Valis: The Fantasm Soldier
(PC Engine release date: March 19, 1992)

This game tells the story of Yuko Aso, an ordinary girl who transforms into the warrior of Valis. Yuko's mission is to defeat Rogles, the ruler of Vecanti, and his four generals, while reclaiming the five Fantasm Jewels. Her journey to becoming the legendary warrior of Valis begins here. Released for the PC Engine in 1992, this title was the last in the series and set a new standard with its use of animation sequences and voice acting, making it a pioneer in the bishōjo (girl) game genre.

Valis II
(PC Engine release date: June 23, 1989)

After the death of Phantom King Rogles, Vecanti is thrown into chaos without its leader. Yuko finds herself caught between the armies of Phantom Emperor Megas and the remnants of Rogles's forces. Guided once again by Reiko, she returns to Vecanti to restore order. In Valis II, all the mysteries from the first game are unraveled, and new features such as selecting different weapons and armor are introduced.

Valis III
(PC Engine release date: September 7, 1990)

As the dark world faces the threat of being swallowed by hyperspace, the extinction of all demons seems imminent. To save his people, King Glames launches an invasion into other worlds. Warned of the danger by the demon maiden Cham, Yuko decides to wield the Sword of Valis once more to protect Vecanti. Valis III introduces three playable characters, each with unique abilities and magic, adding depth and variety to the gameplay.
