Update 5 is now available on App Lab, Steam and Itch.io!
We have very exciting stuff in this update! like the possibility of creating “Protect the miner” games in the editor and map biomes! you can now create desert, snow and space maps :)
This update also marks the end of the beta period for the editor! This doesn’t mean that we will stop improving it, adding more assets, biomes, etc. But the focus of the next few updates will now shift to the main game (new maps, the RTS mode, PvP improvements, etc.).
CHANGES AND IMPROVEMENTS
Improved the performance when opening and closing the contextual menu.
Added the possibility to snap-turn while using the jetpack.
Added controller forward setting. This allows you to use the orientation of the controller as the movement forward, instead of the default camera forward.
Added a setting for left-handed players to allow them to invert the joystick functions in the controllers (movement and snap/smooth turn)
New cheat code to unlock the gravity gun. You will need to check the VRTrends magazine to know how! :P
Added click sounds to the contextual menu in the map editor.
MAPS
Added a new community Protect map “Sanctum Hill” as an example for Protect maps.
Added a new community PvP map “Facing Worlds” as an example for PvP space maps.
Improvements in Frozen Lake PvP map: we slightly moved one base to protect it from being shot from afar. Also added colliders on the limits to avoid someone with jetpack getting to the other base jumping outside the map.
COMMUNITY MAPS
Added the option to “Allow others to join” in community maps played in single player mode.
Improved the performance of the community maps.
Added the name of the map and the creator at the rating prompt (at the end of the game).
Added dynamic lightning to SteamVR community maps. Shadows look much better now.
Added a new feature in the community maps to set them as “Favorites”.
Added filter in the creation panel to view all your favorite maps.
GAME FIXES
Fixed several SnowHill locations to protect the player from falling inside rocks.
Fixed community PvP maps not showing up in the Top and New sections. They also load much faster now.
Fixed being able to teleport to enemy warp gates in PvP games
Fixed grenades now blowing up explosive barrels.
Fixed melee enemies not attacking the generator at the Outpost.
MAP EDITOR IMPROVEMENTS AND CHANGES
Added biomes to the editor! now you can create Desert maps, Snow maps and Space maps, with specific assets for Desert and Snow maps (rocks, props, decoration, terrain textures, etc).
The space biome right now re-uses most of the same assets as Desert, but with the terrain completely hidden so you get a nice “in orbit” feeling :D. We will add specific space assets in the next updates.
Enabled the creation of “Protect the miner” maps! the type of maps that you follow the miner and it changes the location of the warp gate every stage. Each stage has its own drop ship and enemy spawn points.
Added two new skyboxes for the new space biome.
Added a new editor grid overlay. You can enable or disable it in the options menu (enabled by default)
Added snap to grid and snap rotation options.
Added the buttons to lock/unlock all objects in the map. This will only lock/unlock existing assets, it will not affect any new asset that you spawn after locking/unlocking.
Added horizontal auto-align option to all objects. This was something that the towers already had, but we enabled it for the rest.
Added a setting in enemy spawn point to configure the type of enemies to spawn : only terrestrial, only flyers, no bosses.
Added quick-clone: it will clone the object on your hand by pressing trigger when grip is pressed. You need to enable this in the options menu (disabled by default) but makes placing grass or small items really fast :)
Added a label with the number of polygons of each asset in the inventory tab when the button is selected.
Added a new fail-safe to make sure gates, spawn points, etc. never disappear from the table.
You can now add multiple dropship points to the maps.
The “visible grid” and “reduce the speed when moving” inside the map are now enabled by default when opening the editor.
Added 3 new red rocks for the desert biome.
Added flat 2x2 concrete panel to make floors and walls.
Improved the desert tree textures (added ambient occlusion)
Added the satellite dish platform as a separate asset.

Dear friends, we want to inform you that in our favorite game the store of in-game items has finally become available, where you can purchase various variations of valcoin! But what is valcoin? Let's crash! Valkoin is, in fact, an ordinary souvenir that you can purchase and thereby support us, as well as the item that you bought can be added to the window and thus decorate your Steam profile! This is of no value, but who knows, it is quite possible that valcoin is the future and it will be the world's most valuable resource? *Joke*
Below you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions. (* ^ ∇ ^ *)
Question 1: Will buying items from the store bring relief or gameplay changes?
Answer 1: No, the items in the store were created solely to support the developers and decorate the Steam profile, the purchase will not bring any changes.
Question 2: Will there be restocking of new items in the store?
Answer 2: Yes, of course! There will be a huge amount of items in the store for every taste and color! Most often, new species will be timed to coincide with any holidays. By the way, you can offer your idea on account of this, write to the contact mail or in discussions!
Question 3: Will the price of the items change?
Answer 3: Most likely not, but the option with price changes is not excluded.
Question 4: Will certain types of items be removed from the store?
Answer 4: Yes, some species will be removed, but most will remain permanently! Only special or special items will be deleted, and then, not all.
Question 5: I accidentally bought an item from the store and realized that I didn't need it! Can I get my money back?
Answer 5: Yes, of course! You can return money according to the standard Steam return rules.
Thank you for reading, we hope you enjoy this innovation. Best regards, VeaTryzLon-ZeGod development team.

