The game is extremely well-received by all of you, who are enjoying the game where all of us can connect together with Eda and Owl.

Our humble journey started a year ago, so many hardships we have gone through together. With the help from our friends, community, and you, we finally could realize the game into reality. Until now, we have been receiving so much love from the players who've experienced the bittersweet story of Eda and Owl. Does their story touch your heart?

Elwin and Rena did an art collaboration for their wedding!

It's also been a good year for us, even in the midst of the pandemic, as Elwin and Rena also got married in August! Rena is the art director while Elwin is the game designer for the game. Congratulations to the lovebirds!

Musical Range - Motanum
Hello everyone,

We have been really quiet on the game for a while now. We plan to make a full detail post about what has been happening with the dev team all this time. But for now, we want to let you know on 2 things.

  • First, we are back! After working and reworking on the game for some time, we are ready to show the updated identity and gameplay of the game!
  • Second, we are ready, excited, and working hard for the Steam Next Fest on this October! So get your headsets ready and charge your controller's batteries to try out the Musical Range demo!

The game has been reworked, with more elements implemented in which are still a work in progress. But we have updated the Steam Store to better reflect and create reasonable expectations for the Steam Next Fest. We also are planning a more detailed history and road-map post about the game, to better explain our absence, and let you know where we are aiming for with Musical Range.

Our main focus right now is the demo for this October. We look forward to all your feedback!
Skyforge - Fayne
This is war! Put on your best gear and get ready to rumble as Pantheon Wars makes its glorious return on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox! Battle every second Sunday from September 26 for cosmic rewards and a huge prize pot of Argents. For more details about starting times and to join a Pantheon, visit the official Skyforge Discord.


WHAT ARE PANTHEON WARS?
Pantheon Wars are massive PvP events where huge teams of players can join forces in Pantheons (similar to guilds) to fight against other Pantheons. A maximum of 30 Immortals per team can compete in PvP trials where, to attain victory, Pantheons must engage in combat and contend to seize control of a region.

Claimed regions can generate income and unique rewards for members of the victorious Pantheon, and certain regions have a higher League ranking than others, with ownership of higher-ranking territories in the Gold League being more beneficial than lower-ranked territories.


COMPENDIUM & REWARDS
Your Pantheon will be rewarded with treasures such as Argents for each victorious battle, and there will be a huge prize pool of Argents to be earned by this Season’s victorious Pantheons accumulated from sales of Compendium Packs. The base prize pool is 10,000,000 Argents - how high will it go? Champions will also be able to change their Gold, Silver, and Bronze Hyperion modules.


 
HOW CAN I JOIN PANTHEON WARS?
First, you need to join a Pantheon. If you’re struggling to find one in-game or among your own friends, you can join the official Skyforge Discord server, where plenty of fellow Immortals may also be looking to team up! Once you’ve joined a Pantheon, play Skyforge during scheduled Pantheon Wars, and go to the dedicated menu tab to take part.


WHAT’S NEW?
It’s been a while since we hosted Pantheon Wars in Skyforge, and we’ve made a few changes to improve your experience:
  • Number of Participants and Territories: To allow more Pantheons to participate in these epic battles, we’ve reduced simultaneous battles from 3 to 2. The number of participants on the ‘Temple Gates’ map has been increased from 10 to 15. Thus, to participate in the war, a Pantheon only needs to put up 30 fighters instead of 40.
  • Purchased Territories: To avoid a large number of purchased territories, we reduced their number in the Silver League from 20 to 8. Having fewer territories leads to more challenging battles, and a more fun and satisfying victory!
  • Divine Form Charges: The Divine Form provides a great advantage, and players who activate it can sometimes turn the tide of battle. Previously, any player possessing the golden node of the Aspect of Rage could assume their Divine Form at almost any time (not counting the 45-second recharge). We changed this so that now, to activate the Divine Form, you will need a special charge which the entire team will share. Both teams will start the battle with one charge, so try not to use it up too early or in vain.
  • Additional Charges: Look out for special points on maps. Activating one will give you an extra charge for your Divine Form. However, it takes about 5 seconds to activate, and you can be interrupted. These points can be activated no more than once every five minutes, so the team that gets to it first will have an advantage. Watch out for battles breaking out not only near beacons but also near recharge points!
  • Divine Weapon Activation: There are more dynamic changes that allow you to potentially affect the battle’s outcome. Look out for special objects you can interact with to activate your Divine Weapon instantly for an additional, short-term damage bonus for Mounts and players while the Divine Form is active. The bonus is short, but it takes no time to activate and needs only 90 seconds to recharge. Use this charge to counter enemy Divine Forms!
Ready to hit the battlefield? Pantheon Wars are now active in Skyforge on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S!

I've been developing the game in Early Access since July 2018. In those 3 years it has undergone countless changes and improvements based on feedback from players around the world. It's now the biggest, deepest and most complex game I've ever made.

And I'm happy to say it's... it's done!

Well, apart from a few finishing touches of course. 😏

Dungeon Deathball will transition out of Early Access on 13th October.

I've been busy preparing for release, which includes making a fancy new trailer that you can watch on the Steam page now! 👀

0.4.0 Early Access has arrived! Today marks a major milestone in the development of Jaws of Extinction. Alongside going live on the Steam store, this update includes the experimental multiplayer feature and a collection of fixes, improvements and additions to the game.

To everyone who has kept up with development up to this point, we would like to give a heartfelt thank you to those who have given their support. If you are discovering Jaws of Extinction for the first time - a huge welcome!

