Today's update focuses on Crew health and protection during dice combat. The dice combat now has less of a luck factor than before and your crew will be less exposed to enemy damage.


Change Log v0.2.0.4.0 - Crew Protection Update
  • In this update we've rebalanced crew combat, giving more protection to crew members.
  • We've modified the player's combat dice. The dice faces with a hand on them that used to give an extra action point have now been changed to a shield that adds armor to two random crew members.
  • In crew combat we've changed the way the enemy targets the crew. Now there will be less probabilities to attack crew members with only one point of life.
  • We've increased the gain of action points in crew combat, it will allow the player to use more items and be less dependent of the dice rolls.
  • Now combat will begin with 2 action points instead of 1.
  • Now the items will be shown in an inferior panel instead of the left panel.

  • The transition between camera modes has been smoothed.
  • A bug that caused some boarding signals to not appear has been fixed.

New Items
  • We've added a basic crew combat weapon: Republic Pistol. It'll be avaiable in all crew combats.
  • We've added a new crew combat item: Healing Plasma. It heals 1 of life of a selected crew member.
  • We've added a new crew combat item: Plasma Injector. It heals 2 of life of a selected crew member.
  • We've added a new crew combat item: Resuscitation Kit. It reanimates a death crew member.

    The next large update will be based on updating the game's engine to the latest version of Unity. This update will fix the majority of crash issues that some players are suffering. If everything goes according to plan it should be out by the end of next week.

  • We remade the way that attributes are saved. This should fix all the errors related with attributes that some players are suffering since the version 0.2.0.3.5.
  • This version fixes the saved games with duplicated attributes.
  • It also removes negative attributes if there's a positive version of the same attribute.
  • A bug that allowed players to use the sniper rifle an infinite number of times has been fixed.

  • We have corrected a bug in the save system that kept the captain's attributes from loading correctly. This bug would cause bugs in event buttons, dice rolls, and other actions dependant on attributes.

  • A bug that caused blueprints to not save properly in permadeath mode has been fixed.
  • A bug that caused the captain the player selected to not appear when starting a campaign for second time in permadeath mode has been fixed.

  • A bug that kept enemy ships from giving loot when they were destroyed while being hacked has been solved.

Hello everyone! After much anticipation and many suggestions, we've finally added both a multiple autosave and a manual save system. This way you can load any save file you have made at any point in time. So as well as rolling back, you can make specific manual save files.


Change Log v0.2.0.3.5
  • Now the game can be saved manually.
  • Now the autosave system uses a different save file every 8 minutes with a maximum of 10 autosaved games. With this system you will be able to load previous autosaved games.
  • We've added a load game option in order to load autosaved and manually saved games.
  • A bug that destroyed all the player's weapons softlocking the game at the beginning of the prologue has been fixed.
  • A bug that caused to the loss the saved data of the known disseases has been fixed.
  • A bug that softlocked the game not showing the first main quest has been fixed. All the saved games with that issue should have been fixed.
  • This version fixes any saved game with two or more main quests.
  • We reduced the difficulty of the first battle of the prologue.

  • A bug that made the mouse cursor dissapear and disabled some buttons when the player had a HOTAS plugged in has been fixed.
  • With this fix now the game can be played with HOMAS (flight stick + mouse), players will have to assign controls in settings before playing with HOMAS. Gamepad control is still not supported but we plan to work on it soon.
  • We've delayed a few seconds the auotmatic equipment of weapons before changing the ship, it could solve the loss of equipment that some players are suffering.
  • A bug that softlocked the game in the prologue should be fixed.
  • A bug that changed the window resolution for the screen resolution in windowed mode on game start has been fixed.
  • Some texts have been fixed.

  • A bug that locked the recruits information when the player had less than 3 crew members has been fixed.
  • Now the last remaining member of your crew will only be able to die in crew combat.
  • A bug that left dead crew members in the crew list has been fixed.
  • Now the skins and the names of the ship are loaded properly in the hangar.
  • Now the skin and the name of the selected ship is loaded properly when the player changes their ship.
  • We've updated the input controller to the last version. This could solve some issues like mouse disappearing or a bug that caused player ship to rotate constantly.
  • A bug that showed the information of the last selected item when the player opened the inventory has been fixed.

  • Now when the player changes a ship the weapons of the last ship will be equipped automatically.
  • In ship change if the weapons cannot be equipped they will be saved in the inventory if there's free space, if not they'll be saved in the stash.
  • A bug that destroyed all equipped items in the last main quest has been fixed.
  • A bug that softlocked the game in the event "Answers" (#163) has been fixed.
  • A bug that sometimes softlocked the game when a recruit joined to crew has been fixed.
  • The projectile speed of the missile weapon upgrades has been corrected.
  • We lowered the volume of the electric loop sound that is played in the inventory.
  • The item "Shipment of Strange Specimens" is now delivered correctly in the contract "Delivery" (#151).
  • The location on planets of the event "Delivery" (#151) has been corrected.
  • Now the locations on planets have a fixed position.
  • Many texts have been corrected.
