List of Update 0.23.4343 Changes

Commander Progression Reset

Due to the commander skill changes introduced in Update 0.23, we are resetting commander skills for all players for free. Additionally, Rank 10 to 15 Commanders will reset to Rank 10 with their Commander Experience saved - they can immediately be promoted again.

Important Changes and Fixes
  • Fixed a bug that caused client settings to reset every time the client is launched
  • Fixed the T-62 Veteran bug that caused it to appear as both Premium and Battle-Hardened and allowed players to sell it for an incorrect amount of Credits (the vehicle will be activated with the launch of this update)
  • Fixed a bug where platoons (including five player ones) had to wait for an excessively long time in the matchmaking queue before being able to Special Operations
  • Fixed a bug where platoons could not enter Special Operations correctly if one of the members wasn’t specifically on the same Special Operations stage as the others
  • Fixed a bug where the Battle button became unavailable for the entire PvE mode if a platoon attempted to enter a Special Operation with one of the platoon’s players not having it available
  • Fixed a bug that caused the game to disable any input (mouse, keyboard) if players attempted to send a chat message at the end of a match but did not send it
  • Fixed a bug that caused commanders to appear having received less Experience than the vehicle (an UI issue)
  • Fixed a number of issues causing the client to crash
Vehicle Changes
  • Fixed the incorrect 105mm M393A3 HESH shell penetration for Stingray 2 Shark, XM8 and Centauro 105 (increased from 295 to 315)
  • Fixed the bugged FV721 Fox Shark smoke grenade launchers (instead of the upgraded ones, the vehicle had stock ones)
  • Fixed the bugged Leopard 1 smoke grenade launcher textures
  • Improved the gun depression of Object 640 to -8 degrees (frontal), -5 degrees (sides) and -4 degrees (rear)

  • Fixed the frontal part of the upgraded C1 Ariete armor
  • Fixed the UI parameters of Type 62 armor
  • Fixed a bug that caused the T-72A acceleration, agility and turret traverse to be different from the premium versions of the same vehicle

Commanders!

For this year, we’ve prepared one last offer for you – the return of the three premium vehicles that we introduced for the Black Friday offers:
  • Vickers Mk.7/2 “Vanquisher” Tier 8 Premium Main Battle Tank

Each of these vehicles comes with unique camouflage and will be available permanently in the Web Shop from now on with the option to purchase it for Gold. We are, however, also introducing time-limited bundles, available from December 26, 2017 to January 9, 2018.

Vickers Mk.7/2 “Vanquisher”

The Vickers Mk.7/2 was one of the last members of the famous Vickers MBT British tank export series. It was built around the advanced Vickers turret (with a wide range of guns offered as options), combined with a modified Leopard 2 hull. A single prototype was built in 1985, but failed to attract any customers. The tank was never mass-produced but the lessons learned by Vickers from its development were used when designing the Challenger 2 MBT

Its main features include a new 120mm IMI M253 smoothbore gun replacing the old M68, and a brand new set of additional NERA armor, significantly improving the tank’s protection.

Marder 2

The Marder 2 was an experimental German IFV, developed in the late 1980s to replace the aging Marder IFV. It featured more armor, a new turret and a brand-new Rheinmetall dual-caliber autocannon that could fire both 35mm and 50mm rounds. Despite its qualities, the vehicle was never accepted in service due to its high cost and because it was no longer needed because of the fall of the Soviet Union. A single surviving prototype can be found today in the Koblenz military collection.

In Armored Warfare, the Marder 2 is a Tier 8 Armored Fighting Vehicle. With its 44 tons, it’s one of the heaviest and toughest AFVs around. Armored Warfare - Silentstalker
Commanders!

In the first part of the Black Eagle Squad series, you’ve learned about the history of the Black Eagle squad. Now it’s time to learn about its remaining two vehicles!