New update celebrating spring with an in game level editor in early access version !
The created levels, solo and multi players (2 players local co-op), can be shared by a simple copy and paste of file.
It is strongly recommended to practice the single player campaign before, in order to understand the meaning of the different editor elements.
The levels created can share an important part of the campaign levels functionalities, but with limitations in order to simplify the use of the editor while favoring the creation of unique levels.
And who knows, the best levels may one day be integrated in a further version of the game...
Hello everyone, I am back once again to show what I have been working on this month and what is planned for the future.
More multiplayer maps
As Beta 1.11 nears its official update release, I need to make sure that all of the multiplayer maps are re-added. So I started work on blocking out San Heights Mall. I currently have the entrance fully 3d modeled (minus detail of course) and am already starting to blockout the rest of the map.
Added Steam's Controller Support
What this means is that it will now read steam's controller names and assign the button mapping accordingly. Not all controllers will have custom buttons made for them but the support is now there.
Added more options to the options menu
One of the things that I added back was the default settings button as well as the ability to switch monitors again. I also fixed a few bugs relating to the options menu, there are still some left though. I hope to have them resolved in time for Beta 1.11.
That is all I have so far to show. More stuff is in the works and I hope to show you all soon! Take care and have a great rest of your weekend everyone! ~Joseph
- Added a new dungeon boss, 'Wolf of Nobina'. This boss was designed by Nonomo, a T5 Patreon. Defeating Goddess Nobina will drop an item which lets you challenge this boss in the newbie dungeon. But be careful, this boss is very powerful and only players who can easily beat D3-10 dungeons have a chance to win. Winning this fight will give you a powerful weapon, which grows even more powerful the more Patreon dungeon bosses you defeat in the future. But so far this is the only Patreon dungeon boss. - Some people told me they want a higher frame rate because their monitor has a higher framerate so you can set it higher now in the settings. But be aware that it increases the cpu usage a lot if you set it higher than 60. - Fixed an issue with the stat of Monster Queen in MQC.
- The 'Botanical Menace H-scene' was impossible to be unlocked since the map 17F didn't have a free way to reach the Overgrown Lake area. I've already fixed it, so enjoy the scene! - The map photo from Horny Tower 17F available on the Guide/Walktrough has been updated.

It’s about time we talk about the shop's reputation, one of the important mechanics in Potion Craft.
What is reputation?
You’ve probably noticed this meter in the top part of your inventory:
This is your shop's reputation meter. It basically shows how much love (or hate) you get from your fellow townsfolk. The higher the reputation, the better: your potion's base price goes up, customers are more patient and willing to haggle with you. Should your reputation go down too much, you'll start gradually losing said benefits. Moreover, if your reputation hits 0 by the end of the day, it's game over, no more customers or traders for you!
So, how do you build up your shop's reputation? By completing orders, of course! But be careful: not all visitors intend to use your potions for good. And if someone uses your "rat poison" to get rid of their husband or wife, the townspeople will surely find out who helped them (spoiler: the only alchemist in the town), and you can bet they won't like it.
Okay, that's the basics. Let's get to the good part!
3 types of quests
There are currently 3 types of quests in game: good, bad and neutral.
Good quests
Let's have a look into how a good quest is set up.
This is the quest editor. You can see the following options available for adjustment:
Desirable Effects determines what kind of potion an NPC with this quest will be willing to buy. In some cases it may be more than 1 suitable effect for the same quest.
Potion Cost Multiplier determines how much gold an NPC with this quest will pay you. 1 means a standard, normal price. The Cost Multiplier is set to 1 for mostly all the good quests in the game.
Reputation Reward Tier N, where N is potion's tier (quality). Depending on how strong the desired effect in your potion is, the reputation reward may vary. For good quests the reputation reward is usually equal to the potion's tier.
Reputation Reward Kick basically means the amount of reputation penalty incurred when refusing to fulfill a quest. When you reject a person with a good quest, your reputation decreases by a certain amount. For good quests the penalty is usually set to -3.
Bad quests
In bad quests reputation reward and penalty are reversed. You lose reputation by completing the quest and gain it by rejecting an NPC with malicious intent. We decided to make the reputation loss from bad quests substantially higher, so the penalty for working with baddies varies from -10 to -30. But, we also set the potion cost multiplier to a whopping 3 to make such deals more tempting to accept (and we feel like it works just fine).
Neutral quests
Neutral quests are just what the name implies: they offer no reputation reward or penalty, so the player is free to handle them as they please. But neutral quests still feature a doubled cost multiplier, so it's still worth the squeeze. Currently, there are only a few NPC with neutral quests. One of them is The Witch.
How to keep your reputation high
To make sure your shop's reputation does not drop to zero, please follow these easy tips:
Read the quests carefully! Don't just skim the text for potion effects needed by the customer. Especially if they ask for some poison.
Always sell your strongest potions! The stronger the potion you sell is, the more reputation you gain. You can worry about if they can handle your potions later *wink*.
If you are running low on gold and have some reputation to spare, it's okay to make a shady deal or two... Just remember to sell a potion of the highest tier possible to make it worth it!
Greetings! Today we received the last letter from OVH (you can find out more about the situation here), they refused to restore the IP address. They previously promised that it's possible if we'll use another European server.
As the result, we will have to release an update with new connection data. It will take some time.
Also, in the comments to this news, we suggest that you inform us about the hottest changes (fixes/improvements), which are the most critical and need to be released.
We notify you in advance that we cannot promise anything. This is an unplanned update that will be released due to the actual situation. However, we can try to fix issues that are most pressing among players.
