Build the historic American battleship in Update 13.3!
Ship features:
"Immediate Systems Reload" Combat Instructions that reduce your consumable preparation/cooldown time.
Accurate guns that inflict relatively low damage.
High speed and good concealment, but relatively weak armor.
The shipbuilding process consists of 30 phases, 28 of which can be progressed through by completing Dockyard combat missions. When you reach shipbuilding phase 20, you'll also be rewarded with West Virginia '44. If you already have her in your fleet, you'll receive three Dockyard phases instead; so, with that and completing enough combat missions, you can earn Wisconsin completely free!
The Dockyard combat missions can be completed during Updates 13.3 and 13.4, while the Dockyard will remain available until the start of Update 13.6.
Golden Week Festivities
The new update welcomes a new Event Pass dedicated to the special holiday celebrated in Japan and East Asian countries!
The Event Pass consists of two 20-level progression lines.
Among the rewards of the first progression line, you'll find Romanian Commander Andrei Teodorescu, permanent camouflages, a permanent bonus package for Tier VII ships, and Golden Tokens.
For the second progression line, you can expect the Japanese Lacquer permanent camouflage for Kongō, the Dawn Harmony permanent camouflage for Shimanto and Takahashi, a permanent bonus package for a Tier VIII ship, new Japanese Commander Ashikaga Teru, and Doubloons.
Golden Tokens can be spent at the Wishing Wharf event in the Armory.
Wishing Wharf
During the Wishing Wharf event, you can spend Golden Tokens to try to get random rewards. Each Try will cost you 100 Golden Tokens.
The event rewards are separated into three categories based on their rarity:
Common rewards: Special and rare economic bonuses, Free and Elite Commander XP, Credits, and signals.
Rare rewards: Hyūga, Maya, new hybrid cruiser Chikuma II, and Hayate, as well as themed permanent camouflages for Hyūga, Maya, Mogami, Hayate, and Yamato.
Supreme reward: Chikuma II Golden with characteristics similar to Chikuma II but a unique appearance.
Asymmetric Battles
Here's some good news for PvE fans—we've decided to bring Asymmetric Battles back for the entire duration of Update 13.3!
The rules haven't changed since the last iteration, and as for the bots, they'll continue to be a 12-ship team two tiers lower than each tier represented in the player team.

All participants who earn at least 3,000 Base XP during the event will get 500 Community Tokens as a reward.

This is a short overview of the planned features for Update 13.3. For more information about the upcoming features and rewards for participating in the Public Test, visit the dedicated article on our website:
IMPORTANT! Because the update is still being tested, the information in this article is tentative and reflects the state of game development at the time of its publication. Some changes and new features may be removed entirely or implemented differently by the time the update goes live.
Wisconsin at the Dockyard
Wisconsin is coming to the Dockyard! The construction process consists of 30 phases, 28 of which can be completed via combat mission groups. If you complete all the Dockyard missions, you'll only need to purchase two phases to get the new ship!
Completing phase 20 will award you with Tier VII Premium battleship West Virginia '44! If you already own her, you'll instead get three construction phases, potentially allowing you to earn Wisconsin for free!
Asymmetric Battles
The fan-favorite PvE battle type is returning! Battles will be fought in a 5 vs. 12 format and feature Tier VI–X ships, including superships. While human players will be able to select any ship type, submarines won't be an option for the bot-controlled team.
For the player team, the maximum tier difference between ships will be limited to one, while bots will control ships up to two tiers lower.
Golden Week Event Pass
The Event Pass for Update 13.3 is themed around Japan's Golden Week holidays.
The first progression line holds Asian Lantern and Golden Week permanent camouflages, a permanent economic package for a Tier VII ship, Golden Tokens, and more!
The second progression line holds the Japanese Lacquer permanent camouflage for Kongō, the Dawn Harmony permanent camouflage for Shimanto or Takahashi, a permanent economic package for a Tier VIII ship, new Japanese Commander Ashikaga Teru, and Doubloons.
Custom Destruction Animation
We're testing a new concept in Update 13.3 – a permanent camouflage that adds a custom destruction animation to ships you destroy instead of the standard explosion.
You can get one of these camouflages for free during Update 13.3 and can purchase three additional ones for Credits.
Update 13.2 is now fully deployed, Captains! It brings a new branch of Commonwealth cruisers into Early Access, as well as significant submarines updates and, later this month—the Piñata Hunt game mode for April Fools' Day! Read all about these new features and more in the patch notes right here:
All the activities happening during the new update—from Brawls to combat missions—are now all laid out in one convenient location to help you plan ahead!
Speaking of missions, here are a few you can already get started on this weekend:
Luck of the Irish: Follow the leprechaun through an eight-part chain with a pot o' gold at the end!
Festival of Color: If you play on the EU or Asia servers, celebrate the Indian festival of Holi by picking up an Indian Tricolor permanent camouflage via a short chain!
Benito Juárez Day: We've not forgotten the NA server! If you play there, you can unlock signals galore and a More Coal container with this three-parter.
Commonwealth Cruisers: Early Access and Event Pass
At long last, the Commonwealth Tech Tree bears a branch of its own! Get to know the 10 new ships by reading a dedicated article. You'll also find out how to nab some of them in Early Access!
The Commonwealth cruisers are also the stars of this update's Event Pass, which includes a unique permanent camouflage for Delhi, historical Commander Harold Farncomb, Coal, Steel, and more!
More tweaks have made it into the game to further combat "shotgunning" by submarines. Their torpedoes will now inflict varying amounts of damage depending on travel distance, plus there are more changes to explore.
Due to the changes affecting upgrades, you can demount them free of charge during the first week of the update.
