With the server restart at 02:00 UTC tomorrow, March 15, a new update will be released in the game. The changes include Google authorization for your Tanki browser version account, and fixes to how groups work in matchmaking.


Recently, we’ve been observing frequent cases of sabotage using groups. As you know, a group always fights against another group. But unscrupulous tankers began to exploit this mechanism, deliberately seeking a situation where a group of inactive tankers fell on the opposing team.

In this update, we're going to make matchmaking changes that should prevent this exploit from being used.


Many players have been unhappy about the fact that accounts registered through the Google service on Android cannot log into the browser version of the game.

Now we have the solution! Authorization via Google is now available in the browser version of the game.

Click on the G + icon when entering the game, select the desired Google account and continue playing.

You can also register via Google in the browser version, and then continue to play on your Android device from the same game account.

Important: After you log in to the browser version of the game through your Google account, go to the settings on the Account tab and set the password. The password is still required for authorization on the forum, help portal and the “Gender Wars” website.

Enter the game tomorrow, try all the updates and be sure you share your opinion in the forum.

BREAKING NEWS: The Men’s faction is being humiliated by the Women’s faction in the Gender WAR.

This month’s themed WAR is Men vs Women.

As of writing this announcement, the Women’s faction aren’t beating the Men’s faction…

They are literally ANNIHILATING THEM, wiping the floor with their puny little tanks, crushing them to bits, and then vacuuming their sorry wrecks to dump into the backyard dumpster.



Then again, it’s Women’s Day, so maybe the Men’s faction are just being respectful.

As part of our International Women's Day celebrations, we’re inviting you to take part in a themed coloring contest.
 
Your task is to color one of the tank designs we’ve created for you. You can find them on this special site
 
Publish your finished work on Facebook or Instagram, together with the two hashtags #8March2019TO_EN and #8March.
 
Make sure you include your nickname in the artwork.
 
We will have two categories:

• Digital coloring, using a graphics editor
• Physical coloring, using pens, pencils, crayons, acrylics, oil colors, etc

Here are the prizes for each category:
 
1st place: any XT skin of your choice, 50,000 crystals and 15 containers;
2nd place: an animated paint (only from containers) of your choice, 40,000 crystals and 10 containers;
3rd place: a non-animated paint (only from containers) of your choice, 30,000 crystals and 8 containers;
4th place: 20,000 crystals, 5 containers and 5 gold boxes;
5th place: 15,000 crystals, 3 containers and 3 gold boxes.

As always, you can access rewards from the Silver Tier for free, including the final prize — Shaft XT.
