After interacting with three Nurses, you may hire a Nurse after the third interaction. Each one has her own stories and dialogues throughout the game, as well as special perks to help you through it!
A whole new set of Codex entries will be added, covering all the ailments you will face in the game and helping you to make the right decisions.
MEET ELOISE WITH JULIE Eloise is a 25-year-old woman who has been to a genitourinary medicine clinic with two days of vulval discomfort and bladder pain while passing urine. She also has tender lumps in both groins, which she noticed for the first time.
EXAMINE ANNALEE WITH ANDREW Annalee is a 23-year-old pregnant woman with nausea and vomiting that occurs every once in a while, despite her pregnancy.
VISIT JOHNATHON WITH ANDREW When John arrives at the clinic, he falls unconscious. You must either save his life or condemn him as you attempt to figure out what happened and how to cure him.
NEW CUSTOMIZATION SETTINGS I created a setting for both Andrew and Julie to choose whether they are sexually attracted to men, women, or both. This will avoid them flirting with and forming relationships with unwanted characters. By default, Andrew is attracted by females while Julie is attracted by males.
EXAM MODE RETURNS! It will be possible to play each examination in "Exam Mode" by accessing a patient's Codex entry and clicking on the "PLAY EXAM" button at the bottom of the record.
NEW STORY EVENTS FOR BOTH CHARACTERS Story events will be added for Andrew and Julie when you first stay home after day 12 and day 18
House pool scenes have also been added.
You'll be able to see a new date event with Margareth, which will offer you if you completed her exam successfully and have a sufficient relationship with her, as well as a new date event with John and Andrew if you save his life.
MEET DALILA The Medical Board will be introduced in the game with the introduction of Dalila, a new character who will represent the board. She'll come to see you if you fail your test with Margareth. However, if you did well with Margareth, she will eventually cross paths with you in the future.
The patch will be out before the end of May!

WHAT TO EXPECT
This build is a WIP (work in progress) and many things will inevitably change throughout the rest of the development process. Many of those changes will be based on the feedback derived from streamers like PapaXilion, and individuals such as yourself that have tried out the demo and have taken the time to give us critical feedback.
Although this build is neither feature nor content complete, the majority of the mechanics are already integrated. Some case types are not available in this build, whereas other case types that are available in this build will be significantly rehauled before release. Additionally, many new cases will be added in the release build, with well over 500 unique cases in total.
Fix game not creating the right kind of autosaves after completing a campaign map (fix being able to load into a campaign map after it was completed)

Fix issues with wielders set to spawn with artifacts ended up having them unequipped in their inventory. They will now automatically equip the strongest ones.

The battle will now continue if the current troop is killed by an attack initiated by Blind Hatred

CUTTHROAT ACHIEVEMENT INSTRUCTIONS: If you've been having trouble getting the Cutthroat achievement, I'm hoping this update will fix your issue!
To activate the redundant code, load up a save and kill Derek, then die in any way you want [ or survive LMAO ]. This SHOULD award the achievement if you have all the prerequisites [ cut the other throats ].
Since its original release in 2018, NARUTO TO BORUTO: SHINOBI STRIKER has attracted more than 10 million players!
The game, which has entered its 4th year of operation, will keep on receiving new content, not only with a new Season Pass, but also free updates throughout the year that will continue to enhance the game.
The 5th Season Pass, titled “LEGACY”, will see 5 new shinobi masters join the game throughout the year.
Starting this summer, existing stages will receive new cosmetic and gameplay changes, creating new fighting possibilities along with the newly available characters. The game will also introduce the chakra jump, which will bring a new verticality to the fights.
New updates to the Hidden Leaf village will give a new atmosphere as well as change how players interact and use the village’s amenities. Starting this spring, various locations will be updated, such as the Ninja Tools shop or the Ninjutsu library.
Finally, as the team continues to listen to communities' opinions and feedback, in-game improvements and gameplay balance will be done throughout the year, with additional details to be shared over time.

Correction of intro playback - correction of termination/skipping, solving the problem with playback on consoles. Different quality versions are added according to the hardware, etc.
SDKs (EOS, Nintendo…) update needed and fixed incompatibility of existing code
Complete asynchronous scheduler refactoring due to differences in working with threads on different platforms
Problems with memory allocation in multiplayer on non-windows platforms. Re-allocations from C# code to native plugins tailored to the platform needed (One of the two biggest delays. It was not known where the problem was, it was solved with Epic, Unity, Nintendo, and Sony and in the end, we managed to find out where the problem is and how to solve it.)
Unity version was downgraded due to performance degradation caused by some of the fixes in the engine.
Fixed various rare errors with the save system on Playstation.
Fragmentation of streamed parts of the city is needed for better memory management and faster/more efficient loading
Problem with depth rendering (depth buffer) solved on the PS4 base (necessary correction/intervention by Unity into the engine).
The solution to the problem of continuous freezing during the game (the second of the two biggest delays; was noticeable, especially on PS4 and Xbox One).
