Moonlit Reaper - AvocadoFactory
Moonlit Reaper was always meant to be fun — for everyone.
But over time, we’ve come to understand where the challenge felt sharp — and where it simply felt punishing.

This upcoming update, arriving next week, smooths out the difficulty curve, rewires core systems, and opens the door to deeper battles beyond stage 20.

Whether you're just getting started or reaching for the farthest gate, things are about to feel a lot better — and a lot more dangerous.

1. Choose Your Stars: The New Zodiac System
The old Training system is gone.
In its place, the Zodiac System brings clarity, strategy, and long-term growth.

At each Transcendence, you now choose a constellation — and with it, a unique stat path that applies as you level up.

No more random rolls.
No more hoping for the right stat.
Now, you shape your build from the start.

Want raw power?
Choose the Taurus and gain Attack +1 every level.
Looking for something more brutal? The Scorpio rewards those who walk the hardest path.

Devoloper Comment:
“Skill points were always precious — but the old Training system made it frustrating to use them well.
Random results often meant players couldn’t build the character they wanted.
With the new Zodiac system, every level feels like progress, not a gamble.”

2. Faster, Sharper, Deadlier: Combat Has Changed
Moonlit Reaper has always encouraged multi-weapon combat — but until now, it didn’t feel all that different from just using one.

That changes here.
  • Harvester switch intervals have been slashed
  • Harvester skill cooldowns are gone
  • Combos now follow your full weapon set
You’ll move faster, hit harder, and feel the difference between every build.

And this is just the beginning —
future updates will continue to expand the thrill of multi-weapon combat.

Devoloper Comment:
“We wanted multi-weapon combat to feel like a rhythm — not a routine.
Before, you could carry many weapons and still fight like you had one.
Now, every strike, every shift, every weapon — it all flows together.”

3. No More Reset: Transcendence, Refined
Previously, Transcendence returned you to level 1, slowing your early progress even as permanent upgrades carried forward.

That’s now changed.

With this update, your current level is preserved after Transcendence.
You’ll also instantly receive skill points equal to the number of levels you earned.

This allows for faster rebuilding, more meaningful early decisions, and a smoother transition into your next run.

Devoloper Comment:
“Transcendence shouldn’t feel like rebuilding from zero.
Now, your momentum continues — and your choices start making a difference from the very first battle.”

4. Sharper Curve, Softer Edges
Moonlit Reaper was never meant to be punishing — but over time, it became clear that the early game felt harsher than intended.

This update revisits the balance across all stages.
  • Enemy health values have been adjusted
  • Spawn patterns beyond stage 15 have been refined
The goal is to preserve the thrill of challenge,
while ensuring that every player — from first-timers to seasoned Reapers — can enjoy the full journey.

Devoloper Comment:
“We designed Moonlit Reaper to be challenging, not discouraging.
This rebalance keeps the danger — but lets more players reach the point where the game truly opens up.”

5. Into the Deep: Stage 30 and the Two That Wait
The game now extends to stage 30, opening new ground —
and with it, two figures that cast long shadows across the game.

You’ll face more than just stronger enemies.
You’ll face emotions turned into monsters.

One drains what makes you smile.
The other crushes what's left of your breath.

HyperpressiaStage 25 Boss
A hollow echo of joy — she drains happiness with stacking debuffs that wear you down.

Suppression ForceStage 30 Boss
A silent oppressor — it overwhelms with relentless summons and heavy phase pressure.

They don’t break you. They make you realize you’re already broken.

Devoloper Comment:
“We didn’t just raise the stakes.
We designed fights that make you think, adapt — and enjoy the chaos.
Every boss should challenge your build, your reflexes, and your fun.”

What’s Next
This isn’t the end of the journey — just a deeper step forward.

Next time, we’ll take you up to stage 35,
where new enemies and evolving threats will test every harvester you’ve mastered.

We’re also working on improvements to the combat system
to make every run feel sharper, more dynamic, and more fun to play.

