Hello everyone! I've made a small decision to remove the demo from now from Steam, due it's not representing the current state of the game.
In the following month, my goal is to produce a new demo which would be the "almost" definite one.
My goal in the demo is to include:
The new Board Style/combat that I've been working on and showing on the discord;
Maps for the 3 Biomes (Plains, Desert, Snow) (Up to 10 maps), Using it's basic system (Terrain will just give you def and movement restrictions, In the future I plan to have some extra terrains that will do different stuff, like healing, trapping for 1 turn, give damage, etc..);
Single Player (vs AI) and PvP (basically the current state, due Local or Steam Remote Play);
Maps with pre-deployed units;

Additions and Fixes:
New enemy: Arsonist. Ranged enemy that shoots projectiles. These projectiles are constantly turning towards the Player. Appears after 8 minutes.
New enemy: Stone Warrior. Ranged enemy with a lot of health. It creates walls of stone, trying to trap the Player. Player can't move through these walls, but can destroy them with bullets or skills.
New enemy: Cavalry Knight. Melee enemy with high speed. Jumps towards the player and damages him on impact.
Card Collection in Hub is working again. Active cards are presented there.
Champions and waves of enemies now spawn every 50 seconds (A third of in-game hour). And now they shouldn't spawn during Mini Boss encounter.
Mushrooms now don't explode on death, if they're frozen.
Decreased the attack range for Mushrooms.
Added smoother health growth for Champions.
Lowered the speed and damage of Flying Golem Mini Boss bullets just a bit.
Slow effect of Water Mage Mini Boss is weaker now.
Utility card that was providing 30% exp gain increase now provides 15%.
T3_Health_Reward card effect was causing Player to become permanently invincible. Fixed.
Mini Boss chest was giving more than 2 levels on pickup. Fixed.
All enemies now have white flash effect when they're hit.
All enemy death animations are much smoother now.
Attack Speed and Player Speed pickups now give Player specific visual effects.
Along with the recent Garden Update, we introduced a new community contest, with a new ruleset and a new pool of prizes!
As we're getting closer and closer to April Fools' Day, your quest this time is to create a home filled with tricks, surprises, and confusing design choices - a place that would drive anyone living there absolutely nuts!

Remember that you're not allowed to use any 3rd party software or in-game "cheats" that directly help you with your contest project (for example, giving you access to hidden items)!
(We allowed for that previously, but the console players have much harder access to those and of course, using shady console commands always carries the risk of your game getting broken!)

At 6pm GMT tomorrow DEMONS will release to Early Access. So far, we've revealed five of the demons that will be available to challenge in the game, each of them bringing their own unique gameplay twist and requiring smart strategic adjustments to overcome.
These five will be joined on our Early Access launch by three others which have never been officially spoiled... until now!
Highwayman
Stand and deliver - your items and your life! This spectral Highwayman has returned from beyond the grave to threaten every characters equipped items if even one of your team should encounter him during an investigation. Avoiding this demon is one option, but if you find yourself forced to confront him at least try and do it at a time when your team has the least items to lose possible.
Hellhound
This fiery beast from beyond has one weakness. During their investigations players will find Bone cards which can be used to move the Hellhound from one location to another. However, you'll need the Hellhound card to be face-up to do this, which means finding it at a location with Flashlight cards first! This demon is an excellent challenge for new players and we strongly recommend it for learning games.
Timereaper
Timereaper makes every game a tricky race against the clock, as he moves the Time Lock card around locations, preventing them from being the first place a character investigates in a turn. Perk cards which allow you to make more than one investigation in a turn are a powerful option against this demon, which also rewards thoughtful planning of what each member of your team is going to do with their action and careful consideration of the order they will act in.