Experimental Multiplayer:
The experimental multiplayer features allows you and a friend to fight to survive together. The multiplayer element of the game is relatively new and will be developed extensively over the coming months to complete any presently missing features. Our time in Early Access will allow us to complete and polish the multiplayer experience, eventually allowing for up to four-player co-op.

Notable Main Game Updates:
• New and improved tutorials for new players
• Fixed saving and loading issues for various objects
• Improved menus for various interactable objects
• Fixes to allow players to pick up objects that would have been otherwise permanently placed.

Developer Comment:
It would be advisable to start a fresh game as some mechanics, craftables and items may be bugged or not be available if using out of date game save files.

• Experimental multiplayer mode - two player co-op in Survivor mode.
• Added new tutorials for swimming, infected, crafting, disturbances and sickness.
• Added new SFX when tutorials are triggered.
• The 711 building upstairs apartment now has interior furniture.

• Disabled temperamental body physics, which would regularly cause problems, especially in low performance situations.
• On-screen tutorials will now only display if playing from Driftwood starting scenario.

• Improved the entrance to Sen’s basement to make it easier to get out of the water when exiting the basement while swimming.
• Can now pick up Hobo Stoves. Stove must be clear before it can be taken.

• Fixed a second pair of hands being visible in first-person if reloading and holding [RMB].

Known issues & outstanding changes
• Game is missing left-handed support.
• Swapping an item with a Jerry Can in the fuel slot on the quad causes the other item to be placed in the fuel slot.
• When LED light runs out of battery, it unequips but does not re-enable belt chem-light.
• NPCs can have ‘black beams’ coming out of their eyes when running the game using FXAA

This mod aims to represent the armed forces of Denmark as they stand today. The mod will include custom rifles, vehicles, and custom-ish soldier models.





Better Armor Layers (by Zezacle)

Better Armor Layers catered to the hearts and minds of all those armor squads out there. (And sadly, to all the AT players too.) Sometimes, you just want an armor-focused match, but there isn't quite the Layer you're looking for. BAL aims to scratch that itch with RAAS layers with brand new layouts and vehicle-centric gameplay. Rarely should a crewman be aimlessly wandering around Main Base without a chariot to ride into battle. This also means that Infantry players are going to have to play smart and coordinated, feeding ammo to their ATs, and placing those ever pesky ATGMs. Ever wanted a Tank on Kokan? Yeah. We've got Tanks on Kokan.

Additionally BAL has brought the 6v6 Tanks game mode to your favorite maps like Gorodok, Yehorivka, Narva, Mutaha, and more, while also spicing it up by making it Random Advanced and Secure (RAAS Tanks).

Whether it’s Events, Memes, or general variety in the layer rotation, BAL can provide a fun experience to all. This Layer Pack is in its early days, and that means there is much more content planned for it, including brand new Invasion, AAS, and RAAS layers, eventually covering every map in Squad.

Raid Mod (by [RWR] Robez)

Raid Mod is a brand new PvPvE game mode for Squad that features a hardcore ruleset, full kit customization, and a dynamic, mission-based gameplay loop. In this mode you will become the soldier you idealize, taking into the game whatever weapons and equipment that you need to complete diverse missions to gain tickets and personal currency that can be used to buy even better equipment and assets. However, when you die out in the field you lose anything that you brought in with you, any reward you gained, and are sent back to main to join a new squad and try again. Compete against members of the other team to complete the AI/PvP based objectives and then return to main to collect your reward. TREASON is a game mode inspired by popular games like Mafia, Secret Hitler, and Trouble in Terrorist Town. Commissars and Comrades work together to uncover the treasonous comrades. The Traitors work in secret to kill all innocent players and carry out their plot!

Featuring a variety of unique custom maps and tools to play, TREASON will be a great mode for taking a break from the stress of leading those blueberries into battle with something a little different :-)

Hawk’s RAAS Rework (by EyeOfTheHawks)

Now with more layers than ever!

Hawks RAAS Rework looks at tackling the predictability of laned RAAS, redesigning from the ground up how point selection works. Its been dubbed "GRAAS" or "Good-RAAS".
With this new generation method, you'll experience point configurations and areas of the map that you may have never seen before.

Now with well over 100 distinct layer configurations, Hawks RAAS Rework is the perfect supplement to any server, giving you a classic Squad experience with a new twist. Don't bother loading up Squadlanes, because it won’t work, it’s the RAAS experience we always wanted.

Some of the changes since you last saw me on the wrench:
- Added standardized CAF faction templates
- GRAAS Layers on Goose Bay, Manic-5, Anvil, Fools Road, and more!
- Point balance changes to help speed up the early game, so there's less waiting around
- A bunch of new experimental Invasion and TC Layers

Did I mention it’s only 40MB and has workarounds for the "infinite running man" bug that's bothered us all since day 1?

Grand Falls (by BaronVonBoyce and Gunslinger)

Located on the US-Canada border, Russian forces are approaching from their previous victories during their amphibious landing in Labrador and seizure of the Manic-5 dam, Canadian and NATO forces will have to hold them here or risk Russian infiltration into the American homeland.

Grand Falls is a 4x4.5km map with the goal of capturing the feeling of a North American suburb and small town. It is in an early-playtest stage and remains unoptimized. Some small optimizations have been made in the most recent updates, including an erosion pass on the terrain courtesy of Wunda to help reduce the feeling of the landscape being ‘too smooth’.
