We are eager to share a new update with you all. By popular demand, we have added a new feature that allows players to drop their guns and other equipment. By enabling this option you can grab and hold items by applying pressure to the force sensor in the grip of the Index controller, and drop items by releasing the grip, offering a more realistic and comfortable Index controller experience. The option is enabled by default for Index controllers and can also be enabled for all other supported controllers. You can find this setting in the gameplay menu.
In addition, we also made the following updates:
Fixed issue where Vive wand users could not use one or either of their triggers
Fixed holstering in the first level
Fixed WMR teleport aim rotation
Hyperkin movement now working with sliding locomotion
The Arizona Sunshine patch that adds Index support also introduces custom controls, powered by the most recent SteamVR update. Re-bind your controls on officially supported devices.
PPGun support
The most recent SteamVR update has unfortunately broken PPGun controller support. We are currently working with the SteamVR team to get this fixed and back into Arizona Sunshine.

A word from our Studio Director, Richard Stitselaar “Arizona Sunshine was one of the first full-feature games developed exclusively for VR. Ever since, we’ve been eager to take it up a few notches and push hard at the boundaries of VR again. With After the Fall, we’re bringing VR to life at a scale we believe hasn’t been done before – a seamless multiplayer experience set in a dynamic, changing world that will keep players coming back for more.”
After the Fall is coming to VR in 2020.
