Defense Grid: The Awakening - Valve
Defense Grid update:

- Added in some logging to track down leaderboard issues a few people have been having.
- SECOND WEEKLY GAME UPDATE OF FIVE: To celebrate the new Defense Grid 2 Kickstarter we’ll be updating the game with new content over the next four weeks. To view and enter the contests, go to the Contest button on the Main Menu.
- NEW CONTEST: Play the new mode, “Shredder”, added to the “Borderlands” map “Infiltration”.
- NEW CONTEST: Play the mode “Fully Loaded”, in “The Awakening” map “Barrier to Entry”.
- NEW CONTEST: Play the “Alien Breeder” mini-game.

- Cheat codes that may help in creating your fan trailer. While playing a level, each cheat code is entered on the keyboard and must be proceeded by “=” or “4”. Then type one of the codes listed below.
- happerdown = Enables/disables music playback.
- hideui = Show/hide the user interface.
- hidecursor = Show/hide the reticle in the center of the screen.
- riotmod = Enter/exit free camera mode to let you fly around the level. The camera can ONLY be controlled by using a game pad.
- Left thumbstick = Rotate the camera up/down/left/right.
- Right thumbstick = Move the camera up/down/left/right.
- Left shoulder button = Move the camera forward.
- Right shoulder button = Move the camera backward.
- The A and B buttons still function as normal to build and upgrade towers.

Some bug fixes in various features, such as:
• Various random crashes fixed
• Various issues with Steward and Routes fixed
• Various updates applied to missions
• Some display issues and typos fixed
A number of community requested improvements have been added:
• Advisor hints are less frequent and more appropriate
• Shipyard, even when the player's rank has raised, still offer small vessels for sale
• You know see your reputation improve when you hunt pirates and destroy pirate lairs
• Looting towns is now more rewarding
• Mission rewards for commodities transport missions has been leveled
• You now have access to more missions – essentially missions given by Governors – and even sabotage missions
• The steward may now also buy commodities
• You may click on citizens (and listen to their feedback about the current situation)
• If a town needs construction materials, the price for those materials also increases on the market
• When you play on your own, you may now choose your own color
• You now have access to more starting options when you play a Free Game
• You may now set game speed to 0
• Player convoys may now only be set on Patrol mode in your own town to protect it (if that convoy is fighting, no one else can attack the town)
• Convoys on Patrol will automatically optimize their fighting power after each battle they win
• Shipyards in player towns will now have more frequently vessels to sell
• Doubled the view range of convoys
• Special buildings can now only be built when the player achieves a specific rank
Some improvements have been made to naval battles:
• Explosive barrels are easier to use as they last longer
• Explosive barrels have a larger range
• You may now also use the middle mouse button to dispatch explosive barrels
• Sail damage now has bigger impact (and makes boarding easier)
New features
• Try your luck to make some money in Taverns
• The Treasure fleet is implemented: convoys are easily spotted on the sea map and transport a lot of gold (especially when going back to Europe)
• More animated portraits, for instance for reports from town administrators and viceroys
• Two new commercial routes strategies are available to either distribute resources among warehouses or to centralize them in one warehouse
• The strategy Empty warehouse now empties only the first warehouse on the route
• You may now use an Xbox gamepad to play Port Royale 3
• If, on the sea map, you click on a town using the middle mouse button, the building menu for that town will open and you don't have to go into that town anymore to build things

Multiplayer and Diplomacy
• Players can now play Multiplayer games! (Steam is required).
• New Diplomacy system in Multiplayer and Single play: Now when a player sends a proposal to rival Mage it will be delivered on the beginning of his/her turn. You will receive an answer on your subsequent turn. The Diplomacy Screen was modified accordingly. Also a player will never know for sure if his\her proposal would or would not be accepted - there will be seen only a prediction of it before the message is sent.
• Changed diplomacy effect of relations with gods
• Behavior of AI Mages improved with personalities and new factors

"Lords and Artifacts"
• Mighty Lords come to your service! They can learn faster than normal units and receive many powerful abilities as they progress through level-ups. You can hire these heroes as they come occasionally searching for job, find them in monster layers or even receive them as quest reward.
• Lords can use powerful Artifacts which could be found in monster dens, received as quests rewards, gained and lost during battles, bought from Trader of Artifacts or smelted to mana.

Bug Fixes and Improvements
• A player may turn on/off Victory Conditions on the Game Start.
• Player can now destroy his buildings from city interface
• Mages, Veterans and Halberdies got new skills. Mages can learn to cast fireballs and Veterans now have ZoneOfControl perk.
• New actions for Galleons units of humans and mosters
• Implemented a News message when you successfully research a new spell.
• Implemented a News message when any of the Great Mages controls a certain percentage of Holy Grounds.
• The Unity Spell cannot be counterspelled anymore, but its casting time was made longer. Also starting to cast a Unity spell worsens relations with all Great Mages.
• A Message "A Great Mage is Defeated" now looks better.
• AI now uses Dispels smarter and more aggressively.
• Teleportation spells casting interface logic is more intuitive:
now you can select a spell, then a target unit, and then a hex to move.
• Fixed an issue: an enchantment cast on a unit in transport ship is now shown properly on unit when it disembarks.
• Game loading has become faster.
• Great Mages now think 10-15% faster.
• Settlers do not receive experience points any more.
• Fixed an issue when a player could remove a "self-destruct" perk from units summoned by other units.
• Fixed a crash on clicking on a News message about a new unit if the city was destroyed.
• Fixed an issue with the unit's experience when a unit is upgraded twice the same turn.
• Fixed an issue with game camera position at the game start.
• Fixed an issue when unit movement points and "cooldown" timers could be higher than their current maximum.
• Fixed some issues with duplicating perks.
• Fixed a rare crash when a player disbands his unit.
• Fixed bug with flying units teleportation on water hexes

Known issues
• Sometimes you cannot enter text - fixes with restarting game from menu
• Disconnect not always works well

Gundemonium Recollection - Valve
Due to popular demand, we've added the complete remixed soundtracks (by DM Ashura and Woofle) and original soundtracks for all three games in the Gundemonium Collection (Gundemonium Recollection, GundeadliGne and Hitogata Happa) in celebration of the Steam Summer Sale. That's a total of 75 tracks, counting some new bonus tracks! The soundtracks are also available to those who have previously purchased the games, so no one will be left out.

After downloading or updating any Gundemonium Collection game, you can access its songs in the "Soundtrack" subfolder, inside of the game's install folder.
