Awaken JoJo this event by killing Spor Spirits inside the carnival grounds, 1% chance of JoJo spawning when 1 Spor Spirit is killed.

General Changes:
  1. Optimized server performance.
  2. Reworked EXP growth tree, this change should make it easier from 1-30k, it was not my intention to make you grind your life away. I want the game to be fun.
  3. Smashed a bug with some monsters not attacking back, the dungeon monsters still act weird but for the most part things attack back now.
  4. Smashed a bug with player cloning at spawn.
  5. Smashed a bug with MySQL wrong syntax.
  6. Smashed a bug with skill pooling.
  7. Changed the name of Dead Grounds map to Dead Zone lvl 10k.
  8. Remodeled Dead Zone map to be 1/4th the size it was before, easier to farm but higher risk of pvp.
  9. Added 2 Crystal pits to Dead Zone (small areas where all types of crystals spawn).
  10. Increased speed of attribute hold input. (keep in mind we have a trick where you hold the button down and press f1 to close the menu and it will continue to put points).
  11. Buffed weapon attribute damage effectiveness- Damage increased the more X attribute you have as follows:
    25% of Fortitude = +Brood weapon damage.
    25% of Vitality = +Spirit weapon damage.
    25% of Dexterity = +Physical Plasma/RapidShot weapon damage.
    25% of Survival = +Terrestrial weapon damage.
  12. Buffed all weapons base damage significantly.
  13. Changed the 3 types of Toxic Runes to be different from each other.
  14. Removed funny looking snow particles that hooked to the camera.
  15. Fixed Gore not dropping on death.
  16. Fixed NPC talk distance for larger creatures.
  17. Fixed Natures Sting to not hurt itself.
  18. Fixed harvests and monsters spawning on top of trees.
  19. Adjusted the growth sizes on all creatures.
  20. Buffed ALL creature skills to actually be viable to use skills. (if its too much we can always adjust it)
  21. Increased the loot distance and interval to be faster.
  22. Removed Gold cost for Trophy weapons.
  23. Lowered Trophies cost for Blue Dust from 3 to 1 and 0 Gold
  24. Increased Goblin Trader Kill Loot Goblins Quest Trophies reward from 100 to 800 and 5000 Blue Dust.
  25. Increased Goblin Trader Collect Crystals Quest Trophies reward from 300 to 1000, 5000 Blue Dust and lowered crystal requirement from 1000 to 500.
  26. Buffed monster levels inside Crystal Cave to have monsters from 5-30k.
  27. Added entrances to new zones and areas that are in development so everyone can share the same vision for the game.
  28. Lowered critical rate from 0.01 to 0.0025 on Shadow Gems, only because when stacked it was giving 100% critical rate. I will be adding a gem leveling system soon so you can make the gems stronger but giving it a chance to break so with that being said you can bring it back to what it was with leveling in the future.
  29. Removed Training Dummies from town, they took harvest damage I need to make it monster instead. So I'm removing it until I do that later.
  30. Changed Scorpoid Base Color and Volcanic Overlay to be like the rest of the creatures
  31. Removed damage boost on Tremor and Clamper Passives, increased armor and HP on both to compensate.
  32. Buffed Overworld items/Small Nerf Volcanic in general.
  33. Added new areas around the map.
  34. Added a main questline/tutorial.
  35. Reworked Koh final skill removed Soul Warp and replaced with Soul Reap - Reap a soul dealing damage and gaining health.
  36. Added Trade Run quests to give gold and dust, buy from the NPC in main town and deliver to npc at entrance of Dead Zone and another at the far corner of Dead Zone.
  37. Raised the stack limit on dust and ash from 1000 to 5000.
  38. Lowered damage output on some monsters.

New stat changes:
Removed Stamina from Survival stat and buffed it from giving 1 food and 1 water to 25 each.
Changed Fortitude to no longer give Accuracy it now gives Block Damage Rate only also buffed the amount of Block Damage Rate it gives from 0.0001 to 0.0002.
Changed Dexterity to no longer give Evasion it now gives Critical Damage Rate only also buffed the amount of Critical Damage Rate it gives from 0.0001 to 0.0002.
Added Stamina stat - gives 25 Stamina + 1 Stamina recovery.
Added Evasion stat - gives 1 Evasion.
Added Accuracy stat - gives 1 Accuracy.
I decided not to make armor, move speed, attack speed and leech a stat since its easily abused and should be only from items and creature traits.

this is not finished as I still need to add it to the UI and bonus stats + shrine




Added Custom Clamper skill animations, special thanks to @Jot for making them!
Claw Smash skill now has a cast duration of 0.7 added impact AOE damage, slight range increase and new animation.
Magma Grip now has a new animation and visual effect.
Conceal skill no longer can move or use skills while concealed and has a 2 second cast duration that can be interrupted, the crab will go inside the shell and gain a large amount of block and evasion while healing some health and stamina, cooldown reduced from 180 to 160 also added new animation.

