Summary:

This is the sixth build following the release of Act 1. This adds updated Daku animations by Red (with new segments), new gallery features, and additional bug fixes. One such fix is for the critical bug T#220 that required a rollback of the v1.05 build. We thank you for your patience as we worked to correct the problem and improve our QA process. Stay tuned for more updates!

Here are the changes made since the last release (v1.05.001)...

New features:
  • Updated Animations: Daku & Joe x4!

    • Daku's FOUR sex animations with Joe are updated with new versions that include additional segments and improved detail!

    • If you had unlocked these animations previously, you now have both the revised and original (legacy) versions unlocked. The same applies when unlocking these animations going forward.

  • Legacy Animations 1.0

    • Daku is the first character to get legacy animations! All four of the original sex animations with Joe are now available in the Gallery upon unlocking their revised versions.

    • (Future updates will bring more legacy animations, including works previously removed from the game.)

  • Gallery Filters 1.0

    • Animations can be filtered on a per-animation basis, and can be toggled and reset at the global level.

    • Filtered animations will be hidden from normal view and will be excluded from Play All mode whenever filters are toggled on.

    • Filters will be toggled on automatically whenever the player enters the Gallery. Of course, if the player has not filtered any animations, this will have no effect, and the filter panel will be invisible.

    • (Future updates will allow categorical filters, such as filtering by gender and kink.)

  • Gallery Completion Metrics 1.0

    • An animation completion percentage is now shown in the Gallery.

    • This uses the same criteria as the achievements, and as such, does not count new animations added after the v1.00 release, such as Bryce.

    • (Future updates may change the completion percentage calculation or completion metrics on the whole.)

  • The player can now exit sex with an NPC at any time.

    • This cancellable sex is only for non-competitor characters (NPCs) such as Ket.

    • It does not apply to sex with competitor characters (enemies) like Daku or bosses like Bates.

Improvements & bug fixes:
  • Fix: Gauntlet in Forbidden Bayou is not spawning T#220.

  • Potential Fix: Soft-lock after gauntlet T#185.

  • And even more fixes that are too trivial to list!

Known issues:
  • Reset Filters Confirmation Returns to Joe T#226.

  • Bates spamming flame shield at the edge of the screen

  • Beating Bates on Chromebook/Android has a random chance to freeze up after credits

  • Canceling Screen Transition into unloaded area causes screen to darken or completely black

  • Certain area unreachable by mouse in keybind settings

  • Controller requires manual configuration on MacOS

  • Doing the lust action in the Bates fight leaves residual particles

  • Infinite Jump Glitch After Game Pause

  • Initiating sex bugs out camera after Dojo gauntlet

  • Persistent SFX in Hiroto Dojo

  • Sound Effects Buffering Problem In Gallery

  • All Known Issues

Other notes:
  • A Key Bindings Reset is required for v1.06 due to new Gallery controls. We're sorry for the inconvenience. This is the only method we can count on at this time to ensure the controls work correctly. As development continues, we'll try to find a way to handle these updates in a less intrusive manner.

  • Regarding bug fixes, this v1.06 build also contains every bug fix made to v1.05, despite that build being recalled due to T#220.

Sex Change Contract and Molester Girl - 狐狸姊姊(FoxSister)

The classic gender-bender novel Molester Master: Transformed into a Girl, which has been circulating online for more than 13 years, has finally been adapted into a game by the original author as Sex Change Contract and Molester Girl. Within less than a week of release, it sold over 22,000 copies.

Playmeow invited Producer FoxSister to talk with us about the origins of the game, the persistence and challenges during development, and their experience using the Playmeow development tool ACG Creator.

From Novel to Game: Realizing Multiple Possibilities

FoxSister recalls that the novel was first written during their sophomore year in college, more than 15 years ago.
“At the time, I often imagined different routes and endings, but the medium of a novel can only progress linearly, so it was difficult to present multiple possibilities simultaneously.” They laughed, saying that turning the novel into a game was the ideal way to make all the ideas that once flashed through their mind come to life before the players’ eyes.

