This is a very minor update but will impact you most if:

  • You and/or your friends have some form of color vision deficiency.
    The sprites which differentiate you from your friends when playing local co-op (or via Steam's Remote Play) are no longer just differentiated by color. Each player has a unique sprite, which should make identification easier for folks with some kind of CVD. Hope this helps those of you who like to play with friends!

  • You are sensitive to contrast and/or flashes.
    There are now options in the Calibrate menu to freely adjust the in-game contrast and presence of "hit flashes" (color changes that occur when an object is hit) to your liking. This should make the game easier to play for those of you who either want or need the game's contrast to be reduced/increased and flashing to be enabled/disabled.

Always trying my best to make the experience comfortable for everyone, so if you want to see any accessibility changes, don't hesitate to ask! Everyone deserves to enjoy the same things. <3

On Target VR Darts - 5of5
Hello,

We are almost complete with a very large game-wide update. New post to follow regarding that very soon.

Re: WMR... At the moment, On Target VR Darts does not officially support WMR. We can't buy a G2 in Canada, bit of a messy situation by the sounds of it. However, the controller bindings will be identical to the Oculus Touch. If someone is willing to create a community binding for the G2, we'd love to hear if you have it up and running!

Here is a screenshot of the SteamVR controller binding page for Oculus Touch. The only thing you may need to play with is the attach and release thresholds for both triggers.



Once we get a hold of a G2, we'll update the game with an official binding.

Information
The Mirror is an insidious enemy that uses its energy shield to repel your bullets. Depending on the hit angle it may reflect the bullets in your direction and damage you, so take care when shooting a mirror down.



Tips
-The mirror shield is disabled when its shooting you, take this chance to shoot it down.
-Also, you can destroy the 4 satellites creating the mirror shield, disabling it permanently and providing you an easy coreshot to the its main body inner core.

Our latest patch changes bring more precision to how catching the ball is measured, as well as many improvements to clock management. Let the toe tapping begin!

Gameplay Changes
  • Catching is now measured where your feet land rather than where you were in the air when you caught the ball.
Clock Fixes
  • Clock should now run properly during a punt.
  • Clock no longer runs during extra point attempts.
  • Clock now correctly runs when the ball is touched on kickoffs.
  • Clock no longer runs during timeouts erroneously anymore.
  • Fixed a bug where extra plays occurred after time has run out.
  • Added a 1 minute warning to the game before the end of half time and the end of the game.
Custom Lobby Options
  • Added ability to free roam on defensive formations(available in custom lobbies only, space bar to activate).
  • Added pause functionality (pause key by default)
  • Added competitive ruleset which will have unique rules for league play.

Changelog:

Fixed strange resolution behaviour when entering menu for the first time

Fixed bottom cap of "octagon" shape black keys from not casting shadow from impact lighting with default camera settings. Octagon black keys are now 1.25x larger than previously, too

Fixed randomization of pulses where pulses would be randomized, but disabled, if randomizing from a preset where pulses are disabled

Prospective fix for crash while clicking away from Keysight as it launched into fullscreen mode

Optimised colour calculation for objects using non-colour-changing modes

Optimised mask mode to only use required resolution, instead of forcing 1080p capture

Changed mask mode to have different response curves in the red, green and blue mask output channels. Red is linear response of semi-transparency to brightness, green has an exponent of 2, blue has an exponent of 4. Using high exponent channels is useful for trying to avoid black fringing on small, bright objects like particles

Added "bloom shape" slider, saves inside SystemStruct.sav. Low values give horizontal, anamorphic bloom. High values give cross. Subtle effect

today I have a short video update for you:



In it, I talk about the work that has been done over the last couple months and how I will continue this project.

We take a look at:
  • Environments
  • Interactivity
  • Combat
  • Spells
  • Character & Inventory System
  • NPCs & Dialogue

For the future, the most important pieces of information are the following:
  • Development will slow down, roughly until the end of february - after that however, I will focus full-time on this project
  • Once that is so there will be a kickstarter campaign asap
  • During the kickstarter campaign there will be a demo

I'm also thinking about keeping this format for future updates.
