Some folk say that around this time of year, the boundaries between our world and the land of the dead weaken, freeing evil spirits to unleash terror on the living. The traditional practice of ‘guising’, the wearing of scary costumes to walk in disguise among these damned souls, may yet save you and your armies from their wrath. 

In our newest seasonal contest, we’re giving you the chance to win some new Halloween-themed cosmetics to clad your warlord, units, and mount in. All you need to do is write a scary story in 300 words or less: the more spine-chilling, the better!

The spookiest entries, the ones that make us want to sleep with the lights on, will be selected by the Conqueror’s Blade team at MY.GAMES. The top three entries (for each language) will win the following Halloween-themed prizes:

• 1st Place: Halloween-themed Hero Attire + Halloween-Themed Unit Attire + Halloween-Themed Horse Armour

Thank you to everyone who’s been a part of the Warlord League - the hundreds of players who have crossed swords and the many thousands that have watched them compete.

To recap, we had eight EU and NA teams reach Stage 2 of the Warlord League They were then drawn with eight RU teams and divided into two groups, from which only four teams could progress to the finals. This weekend, Stage 2 was concluded, with Chaos (RU) and ENDGEGNER (EU) 1st and 2nd in Group 1 respectively, and WereRabbits (EU) and Exiles (RU) leading Group 2.    

Preparing for Stage 3

For the finals, the winners of Group 1 (Chaos) will play the runner-up in Group 2 (Exiles), while the Group 2 winner (Wererabbits) will play Group 1 runner-up (ENDGEGNER). The winners of each semi-final will them play a best-of-five Grand Final, while the two losing teams will playing for third-place with a best-of-three. 

Finals Day - Sunday 20th October

13:00 CEST (4:00 am PDT) - 1st Semi-final 

14:00 CEST (5:00 am PDT) - 2nd Semi-final

15:00 CEST (6:00 am PDT) - 3rd place Play-off

As a warlord in Conquer’s Blade it pays to have reached level 60. That’s when you have just the right amount of stuff to be versatile and a specialist, and the point at which your skills as a gamer start to matter more than all you have unlocked so far. It also marks the time when you start to seriously focus on your units, because an absurdly high-level warlord with only low-level troops is only a prince of paupers.

So, we want to help you cross the threshold of level 60 that little bit quicker. To do that we’re boosting Warlord XP, Unit XP, Honour and Bronze Coin gain by 50% in matched battles. Not only that but we’re also temporarily lifting the Honour Point cap to 30,000. This boost will start at 12:00 CEST on October 15th.

There is a catch: The boost will only apply to warlords below level 60. However, if your favourite warlord has already passed that milestone, the good news is that you now have an excuse to level up one of your more junior warlords - or create a new one and try out a fresh set of skills and abilities.

The bonus boost period is active right now and will end on October 28th, 2019, or until your currently selected warlord hits level 60 (at which point you may like to select another). Hopefully, soon, the proverbial playing field will be a little more even and you can start unlocking your full potential as both a warrior and a leader.

Season I: Seize the Crown is in full swing, with warlords around the world racking up lots of royal rewards from this season’s challenges and Battle Pass! In the spirit of Seize the Crown, we’re pleased to announce a brand-new community contest. From now until October 27, we’d like to invite you to create your own crown, with the best entries in the Create a Crown Contest standing to win a cache of Sovereigns and one of the new Collector’s Packs!

Your crown can be presented however you like, be it a drawing or painting, a 3D model, or a real-world creation so you can reign over your own domain! Just make sure it’s unique, eye-catching, and certainly fit for a king or a queen. The only limit is your imagination, so stretch those creative muscles, and show us what you’ve got!

The best entries will be selected by the Conqueror’s Blade team at MY.GAMES. The top three entries will win:

• 1st Place: 6,000 Sovereigns + Dark Reaper Collector’s Pack
