We would like to begin by genuinely thanking everyone who joined us at Maple Con LA 2025 and expressed their support for the MapleStory community. We truly appreciate the time, effort, and passion you brought to the event.

Although there were moments throughout the event that were filled with joy and excitement for MapleStory, we also recognize that there were shortcomings as well. We would like to extend our deepest apologies for the event attendees that were affected by these inconveniences and share additional information regarding them.

An unexpected central server outage of a 3rd party POS and order management systems caused a major disruption to merchandise operations, leading to delays and incomplete order fulfillment. In addition, miscommunication between Nexon America, our event partners, and the venue staff contributed to poor coordination around entry lines and overall crowd management.

We take full responsibility for these issues and deeply regret the impact they had on your experience.

Maple Con Los Angeles 2025 on October 25 is only a few days away!

If you're joining us at the convention, here's a few last-minute tips:

• Make sure you know where you're going! Full details for parking can be found on the Maple Con LA website, as well as in the Early Badge Pickup and Parking Information post released last week.

• If you do pick up your badge during the Early Badge Pickup period on October 24, make sure you bring it with you on the day of the convention! Those without badges will not be allowed to enter, and we will not have replacement badges at the event!

• All attendees will receive a brochure for Maple Con LA, which will include a map of the venue, some details, as well as your personal Gift Code that can be used to claim the in-game rewards. Do not lose this code as it cannot be replaced, and please note that an account can only redeem one code, and each code can only be redeemed once.

  • While we're happy for you to show things off on social media, be careful not to include this code in any pictures or videos you share!

And finally, for those that will not be joining us in Long Beach, you can still get a taste of the Maple Con LA experience on the MapleStory Twitch page from 11:45 AM PDT until approximately 4:30 PM PDT! • Select the ‘Winter Countdown’ event from the Event List and click ‘Participate’ to start the ‘Winter Countdown’ event.

• Complete the countdown once per day up to a total of 15 times to receive items based on the number of times you participated.

Countdown Gifts

• Countdown Gifts will be given each day based on the number of times you participate in the event.

Winter Gifts

• All Winter Gifts will be available to be claimed on November 12 (after maintenance) based on the number of times you participated in the Winter Countdown event.

Known Issues:

• Kaiser
  • Setting Kaiser as a favorite character through the Fast Login UI will disconnect the client. The Fast Login UI has been temporarily disabled.
• Hayato
  • The skill description for Jin Quick Draw has not been updated to reflect the new skill changes.
• Cash Shop
  • When purchasing items in the Cash Shop, Reward Points and Maple Points can both be selected as a method of payment and an error will popup. Cash Shop items can only be purchased with either Reward Points or Maple Points. Please make sure to select only one option.
  • Purchasing Cash Shop items with mesos may result in a popup stating that "You don't have enough cash". However, please note that if a purchase is successful, the meso will be correctly deducted. We recommend avoiding from making meso related purchases in the Cash shop while we investigate this issue.
  • Cash Shop items purchased with NX are missing for some players after the maintenace on September 24, 2025. For affected players, all missing items will be restored in the next maintenance. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience.
• Common
  • Odium Familiar [Disintegrating Test Subject] is being displayed as [Laha] Familiar. 
    • This is a visual issue only and will be fixed in the next major update.
  • In the EU region, Scania is visible on the world selection screen and clicking on it would sometimes cause the client to not work as intended. If Scania was selected, we suggest to either log in through the Fast Login UI or restarting the client.
  • While in the world selection screen, the world types are sometimes not visible. We suggest changing regions then selecting your region again for the world types to appear.

Resolved Issues:

  • Resolved an issue where exiting the game with the Enhance Before/After Stats UI open could prevent players from using enhancement materials upon logging back in. 
    • Please note that players that experienced this issue will have used enhancement materials returned to them during the next maintenance.
  • Resolved an issue when receiving the 70% Bonus EXP Atmospheric Effect Coupons (MVP Black Weekly Perk) would result in obtaining 1 coupon instead of 10.
  • Resolved an issue where using the [MVP Benefits] Epic Dungeon Express Pass would deduct Maple Points upon use.
  • Resolved an issue where the 'Supreme' mode would not appear in the Lotus 'Boss Entry UI' despite accepting the Supreme Challenge in the 'Champion Challenge' event.