These changes make the Clamper Crab feel fun to play and a feel good gameplay, all creatures will be getting the skills improved like this with animations and buffs to make skills more viable than auto attacking.



BallisticNG - Vonsnake
We're now starting to wrap up the development of 1.3! All small vehicles tracks are now complete and we currently have the campaign for it in testing. It comes in at a total of 67 events!

Vega Waterway
The final small vehicles track! Vega Waterway takes the race back to Vega City with a tight technical circuit that snakes through dense city back streets and drops into a canal where excess water from the nearby river Lyre is drained.

Aster VB221
The VB221 is Asters small vehicle spec ship for use in virtual training scenarios, it matches the Barracuda Model S in all stats and is treated the same way in regards to leaderboards.

We've introduced this ship so you can run Survival on small vehicle tracks with a ship that is designed for the scale. As with everything else, this will also be usable outside of survival as a regular ship and can be used for survival on regular tracks.

CaveFiction - supa kara AO
Hello everyone,

This is the production committee of 'CaveFiction', although we call ourselves a committee, there are currently only two of us.



So, what is 'CaveFiction'? The name 'CaveFiction' comes from Plato's allegory of the cave. In the story, humans live in a large cave and the light of truth shines into the cave, projecting the shadow of the world on the cave wall. However, humans cannot directly look at the light source because it would blind them, so they get used to seeing only the shadows of the world and gradually forget that it is just a shadow. 'CaveFiction' borrows the essence of Plato's allegory and creates a modern version of the metaphorical love adventure text game, which focuses on the personal expression of the author (me): we are lost in the contemporary cave created by the internet and information media.

As mentioned before, when I first started, I referenced games like 'MILK2' and 'CRITTERS FOR SALE' for their style. However, in this major iteration, I have shed some of the shadows of these games and found a unique style for myself.

After a few months of not-so-diligent development, we will be showcasing the "CaveFiction DEMO" at the October Steam New Product Festival (although the DEMO has already been quietly launched). The "CaveFiction DEMO" features the first chapter of the game, which accounts for about one-fifth of the full version's content. The full version includes five chapters, which focus on self-discovery during four dream sequences and solving the final chapter's puzzles to escape the dreams.。



After calculating, it has been almost half a year since the last announcement, and my understanding of the engine has exceeded that of half a year ago. Therefore, I have almost reset the game during these months:




In previous versions, many scenes in the game were modified and drawn using online images. However, in this version, I quickly redrawn those scenes and made significant iterations to the appearance of the main character, Sandy. (More voluptuous and sexy, I don't think anyone would reject such a main character, right?)

In the previous version, the game was relatively short and had a similar feel to "The Bad Ending Theater" with quick multiple endings. However, in the current version, I have enhanced the interactive elements, enriched the storyline, and added more puzzle-solving elements. The final version of the game will have three completely different endings and several branching endings.



The overall style still follows the 8-bit shadow effect similar to before, with the addition of simple colors. The main reason for this is to add a bit of lightness to this potentially oppressive game. After all, the process of searching for oneself in a dream is very painful.

In terms of the storyline, it can be summed up as the protagonist's process of self-discovery in a dream: a surreal world, a breakup with his dream lover, conflicts between friendship and love, and the malice of social media. It's a bizarre story of a bizarre era, in which the male protagonist Pran wakes up again and again in his dreams, returns to his room, finds his purpose of existence in the dream, and ultimately ends the dream and returns to reality.

The game will be released next spring, and I hope everyone will like it.

I sure hope not but if there are any please report them, Multiplayer has not been tested for more than 2 people per game, there should not be any crazy bugs with more than 2 people but it might get laggy if player counts get really high.

Is the Music Streamer Friendly?
I damn well hope so, I tried my utmost best to get only Streamer and Youtube Friendly music but if there are any issues please email support@cyan-dreams.com and we will remove that music from the game (or remove it from the audio tracks when streamer mode is enabled)

Is this it for Sunset Mall?
Nope, there are 4 more planned updated for 2023 ranging from adding new stores to the mall (Arcades and Internet Cafes) to implementing "Mega Malls" which will be large high player count areas that players themselves can create and customise. that's right you can pretty much sandbox your own mall choosing where each store will go, the names and the items they sell. MALL TYCOON!

Discord has an annoying character count, I will be releasing a Steam News article tomorrow on release but will also be reworking our website I will be promoting that tomorrow too.
