As a solo developer, it can be challenging to update on all platforms simultaneously, and Steam updates are mostly interesting when uploading new content, so they are less frequent here.

Sending game delta frames is now asynchronous, reducing dedicated server main thread CPU usage, thus reducing probability of dropped ticks.

Fixed a case where a holstered weapon would be rendered on a dead player

When possible, switching to spectator mode will default to in-eye spectating

With our last patch we've received a lot of feedback on difficulty, we are greatly toning down both Fun and Normal, while tuning up some skills on the bosses on Wicked.
We took a bit longer than we wanted to launch this fix because we had some bugs in the way and we had to change how the internal systems to scale enemies work, we should be more reactive in the future now that the systems are in place.

Z4 Boss: Increased cooldown on the Shadow Cloning attack, reduced cooldown on Soul Spears on phase 2.

We've just put version 0.6 up on the beta branch! The most significant feature of this update is the controller support. Implementing this has been a big challenge, but we're thrilled to say that it's finally ready for testing!
Right now this update is very fresh so you may encounter some roughness and bugs, but we'll work on it together over the next few weeks to polish and fine-tune it.
This is part of our bigger 1.0 update, which beyond having a lot of polish, QOL, and balancing, will also feature the true final battle and ending of the game. We'll be adding these to the beta over the next couple of months.

1.204 (Hazard Zone) -Jump jamming on wave start can now only affect small and medium ships to miss their destinations. (Eliminating situation of disproportional usefulness when 2 warriors would jump into another etc.). -Magnetic Inductor now creates the field on connected objects instead of harpoons and the field follows the object after disconnect. -Magnetic fields now apply some residual force to attracted objects when collapsing. -Fixed some problems with magnetic fields caused by some attachments not knowing their parent object crash id. -Fixed a problem preventing magnetic induction target and parent from being excluded from magnetic field pull. -Fixed magnetic fields turning objects that have 0 crash avoidance turns speed. -Fixed shield drill not piercing bomber shields correctly. -Fixed AM auto cannon ignoring temporary stealth. -Fixed some bad entries on ship stat sheet.