Thank you for playing Moonlit Reaper.

Your feedback, your battles, your persistence — they shape every step we take.
See you in the next update.

Deadtime Defenders - arcaneembers
We have officially exited Early Access with our 1.0 update that adds the single player story campaign to the game. We've also added 3 difficulty modes, achievements, Steam Deck support, and did some rebalancing.

It's been a long road for our small team to get here, but we are finally over the finish line and we are thrilled to deliver our vision for the Deadtime Defenders experience to everyone.
Europa Universalis IV - PDXRyagi
Hello everyone, and welcome to a most Happy Thursday. I am Johan Andersson, Studio Manager and Game Director at Paradox Tinto. Today, we are no longer talking about any super top mega secrets with the codename Project Caesar. Today, we are unveiling the name of the game, Europa Universalis V, something I think absolutely nobody could ever have guessed! Thank you so much for being part of this journey over the last 15 months as we have shaped the game together!

https://store.steampowered.com/app/3450310
Almost five hundred years of history unfold before you in Europa Universalis V, the latest version of one of the greatest strategy games of all time. Guide the destiny of any of hundreds of nations and societies in a simulated living world of unparalleled depth and complexity.

Europa Universalis V builds on the franchise’s core concept of developing and advancing nations from around a deeply researched historical world, adding more detailed diplomacy, a more sophisticated economic model, a revised military system and greater logistical depth that will challenge even the most experienced strategy gamers.

  • RULE a land of your choosing. Hundreds of nations are yours to command, as you guide the destiny of millions of people through the late Middle Ages up to the Age of Revolution - from the mighty Yuán Dynasty to the city-states of Italy, from the warring clans of feudal Japan to the Pope himself.
  • DECIDE which course your nation will take. Historical events and situations await as you chart a unique path through a new history written by your decisions. Experience The Hundred Years’ War, the Protestant Reformation, the collapse of old dynasties and rise of new ones.
  • EXPLORE alternate histories as you shape the world to meet your ambitions. What if England succeeded in pressing its continental claims? What if China pursued an overseas empire? What if Mongol supremacy in Russia persisted? Every action opens the possibility for an original history.

  • IMPOSE domestic peace in a divided realm. Keep your nation’s factions in line as Estates jockey for power in your nation. Offer privileges to one group of citizens while you limit the power of another, all in the service of keeping your population under control.
  • NEGOTIATE your way through an uneasy peace. Use diplomacy to entrench your dynasty across realms or build an invincible alliance. But remember that nations have no permanent friends - only permanent interests; so use your ambassadors carefully. Exact favors from friends, send threats to enemies, and keep an eye on everyone in-between.
  • CONQUER new lands to expand your borders. Wage War on those who impede your ambition in a completely new Europa Universalis military system. Start in the age of levies and mercenaries and, through social development, evolve to vast standing armies and impenetrable fortresses. Choose skilled commanders to oversee both land and naval forces.

  • BUILD a strong economic infrastructure in the most detailed trade system yet seen in a Europa Universalis game. Dozens of goods and crops are available for production and trade on a map filled with new riches to discover. Invest in feeding a growing population or trade your surplus to less bountiful societies.
  • MOLD your society to meet the historical moment. Choose your societal values, with new options opening as the ages move on. Centralize power at court or share it with your nobles. Pursue a tolerant policy for all faiths or condemn heretics. Emphasize massed armies or an elite cadre of quality soldiers.
  • GOVERN a nation composed of many cultures and faiths in a detailed simulation of the past. For the first time in Europa Universalis, populations are represented on the map in detail, so provinces may be divided by religion or culture. Your decisions will determine how these populations will fare under your leadership

  • PREVAIL in the greatest strategic challenges of the past. Test your expertise in grand strategic planning on a worldscape larger and more detailed than seen in any previous Paradox Interactive game. Challenge yourself to outdo the most famous rulers of the past, eclipsing their grand accomplishments and building your own vision of a richly detailed globe.
