We are ready to reveal more news that the upcoming Nuclear Update โ˜ข๏ธ contains for you. You have already learned what supply drops are and how they work. One of the next special events you may encounter during gameplay is:
Probes๐Ÿ›ฐ๏ธ


Keep an eye ๐Ÿ‘€ on your tablet; sometimes you might receive a signal from a probe. If you choose to follow the signal, a dedicated tracking point ๐Ÿ“ will appear on your screen. The event is not time-limited, so you don't have to rush, but hey, who doesn't want to reveal the mystery already? ๐Ÿ˜

Probes contain pendrives which are small electronic devices carrying technology data.


You can get it out of the probe and insert it into the corresponding science bench. The bench will decode the pendrive and you will be rewarded with experience points. ๐Ÿ’ก You can use any bench you want or have access to, but using the appropriate one will give you the most experience points, so choose wisely!


We've also added two additional Historical Sites - Mars3 lander and Mariner probe. So get ready to go on an expedition and try to find them. And if you're a kind of photographer soul - take a screenshot ๐Ÿ“ธ of them, we'd love to see it!

You can now expect packages ๐Ÿ“ฆ of essential equipment and resources from the E.R.A. If there is a supply drop scheduled somewhere in your area, you will get a notification. Follow the coordinates from notification ๐Ÿ“ and see what's inside! ๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ

๐Ÿš€ Automated Miners



There are small and big Miners - both were designed to facilitate the mining โ›๏ธ process by retrieving the resources straight from underground sources.



Use the new functionality of your spectral detector (which needs to be upgraded to lvl 3) or the Heavy Rover (unlock new technology to use it) to scan your surroundings in search for resource spots and build the automated miner* in the most convenient place.
*Miners require uranium rods to work.

Occupy Mars: The Game - adrianna_PyramidGames
Greetings, Martians!

We are super grateful for your commitment and willingness to test the latest version on the public testing branch. ๐Ÿ˜

After several days of actively monitoring and analyzing your feedback regarding version 0.142.8, we are happy to say that no major problems have occurred and thus, it can be enjoyed by all players on the default branch. ๐Ÿฅณ

0.142.8 public testing -> default

This version mainly focuses on improving game performance, general quality of life and bugfixes. We also strongly encourage you to dive into game's video settings and find the configuration that's the most convenient for you.

Note: we do know that there are still major FPS drops when riding the vehicles. We're still working on that, thank you for your understanding.

Which features were added:
  • Vegetables stay 100% fresh within an hour of being harvested
  • Possibility to take tool directly from the workbench after its upgrade or repair
  • Weather forecast notifications in tablet's message tab
  • Improved visibility of list of resources and added info about all materials owned while building
  • Automatic rocket assembling on the workbench
  • Autodrive for vehicles* (* To activate the autodrive, press G)
  • Possibility to add more food-related buildings in the greenhouse: food processing unit, fridge and botany workbench*
    * This feature will allow you to place indoor equipment such as a fridge, botany workbench and food processing unit in the greenhouse.
  • Extended list of items that can always spawn in the abandoned bases
  • Empty seed magazines being deleted after fully used
What we have fixed:
  • Changed game save backup location
  • Issues caused by assembling many rockets on a few workbenches simultaneously
  • Loading some kinds of ore to the truck could kill the player
  • Player could die when running into rock while using jackhammer
  • After grinding storage or fridge, MRE is not given back to player
  • Game exits to Windows while loading items from save file (corner case)
  • Continue button not clickable in tutorial 0 (corner case)
  • Saving game with circuit box and board opened results with deleting the board
  • Unable to get off the ATV (corner case)
  • No passage to the lobby from rebuilt connector after tornado
  • Game freezing right before going to sleep (corner case)
  • Rover's door opening partially
  • Game freezes inside of the rover
  • Blocked interactions after picking the jetpack up inside the base
  • Nothing is visible in the material tech tree
  • Can't pull cable through Olympus
  • Lower production on pump display when large tank is connected
  • Destroyed vehicles respawn as fully functional
  • Airlock partially opened, need to crouch to get out
  • Storage cabinet can be placed on the seed machine
  • Issues with interacting with objects
  • After destroying the inventory box with empty seed containers inside, they are given back to inventory, fully filled
  • Using survival kit makes the game crash

  • Disappearing translations in the main menu in Russian ver.
  • Shadows have no head in FPP when helmet is taken off

  • Input value on pump panel is different than water production in well
  • "Expand all" in FAQ not translated in russian ver.
  • Naming and tracking target points can be activated on the tablet screen while using other tabs
  • Wrong punctuation in polish ver.
  • Cable dropped from hand when connected it to both small and big crusher
  • Vehicles seem to smoke while driving
  • Graphical issues with capsule adapter building process
  • Flashing texture on mini crusher's building ghost
  • Repair kit cannot be moved by LMB from printer inventory
  • While writing F4 feedback, night vision turns on and off while hitting N on the keyboard
  • Multiple canisters of the same seed type being deleted when one of them is used
  • Lack of fuses in the Greenhouse
Known bugs:
  • Some models of usb joysticks seem to block the game after landing when starting a freeplay mode (if such rare case occurs on your PC- please disconnect the device)
  • When grinding storage containers, the game does not return the items which were inside the container to the player