For the Producer, Molester Master: Transformed into a Girl was a form of “identity expression”: the protagonist carried the other life they wanted to try.
“If it only remained as words on paper, it would be a waste. By letting players operate directly, make choices, and experience it through gameplay, the sense of immersion becomes much stronger.

Major Adaptation Brings a New Story Experience

n the adaptation process, FoxSister did not simply transplant the original but made significant adjustments.
“In the novel, there was a confinement and humiliation scene. If the game threw such a scene at players right from the start, the experience would be terrible.”

So, the Producer decisively removed these segments that restricted player freedom, replacing them with the design principle of “entering a freely selectable stage as quickly as possible.” The original linear narrative was broken down into side events, allowing players to experience them non-linearly.

In addition, they incorporated elements of the Cthulhu Mythos to replace the original angel-and-demon themes.
“The novel felt too mundane and lacked memorable points. With the life experiences and gaming influences I’ve gained over these past ten-plus years, I wanted the work to have a more unique atmosphere.”

In the game, players will encounter mysterious books through the heroine, which will lead them into strange new places to explore — the biggest difference between the game and the novel.

HCG and Freedom: An Erotic Game Must Be Playable

Sex Change Contract and Molester Girl includes 34 CGs and over 1,200 variations, all upgraded into animated HCGs.
“It was originally just static CGs, but we decided to make them all animated. Although it delayed the release, I wanted players to truly enjoy the experience.”

The Producer emphasized that erotic games shouldn’t just be “watching pictures,” but must be playable.
Thus, the game features many interactive commands — such as thrusting or oral actions — combined with character stat changes, so each performance plays out differently.
“Freedom is the most important thing, because it lets players feel that they’re truly influencing the world, not just passively watching a story arranged by the developer.”

Voice Acting Brings the Characters to Life

Another highlight of the game is the inclusion of Japanese voice actors. The heroine, Beryl, was voiced by Momoyama Ion, who delivered distinctly different voices for roles such as maid, hostess, and streamer — even the H-scenes were given nuanced variation.

“We used online real-time monitoring during recording, and I personally attended the entire process to ensure that the performances matched the character atmosphere,” said FoxSister. This approach is relatively rare in the industry, but the results far exceeded expectations.

Because the recordings were monitored in real time, the voice actors also provided professional suggestions, which helped the Japanese lines sound even more natural.

One voice actress even became so fond of a side character that they asked if more scenes could be added in the future.
“For me, it was incredibly moving that the voice actors themselves fell in love with the characters.”

When asked about their proudest moment, FoxSister didn’t hesitate: it was during testing, when they saw the characters’ animations combined with the voice performances.
“At that moment, the characters truly came alive.”

They hope players can experience different perspectives of life through the game.
“In reality, we can only live our own lives, but in games, people can try out different identities and ways of thinking.”

FoxSister is both a game producer and a cosplayer.

Development Experience with ACG Creator

The entire development took nearly three years. At first, the Producer still took freelance jobs, but gradually shifted to full-time development.
“I used to work in marketing, but no matter how well it sold, I was always just promoting someone else’s product. With game development, I can pour everything into my own work.”

They chose ACG Creator because it saves a huge amount of development time.
“Traditional tools require programming, which consumes a lot of energy. But with ACG Creator, I can focus on the script, gameplay, and art direction, putting time into the most important parts of creation.”

As a result, Sex Change Contract and Molester Girl sold over 22,000 copies on Steam within a week of release. For a solo-developed title, it was a major achievement.
For beginners interested in game development, FoxSister advised:
“Start with simple small games, have people around you playtest them, and confirm whether you truly have the passion. Don’t jump straight into large-scale commercial development, as it consumes enormous resources.”

Future Plans and Closing Thoughts

FoxSister revealed that both a sequel and a new project are already planned, and they will continue in the same shared universe.
The sequel will follow Beryl’s adventures in a new continent, while another project, King in Yellow: Endless Sex Drama, will feature a brand new heroine — Sister Laurentia — offering gameplay and experiences completely different from the current work.

I finally added proper explosions. They’re cheap and low-poly, but they change the mood completely. Suddenly, the room feels alive — and a little unsafe.

Funny thing: this took less time to implement than I expected. The hardest part was not overdoing it.
