Delivery Policy: Upon confirmation of payment for physical products, delivery takes 7 to 30 days depending on the destination. Digital products are delivered to the registered email address, via messages, or according to the customer's request.

Exchange Policy: Physical Products

The deadline for the customer to request an exchange is 7 days, or for manufacturing defects within the warranty period.

The product must show genuine manufacturing defects. In case of return, the product must be in perfect condition as received.

Exchanges are only permitted with a similar product.

The customer must be aware that the return or exchange shipping cost is paid according to the original purchase method (free shipping or paid by the customer).

Return Policy: Returns are permitted for physical products.

The deadline for the customer to request a product return is 7 business days.

Return requests are permitted if the promised product is not met within 7 days.

The product must be in factory condition to be returned and refunded.

In case of return due to lack of interest, the shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The refund processing time is 3 to 7 days, depending on the payment method.

Service Provision: The client will request digital services through our contacts and will have access via digital means, if applicable, and physically, with scheduled dates and times.

Exchange Policy: Exchanges of digital products or services are permitted only in cases of bugs or errors in files. For physical products, the value will be refunded or the product will be remade, and if there are edits or additions beyond what was previously delivered, additional costs will be added according to the requested service.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of digital services is permitted with 7 days' prior notice, as per the previous guidelines, and for physical services.

Refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.