From December 26, 2017 to January 9, 2018, you’ll have, once again, the opportunity to join the Black Eagle Company by purchasing one of the following two initial Black Eagle vehicles:
  • BMD-2 Black Eagle Tier 5 Premium Armored Fighting Vehicle
  • Stingray 2 Black Eagle Tier 7 Premium Light Tank
Both vehicles come with unique Black Eagle Company camouflage and Level 5 crews. Additionally, the top bundles of each vehicle come with a free bonus – Alexander Cortez, the commander of the Black Eagle Company.

Alexander Cortez

Alexander Cortez was born in Santiago de Cuba as a son of a Russian ballerina and a Cuban officer. He ran away from home when he was a teenager and traveled around South America, participating in local conflicts. During his travels, he made some loyal friends with whom he eventually created the Black Eagle mercenary squad.

In Armored Warfare, Alexander Cortez has a rather unique basic skill, giving him a chance to automatically deal maximum damage with every shot. Using additional skills, this chance can be increased even further. Additionally, Alexander Cortez has skills that increase the durability of various components.

BMD-2 Black Eagle

Developed for the Soviet Airborne infantry in the early 1980s, the BMD-2 is light air-transportable armored fighting vehicle, armed with a 30mm cannon as well as a guided missile launcher. Fast, small and nimble, it’s one of the most effective scouts of its Tier.

You can learn more about it in a dedicated article.

In Armored Warfare, the BMD-2 Black Eagle is a Premium version of the Tier 5 AFV. While not as durable as the BMP-2, it is agile and nimble. Its missiles provide it with enough of a punch to make it an effective killer, but where this vehicle truly shines is scouting thanks to its small size and high mobility.

It is available in the following bundles:

Standard Bundle (available permanently) containing:
  • BMD-2 Black Eagle Tier 5 Premium Armored Fighting Vehicle
Improved Bundle with 15% discount, containing:
  • BMD-2 Black Eagle Tier 5 Premium Armored Fighting Vehicle

  • 15 Gold Crew Insignia tokens
  • 15 Gold Commander Insignia tokens
  • 15 Gold Reputation Insignia tokens

  • 50 Gold Credits Insignia tokens
  • 50 Gold Global Reputation Insignia tokens
  • Commander Alexander Cortez
Stingray 2 Black Eagle

The Stingray 2 Light Tank was developed by Cadillac Gage as an upgraded variant of the original Stingray. The philosophy behind both Stingrays was to install powerful, MBT-class 105 mm rifled cannon on a light, mobile and – most importantly – affordable chassis. Despite its qualities, the vehicle was never a commercial success because the market became flooded with Cold War surplus.

In Armored Warfare, the Stingray 2 Black Eagle is a Premium version of the Tier 7 Light Tank, featuring unique camouflage and Level 5 crews. It’s one of the most powerful vehicles of its Tier. While its armor is not nearly as strong as that of an MBT of equal Tier, its agility and firepower more than make up for that. The Stingray 2 Black Eagle is a true hunter on the battlefield, running circles around its enemies and firing its powerful 105mm cannon at their vulnerable sides. In skilled hands, it’s absolutely devastating.

It is available in the following bundles:

Standard Bundle (available permanently) containing:
  • Stingray 2 Black Eagle Tier 7 Premium Light Tank
Improved Bundle with 19% discount, containing:
  • Stingray 2 Black Eagle Tier 7 Premium Light Tank
  • 20 Gold Loot Crates

  • 25 Gold Commander Insignia tokens

Prime Bundle with 34% discount, containing:
  • Stingray 2 Black Eagle Tier 7 Premium Light Tank
  • 35 Platinum Loot Crates
  • 25 Platinum Battlefield Glory 12-hour Boost Tokens

  • 50 Gold Commander Insignia tokens
  • 50 Gold Reputation Insignia tokens

  • 50 Gold Global Reputation Insignia tokens

  • 35 Platinum Loot Crates

  • Commander Alexander Cortez

Please note:

  • This offer ends on January 9, 16:00 CET (7 AM PST)

Armored Warfare - Silentstalker
Commanders!

