Team MoonSun has always allowed players to freely stream Eclipse.
However, as many Agents have expressed concern over broadcasting the ending—given that Eclipse is heavily story-driven—we have decided to share a set of streaming requests to help minimize spoilers and preserve the game’s experience for future players.

🎥 Streaming Guidelines

  • Live Streams:

    • No restrictions for both the demo and full game. You may stream all the way to the ending in real time.

  • Climax Section:

    • Defined as any gameplay after unlocking the “The Sun” or “The Moon” achievements.

  • VODs / Clips / Edited Videos:

    • Please exclude the Climax Section from any VODs, clips, or edited uploads.

    • All content prior to this section may be uploaded freely.

📌 Summary

  • Live Streaming: No restrictions (demo, full game, and ending allowed).

  • VODs/Clips/Edited Videos: Must exclude content after The Sun or The Moon achievement is unlocked.

Attention all Engineers! Central Command has deployed new technology to help you out there.


🌱 Major Changes
  • Creature Containment – Wildlife can now be captured and loaded into Incubators. Harvest rare resources without the risk of losing a limb in the process.

  • Auto Farming Plots – Let your crops tend themselves while you focus on more… automation.

  • Genetic Modification Station – Why settle for ordinary plants when you can breed super-crops? Research GMP and rewrite nature’s code.

  • Tech Tree – Explore new technologies with a structured, rewarding research system.

  • New Items – Plenty of new Items from various sources to be discovered and automated


🔧 Small Additions
  • Added Glass Structures — because sometimes you do want the neighbors to see your base.

  • Modular Armor Color Wheel — express yourself in style while dodging enemy fire.

  • Boiling Chamber Sound — because silence in a reactor is never a good sign.

  • Cables now auto-place the next power pole when connecting — efficiency upgraded.

  • Multiplayer stability upgrades — fixed plenty of issues related to multiplayer

  • Items on conveyor belts no longer invisible after load

  • Fluid Splitters now split fluids more efficient.

Long time no see, brothers and sisters!
After my continuous hard work and learning, I have finally achieved something I’ve always wanted: the game lobby and the ability to join games in progress. It may sound simple, but for a randomly generated map, it’s still a bit challenging.
This update adds a new weirdo, new abilities, new achievements, and optimizations for other content. Since there is no development team, there will definitely be some bugs. If you find a bug, you can leave a comment on this page, or tell me on Discord or QQ, and I’ll fix it as soon as possible.
If you still want to play the previous stable version, right-click the game in your Steam library, go to Properties, and change the beta branch to the “stable” version. Also, I hope those who haven’t left a positive review yet could give one — your positive feedback is my motivation to keep updating!

Background story of The Starver
He came from another universe, cruelly betrayed by an undercover teammate, and ultimately died far from home. Just before his death, a flash of white light teleported him into our building. I believe our fellow building managers will know how to take good care of this new neighbor.
Because he never had a full meal in his life, our new neighbor is as skinny as a monkey. But don’t underestimate him — he’s much tougher than he looks.
(Friendly tip: The kid has never eaten his fill — give him something tasty and he’ll be quite happy.)

Update contents
  • The building manager’s health has been reduced across all difficulties. Many friends said the building manager was too hard to defeat. Actually, as long as you make it to the top floor, that’s already impressive enough — it counts as clearing the game. There’s no need to force yourself to take down the building manager. But if you really want to challenge him, you’ll need to be well prepared: a powerful weapon, a few hearts to stay alive, some bottles of DDV to deal with the weirdos he summons, and so on. I won’t list everything here — more techniques are waiting for you to discover!
  • Added game lobby! Players can now join other players’ games in progress. There may be bugs, so remember to leave feedback
  • New weirdo: The Starver

We have an important announcement to make. Since we are dissolving our old business and founding a new one, Drill to the Stars will no longer be available for purchase on Steam as of today. Of course, current owners will still be able to play the game without any limitations.

Once our new business is set up, we are planning to re-release the game for everyone to enjoy again. However, this will probably take some time. Until then, thank you again for all your support on this journey to the stars—it has meant the world to our small team.
