We’re excited to share a new update for the Lirai: Heir of Darkness's Demo! This patch focuses on improving stability, atmosphere, and player experience — with a few new surprises waiting to be discovered.
🧩 What’s New:
Improved visuals, lighting, and environmental details
Enhanced character controls and a smoother interaction system
Updated sound design and ambience for deeper immersion
Minor bug fixes and performance optimisations
This demo is an experimental version of the previous build. It's primarily designed for mid- to high-end systems/setups, offering improved graphics fidelity.
It was first introduced during our expo event this year. We have experimented with at least 60 local gamers, and we are able to proudly claim that it is one of the most interesting experiences we have had so far.

The fire and ice update brings two new worlds and features newer bosses with tougher abilities.
The White Out world is a chill winter-themed world with bosses that can freeze your paddle.
The Solar Flare world is summer-themed, and its final boss will push the balls away.
This new update increases the total number of levels to 50.
Also recently updated is the ability to now stack multiple power-ups at once.

Solo Mode
Start from the main menu: One Player. You’ll control both tethered heroes yourself.

We reworked the default bindings so swings, grapples, and whip hits feel snappier and easier to learn.

We rebuilt the first level to create more tense and challenging gameplay.