We’ve done quite a bit of time travelling recently, haven’t we? In the 2030s, we’re helping the Seahawks reach their final destination in the Storyline Campaign, Special Operations take place in the 2040s and we’ve also been running in the 90s with the Drift King contest.

And now it’s time to put on your best shiny jacket while playing some synth tunes on your stereo because we’re jumping straight into the 1980s with our brand-new Neon vehicles!

The Neon vehicle edition, available between December 22, 2017 and January 3, 2018 consists of the following three premium vehicles:
  • ZBD-86 Tier 3 Armored Fighting Vehicle

  • M60-2000 Tier 7 Main Battle Tank
Despite their shiny appearance, these vehicles also come with a camouflage bonus like other special vehicle editions – think of it as them hiding behind their amazing appearance!

  • 30 days of Premium Time with 18% discount
  • 90 days of Premium Time with 20% discount
  • 180 days of Premium Time with 25% discount
  • 365 days of Premium Time with 33% discount
ZBD-86 Neon

The ZBD-86 (also known as WZ-501 or Type 86 IFV) is a Chinese unlicensed copy of the Soviet BMP-1, acquired from Egypt in the 1980s. The vehicle is practically identical to its Soviet counterpart with even its engine being a copy of the original UTD-20, but the Malyutka ATGM launcher was replaced with the HJ-73 Red Arrow missile launcher. By the time it entered service in 1992, it was already obsolete.

You can learn more about its history in our dedicated article!

In Armored Warfare, the ZBD-86 is a Tier 3 Armored Fighting Vehicle. Gameplay-wise, it’s roughly on par with its Soviet BMP-1 counterpart, but its Read Arrow missile packs more of a punch.

It is available in the following bundles:

Standard Bundle (available permanently) containing:
  • ZBD-86 Neon Tier 3 Premium Armored Fighting Vehicle
Improved Bundle with 17% discount, containing:
  • ZBD-86 Neon Tier 3 Premium Armored Fighting Vehicle

  • 333 Gold
Prime Bundle with 30% discount, containing:
  • ZBD-86 Neon Tier 3 Premium Armored Fighting Vehicle
  • 7 days of Premium Time
  • 5 Gold Loot Crates
  • 2 Platinum Loot Crates
  • 1.500 Gold
RDF/LT Neon

The RDF-LT designation stands for Rapid Deployment Force Light Tank. Several prototypes were built for the U.S. armed forces evaluations with various guns. It was, however, never mass-produced and the project was terminated in 1985.

You can read more about its development in our dedicated article.

In Armored Warfare, the RDF/LT is a Tier 6 Light Tank. It was originally offered as a part of the Collector’s Edition, but it also exists as a part of the Claw vehicle edition, featuring unique camouflage. The variant modeled in the game is the vehicle armed with the 76mm M32 gun as it was the closest the RDF/LT came to mass production. Its gun is quite accurate, fires fast and has a lot of penetration, but these advantages are compensated by the low damage per shot value. It is also quite fast and accelerates well but isn’t perhaps as nimble as other Light Tanks of its Tier.

It is available in the following bundles:

Standard Bundle (available permanently) containing:
  • RDF/LT Neon Tier 6 Premium Light Tank
Improved Bundle with 20% discount, containing:
  • RDF/LT Neon Tier 6 Premium Light Tank

M60-2000

The M60-2000 was a prototype upgrade for the M60 Patton series of Main Battle Tanks from the late 1990s. The idea behind it was to replace the old M60 turret with one from the Abrams MBT in order to provide a cost-effective solution for the owners of the Patton series. It was offered to several countries with Turkey showing the most interest, but lost the competition for Turkish M60 upgrades to the Israeli Sabra.

In Armored Warfare, the M60-2000 is a Tier 7 Main Battle Tank. Its main advantages include well-protected turret and a 120mm M256 gun on Tier 7, making this tank a deadly opponent, especially if fighting defensively with the hull hidden behind cover. However, its hull is quite fragile for its tier, making this tank more suitable as a second-line support vehicle, firing at its enemies from distance.

