I know you paid for the whole seat but you’ll just need the edge for this update! The plan is to have that done before the next update, as well as leaderboards. Hey there!
Thanks to all players for that intense launch weekend and the helpful bug reports!
We have a few fixes mostly for our new (or soon to be) billionaires, live on Windows and Linux beta.

  • Fixed issue with INN stories (day 37 issue)
  • Fixed issues that occured around the billion

  • Fixed dividends not being unlocked if related call didn't play
  • Ending phone call sound now properly mixed together with NPC voices
  • Save are now properly sorted by save date even when downloaded from cloud
  • Fixed black screen if the day timeouts just before trial

Hi, we are adding major mechanics dedicated to clothing.

Various clothing now can be now found on map. So go explore it.
Additionally to that - some clothing can be crafted from palm leafs or animal leather (dropped when skinning large animals). Also you will need needle from bone and some liana.

Backpack can be found on map as well. Starting inventory size was lowered to 10 slots and equipping backpack will give you additional slot space. When dropping it to ground - those slots will be lowered to default ones and inventory items from those slots will be stored in backpack on ground.
So you can use the backpack as stash as well.

IMPORTANT: Previous Savegames might have issues with lowered inventory and will not spawn clothing/backpack.


I plan to add improvised backpack as soon as I have its 3d model.



In inventory a "Clothing Showroom" was added, where you can see your character dressed up and equip/remove clothing (backpack is equipped automatically).

I plan to add some more functionality:
- improvised backpack
- raw animal skin
- leather stretcher
- more clothing
- showroom character rotation

As this update was done really quickly, I have decided to improve the game graphic to current standards. So it can utilize new RTX cards. I have already done some Raytracing test on RTX3060 and the results are promising. Also It will allow me to increase the density and variability of small foliage - like grass, ferns or reeds.
For those less fortunate, I will make possibility to downscale those parameters in game Video Settings.

-A "warp to host" button has been added to the escape menu. This can be used to teleport past a door that will not open. (The previous attempt to fix the doors not opening bug did not work. Until a solution can be found, this is how you can get around it.)

Hello, engineers!

We know you're waiting for more news about the upcoming patch 1.1.0 and so, we prepared a special treat for you: two new features instead of one! We hope you're as excited as we are!

Firstly, something big. We implemented a function that allows the players to add structures in the Battle Simulator mode! Previously, you would have to either make use of pre-existing structures that are already on a map or create an immobile vehicle to act as a structure. You can still do that, of course, but you also have the option to add some of the buildings that you've seen on our maps.

And that isn't all! Adding buildings is fun but what's even cooler is an ability to specify targets in Battle Simulator. And by targets, we mean key objectives that have to be achieved. Additionally, you can designate a vehicle to be a player vehicle by default - meaning that when you start a battle simulation, you will immediately gain control of that vehicle. So you can easily create complex scenarios and play them out. Pretty cool, right?



Secondly, a quality of life improvement that many of you have asked for. You now can control rotors with your mouse instead of using a keyboard! It might be a small thing but improving the controls is something we've been doing ever since Dieselpunk Wars was released. After all, we don't want the controls to get in the way of either building or destroying your opponents.
