New patch! Lasers! New magic wand terraformation

- Lasers
- New rune: Mana regen / Mana per hit
- Magic wands to change the ground surface
- Ice blocks transmutation magic wand

Engine
- Dynamic laser engine, fully customisable from config files
- color, size, shape
- deformation type
- configurable lightning effect arround
- Guns can burst dynamic lasers with access to all custom parameters

Fixed
- Soulgems bounce on companion orbs and NPCs (shops)
- Doors cannot be closed if there is a companion orb in the way
- Small grass and ground deposits are not rendered correctly in windy conditions
- Protector unique monsters can be catched

[Add] Added gamepad support (excluding UI).
[Fix] Fixed an issue where the 49th summoned monster could not be killed.
[Fix] Fixed abnormal camera movement when pressing the middle mouse button.
[Fix] Fixed an issue where a rock in the waterfall area of level 1 would trap the player and prevent movement.
[Fix] Fixed an issue where saving in the town was not functional.
[Fix] Fixed an issue where the screen would not appear when triggering an H event with an NPC.
[Modify] Changed camera control during H scenes to a free camera.
[Modify] Reduced the time it takes for enemy corpses to disappear from 5 seconds to 3 seconds.

Developer's Note

Hello everyone, I'm programmer Kazuya. I'm sorry for keeping you all waiting for so long. I thought the feature was simple, but it turned out to be more complicated than I thought. I initially planned to rebuild it from scratch, but I found out that some controls had to be reused from the old controlling system, which made it necessary to run the old and new controlling systems concurrently. After completion, I started testing and found a lot of bugs... During the Chinese New Year, my mother fell and fractured her spine. I had to take care of four children and an elderly person at the same time, which is why the update was delayed until now.

After my mother's rehabilitation, she has improved significantly and can now walk on her own. I will start rushing to work, and the next major update won't be delayed for so long. Please rest assured.

Each faction’s supply building also has a secondary function.

Global Risk's supply depot will add a defensive bonus to surrounding buildings, ideal when paired with turrets.
Black's List's supply depot can stealth to avoid detection, providing line of sight when built out in the battlefield.
New Horizon's supply depot can recharge their unit’s health and energy for abilities.

You can often use your core base to heal surrounding units.

ARK and ADE is now fully released!

Hi everyone,

Here we are at the end or should I say at the start of our journey...ARK and ADE, (yeah we had to change the name because of... reasons… ;) is our first game as many of you already know.

We’re finally LIVE as a fully released game!

A recap for those who haven’t heard from us before:

At the beginning of our journey we had no idea of what we were doing, actually we still feel like we don't know much about everything that takes to make a great game. ARK and ADE is, we hope, just the first of many. 3 years ago we started with no money, not much time but a great passion for video games.

Along the journey we thought about giving up many times, the biggest challenge was to actually keep going, when the game first came out in early access and sold 100 copies in the first week we thought that was it... we were abandoning the idea of making games for a living and were accepting the idea that making games was a thing we could just dream about but not actually do. We didn't give up, the few of you that played the game and enjoyed it, you gave us the fuel to keep going. You all have a special place in our hearts <3

We didn't expect so much love for our little game. We are players before being developers. Gotta say that it's only now that we realize how much a nice word from a player can change the mood and will to make a game. We've been lucky to have all of you, we were just playing games and didn't really care about who developed them, you did, you were the ones that made ARK and ADE happen.

Maybe not for big companies (we don't know), but for a small indie studio like ours it's amazing to have even just a few passionate players that give a purpose to what you're doing, that will play late at night and give you feedback, that love your game as much as you do.

Difficult to describe it in words but it feels great! A few months ago Beyond Frames Entertainment (our publisher) gave us the possibility to finally leave our jobs and work on ARK and ADE full time.

Without the fear of going bankrupt we put all our energy in polishing and finishing the game. We really think that it shows in this final product.We really want to thank you guys for all the feedback you gave us in the last years. ARK and ADE would be way worse if it wasn't for all your suggestions! You have been vital to our journey, we wouldn’t be here without you. Three years from the start - we're now professional game developers, with our first game released on all major VR platforms and already working on our next title. A sincere thank you all!
