I'm making a change on how the game is funding, instead of relying on this DLC (which currently made 0$, mind you), I'll use the Patreon instead to gauge the interest as well as a proper fund instead.
Right now, I'm about to start working on the game, leisurely, because of no income I had to do something else and I have less time to work with the game itself, but with enough Patreon, I can put more time into it.
This also means I'll pull the Donator DLC from the Store and will not be available anymore, but if you already bought it, it will still give you the kickstart unlock, +5% unlocker/currency loot rate, and the icon next patch, but be sure to open the game with the DLC once.
Speaking of Patreon, I'm considering the Tier incentive, no idea about it yet, I could add the +5% bonus thing to one of the Tier. If anyone has the idea suggests to me.
Now back to the game, I'm thinking about new difficulty but have no idea rather than more RNG and enemy stats boost, I want to make it more difference without a specified content lock to a low percentage of the player as well, so it might come later. So, the next patch would be all about a new map to the first 2 regions, enough so I can set a randomizer to not duplicate a map each round.
Oh, I also made a /r/XecrystRemains it's empty right now, I may do the Discord later as well, so you can direct message me easier.
So I will have another update going out in the next day or so. This related back to what is seen in previous updates, but to let you all know what to expect.
Features
Shortcut to open black market for plague/poison available notifications
Shortcut to wedding event for upcoming weddings
Shortcut to funeral event
Shortcut to coronation event
Shortcut to birth event for upcoming royal births
Shortcut to volcano for the volcano eruption event
Shortcut to hostages screen when a new hostage is taken
Some of these shortcuts are proving rather slow to implement, so apologies for the time between updates! But by the end of all this, hopefully it will make navigating between events a lot simpler and I can start implementing other change requests :)
On the 25th of June 2019, starting from 8:00 CEST (24th of June, 11 PM PDT), the server will not be available for 4 hours due to the application of Update 0.29.
Please note that the content of this major update will be disclosed in a separate post.
Hi folks, I'm in the final days of prepping DestructoPod for release and decided I need to add a lot more controller flexibility. Currently the game is only setup for xbox. Using steam’s controller system I will be able to fully support the steam, xbox, and ps4 controllers. The change has already made the game controller easier to use and much more flexible in its setup.
Unfortunately, this also means that I need to delay the launch by about a week. Need to perform some stress testing on this change and get it signed off. Sorry about that, but this will definitely result in a much better controller experience.
Also, if you have a controller setup that you think would be ideal for DestructoPod, please let me know.
Main Hab (HQ) / Workshop is the most important construction in the Martian colony and a command centre of the base. It is a two storey building that consists of modules. It provides everything that’s needed to survive on Mars for a short time for one person. The Hab protects the player against radiation as well as the harsh environment of the planet and provides space and equipment for growing minimum amounts of food.
Main Hab will be a cosy place for regaining the strength and a shelter with perfect view. Inside you will have a bed, so you can take a nap or go to sleep whenever you need. In the Main Workshop you’ll also have some space for Workbench and ChemLab to fix anything you need. Inside you will also have a 3D printer (necessary for printing spare parts) and a CO2 Scrubber which will help you maintain a breathable atmosphere.
Inside you can also create a small greenhouse and cultivate plants on hydroponic shelves. You will have specialistic devices, such as seed modification machine, plant incubator and food processing unit, but you won’t be able to fit everything in one Hab, so either choose wisely or prepare to expand your base.

We kept at it over the weekend after releasing the Trapped Beta. There are several tweaks and bug fixes for y'all in this update.
BUGS
Multiple Jakes - In multiplayer, if someone selected Jake and then stayed near his spawn, they would see other players spawning in as Jake and then disappearing. This was due to the partially initialized player character object being allowed to render when it wasn't supposed to. This should now be fixed.
NPCs vs goo - These should now be correctly damaged when they make contact.
Goo rising endlessly - The termination condition for the rising of the goo was being evaluated incorrectly. This should now be fixed.
Friendly Fire - Friendly fire was broken and is now working as intended. Note that robots and turrets CAN damage you. It's not intentional. They're just not that up to speed on gun safety.
Objective lockouts - In multiplayer, personal objectives were not being properly locked out for other players as players made their selections. This is now fixed.
Single player mode - This was always intended to be a 'hardcore' mode in that death ended the game for that character. To reflect this, single player mode is now labeled 'hardcore' in the game settings menu.
Ranged AI - Movement of ranged AIs has been somewhat improved. Still more work to do but ranged AIs are definitely more dangerous now.
Fog / goo visual artifacts - The goo surface was rendering incorrectly at certain view angles because of a shader interaction with the fog. This has been fixed.
CONTENT
Capture objective thumbnails - The images presented in the personal objective screen are now updated to reflect changes to the map.
Weapon audio - The pistol shot cue has been replaced with one that has a more distinctive sound. The MP7A1 shot cue has been replaced with one that sounds much better and attenuates properly over distance. All shot cues have had their audible distance extended to make it easier to hear fights in progress.
Loading screen backgrounds - These have been replaced with higher resolution images.
