The second reason is that a Creator DLC's theme or setting might be very different from regular Arma 3 and not everyone might want it to be visible in their game.
How do I launch Reaction Forces? You will need to visit the DLC section in the Arma 3 Launcher, make sure Reaction Forces is owned and loaded, then launch the game by clicking the PLAY button.
Can I still play together with people who do not own the CDLC in multiplayer? To enable non-owners to still play on multiplayer servers that make use of Reaction Forces content, Rotators Collective has published a "compatibility data for non-owners" via the Steam Workshop. 2035 "Futura" Setting - Enhance your Arma 3 experience with new assets and content that fits seamlessly into Arma 3's narrative and world.
Two New Rifles and Pistols - Equip yourself with the HADES H6 bolt-action rifle, Veles bullpup rifle, Mk26 L5 pistol, and G19 pistol. New optics and rail attachments are also available to customize these and other weapons for the mission ahead.
A New Helicopter, Pickup Truck, UAV, and Two Static Mortar Systems - Run water bombing or Search and Rescue missions with the new Cougar Helicopter, cross rough terrain in the versatile MOOSE pickup, or support combat efforts with the new RC-40 Micro-UAV, Commando Mortar, and 120 mm Twin Mortar system.
