Thank you for diving into the world of Lynked this week! We've released a small patch to address some issues reported since the October 22 Early Access launch. Check out the full details below:
GAMEPLAY
Fixed an issue in which Buddy’s Hub would sometimes disappear after a player returned from a mission.
Fixed an issue in which players were unable to plant trees. (Please note that items already in your inventory before this patch might still be in a broken state even after the update.)
Fixed an issue in which players would craft 3x Stone Post fences at Mason’s and only received 3 fences (instead of 3 stacks.)
Several fixes/changes to the prices of Smithy’s “Field Services.”
LEVEL
Fixed the collisions of certain areas that were causing players to fall through.
Fixed an issue in which players could get stuck on a ramp in one of the rescue room areas at the end of a mission.
Fixed an issue in which players could walk through certain Decor objects in town (due to lack of collision.)
UI/UX
Fixed an issue in which players could move the Character Customization menu’s selection icon in the Dyes panels too far to the right, causing the icon to disappear.
Fixed an issue in which certain waypoint indicators would remain on screen even after the camera faded to black (at the end of runs or before a loading screen.)
Fixed an issue in which pressing “X” on the keyboard in the “Unibot Requests” section of the Story Log menu would bring up the “Abandon Quest” pop-up.
OTHER
Fixes to common crashes.
Fixed an issue in which Ivy’s Laboratory’s interior would sometimes appear on top of Smithy’s Forge’s.
Fixed an issue in which the player character’s eyebrows were clipping through the “Spark-Tek” headwear from the Supporter Pack: Battle Ready.

Features planned for the coming months:
Voice Chat: Soon, you’ll be able to communicate with your friends in-game using your microphone, opening the door to new strategies and experiences.
AI Improvements: We're working on smarter characters that react to sounds, voice chat, and adapt their behavior based on how you play. If you decide to face enemies with aggression, be ready for an equally intense response.
Gameplay Adjustments: We’ll be analyzing every detail and balancing the difficulty based on community feedback, ensuring an exciting but fair experience.
Skin System: In the near future, we’ll introduce a skin purchasing system so you can customize your characters and stand out on the battlefield.
Loot System: We're considering implementing a loot system so you can obtain items and rewards while playing, adding an extra layer of excitement and progression.
Animation Improvements: We’ll be enhancing animations to make character movements feel smoother and more natural, increasing immersion and the visual quality of the game.
For those who know us from Project Nightmares Case 36, you already know we’re all about solid performance. Project Legion is optimized to deliver a smooth experience: even on an older rig with an i7 3770 and a GTX 1060, Project Legion runs at over 60 FPS, depending on the area and the number of client resimulations in the game. Our goal is to ensure you can enjoy a high-quality experience, even on more modest setups. For this release, the player who starts the match will be the host, and other players will connect to their server.
Thank you for your support!
Don't hesitate to join us on Discord to chat about Project Legion or to find other players ready to play with you!
