.
  • Additional smoothing has been applied to units for better game feel.

Online Bug Fixes
  • Fixed an issue where too many players would try to join a lobby at the same time, and those who couldn't make it in would be stuck in matchmaking until they restarted their search. Being kicked from a match now automatically restarts matchmaking.
  • Fixed an issue where decaying buildings and rider mines were not removing themselves from the server unit manifest.
  • Fixed an issue where a mech would not be actionable for a short time after using the rescue jet.
  • Fixed an issue where commanders could not play cards when near a valid location, even if the UI was showing that the card could be played in the last valid nearby location.
  • Fixed an issue where boulders could jitter really fast when near a cliff edge during online multiplayer.
  • Fixed an issue where Rider Mines could become desynced.

Balance Changes
    Revolver Mech Buff
  • Revolver Mech can no longer cancel reloads. This was usually done accidentally by players, leading to a worse experience.
  • Revolver Mech weapon bloom capped at a smaller amount, to increase accuracy when fanning the hammer.

Miscellaneous Updates
  • Sandstorms updated for improved FPS on low end hardware.
  • Title screen updated for improved FPS on low end hardware.
  • Slight improvements made to Mech Select, Map Select, and Deck Building screens.

Features of this event
  • If Score Exchange is launched in parallel with Lucky Draw, then 1 spent gold coin is equal to 2 points.
  • These accumulated points can be used both in the Score Exchange event itself and in the Lucky Draw event (points spent are displayed exactly in both events and if spend points in Score Exchange, they will disappear from the Lucky Draw event and vice versa.)
  • IMPORTANT! If the points are not spent by the end of this event, the points can be reset to zero if one of the related events - ends (Lucky Draw or Score Exchange)

  • Mechanical Set Unlocking: I’m reworking the system to be more interactive. Soon, you’ll unlock new mechanical fish by playing mini-games instead of relying on random drops. This will make new set feel a bit more unique and more fun to play.

  • Upcoming Fish Sets: Development is ongoing, and new sets will be released in future updates. All future sets will include a unique unlocking mechanic.
