OrbusVR: Reborn - smelgren

Jump into OrbusVR and start Tinkering around with our new crafting profession update! Build yourself a new mount to ride on or a lantern to light the way through the dark dungeons—or even a new transmog armor chest piece. You can also craft furniture that can be used to re-decorate your house with the upcoming Player House Customization update (Nov 19th), or sold to others through the Auction House.

You will have to earn blueprints to the items you want to build, then start to stockpile the new crafting resources needed to build your prized Tinkerer items. Once ready, venture down to your Player House basement to begin working at your new Tinkerer crafting station. Place all blueprints and resources inside the chest by the station, then choose the item you wish to build from the blueprint list to the right. Find the correct placement for each piece on the hologram outline to complete the puzzle and add the item to your inventory!

If you have any questions about the basics of the class, be sure to wave at the Tinkerer tutorial sign next to the crafting station, or check out our blog for an in-depth post on the profession. Good luck, and good Tinkering!

DemonCrawl - Therefore Games
Today we are releasing a hotfix to address a number of bugs we've received from player reports.

New Features
  • Added support for Steam screenshots (F12 by default)
  • Increased the max window scale from 9 to 16 to support 4k screens and beyond

Resolved Bugs
  • Fixed an issue with legendary items not unlocking properly
  • Fixed Magnifying Glass effect persisting even after the item was lost
  • Fixed a crash that occurred when deleting your only remaining save file
  • Fixed a softlock that occurred when misclicking a monster that the tutorial expected you to flag
  • Fixed a crash in the tutorial that occurred when you tried to right-click a coin
  • Fixed a crash related to using Occultic Pendant when strangers couldn't spawn
  • Fixed a crash when using Ouroboros
  • Fixed an issue with Cattle Prod that created incorrect cell values
  • Speculative fix for Dowsing Rod crash
  • Fixed KNIGHT II unlock requirements
  • Corrected a few typos in the achievements
  • You can no longer be on drugs in the credits sequence

Known Issues
We are still investigating the following bug reports:

  • Resuming a quest mid-stage may crash the game under specific circumstances
  • Frozen cells can sometimes lead to negative monster counts, however the stage should still be completable (this is not a softlock as far as we know)
  • Sometimes resuming a quest after a crash will set you back 1 stage

If you have encountered any such issues, please file a bug report that includes your error message as well as a brief description of what you were doing at the time of crash. (Using an item, leaving a stage, etc.)

What's next?

Once the client is more or less crash-free, we will be turning our attention to a few hotly requested features, including UI improvements (e.g. a button for leaving mid stage) and configurable keybinds.

We're glad you're enjoying DemonCrawl and hope you will continue to provide such excellent feedback for us! :)
