About this bundle

The Xenobiologist Edition brings together the three core parts of In Other Waters:

• The Game, where you explore and study an alien ocean of alongside Dr. Ellery Vas
  
• The Companion Book 'A Study of Gliese 667Cc' which acts as both an epilogue and a xenobiological catalog
  
• The Original Soundtrack, by Kingdom series composer Amos Roddy.

Together they tell the story of the exoplanet Gliese 667Cc, the home to humanity's first encounter with extraterrestrial life. From interpreting signals and discovering sunken secrets in the game, to flicking through beautiful paintings of alien life in the book, the elements of the Xenobiologist Edition work together to encourage and inspire the player's imagination and provide a space of refuge and reflection on how we relate to the world around us at times of ecological crisis.

First envisioned as a Kickstarter project back in 2018, the Xenobiologist Edition is the realization of 2 years of intensive work and research for solo developer Gareth Damian Martin, culminating in a unique multimedia experience.