It is available in the following bundles:

Standard Bundle (available permanently) containing:
  • M60-2000 Neon Tier 7 Premium Main Battle Tank
Improved Bundle with 19% discount, containing:

Armored Warfare - Silentstalker
Commanders!

Today, we have another first-time offer for you in the form of a brand new Tier 8 Premium Main Battle Tank called Type 96B!

The Type 96B MBT, as its name suggests, is an evolution of the Type 96A, featuring such elements as an upgraded fire control system and a much more powerful engine, resulting in considerably better mobility and speed. Unlike the Type 96A, however, the Type 96B is a prototype, designed for the Chinese military team to use during the annual Tank Biathlon event in Russia. In 2017, the Chinese team won the second place, being defeated only by Russia.

You can learn more about its history in our dedicated article!

In Armored Warfare, the Type 96B is a Tier 8 Premium Main Battle Tank. Gameplay-wise, it’s very agile and fast for its class and uses advanced ammunition, making it highly suitable for players who prefer mobility over armor protection, even though it can take a lot of punishment as well. It comes with a special camouflage, used by the Chinese team during the Tank Biathlon event.

The Type 96B Main Battle Tank is available from December 22 to December 30 2017 in the following bundles:

Armored Warfare - Silentstalker
Episode 5 – “End of the Road”

  • Southern England, late Autumn, 2040

“And now,” Clayburn declared almost theatrically, “we’re getting to the really good part. Of course, my friend Sebastian here knows how it went down. Don’t spoil it, Basti,” he added, mockingly. Strom noticed another strange look Grimm gave him but Clayburn either didn’t care or decided to ignore it.

“Now, gentlemen,” he continued, scratching the scar on the right side of his face absent-mindedly, “where were we. Ah yes, the Seahawks left Jacksonville using the ramshackle train they had salvaged earlier. It wasn’t much, but their ship had bought them enough fuel, spare parts and help to get it moving. They loaded what they could and headed west.”

“Of course, we had to get there first and we did. Care to guess how?”

The man was in the best mood Strom had seen him in during the entire visit, almost grinning with excitement. He wasn’t sure what Clayburn was aiming at so he merely shrugged. Clayburn nodded as if he had expected that kind of reaction.

“The Black Eagles.”

Strom looked genuinely confused.

“The mercenary outfit led by that arrogant Cuban? I have heard of him. Didn’t know he operates in the U.S.”

“Cocky son of a bitch,” growled Grimm. Strom wasn’t entirely certain who he meant.

“No,” Clayburn rejoined the conversation. “The C-17 squadron from Istanbul that had taken the Seahawks to Cairo months earlier. Same name. Different unit,” he shrugged. “I worked with them before and they were more than happy to take a crack squad of Crimson Reavers to Texas in a fraction of the time it would take a ship to make the voyage. When the Seahawks – or what was left of them at that point – found the base, their vehicles were barely holding together, they were hungry and tired. Their only hope was what had been waiting for them inside the bunker. Caught between the Reavers who had arrived before them and my landing force that was already on its way, they were out of options.”

“Wait... wait,” Strom interrupted him. “Sir,” he added respectfully, seeing Clayburn raise his eyebrows.

“This makes no sense. If the C-17s could have taken them to the USA, why didn’t the Seahawks just sell all their vehicles in Istanbul and escaped to some badlands, or anywhere else? They didn’t know about the bunker back then if I remember correctly. Why would Blackwood even risk going to Africa? He was clearly a smart man.”

Unexpectedly, Grimm chuckled and shook his head at Clayburn.

“Told you. Lack of imagination.”

Amused, Clayburn shrugged again and gave Strom a long, pensive look before responding.

“Greed is a powerful thing, gentlemen. So is anger. If unchecked, both can make you blind. Greedy people make mistakes. Angry people do not see what is in front of them. But people who are greedy and angry at the same time... they are the worst.”

“Like your nephew was, sir?” added Strom quietly.

“Yes,” nodded Clayburn. “Just like Peter. The fool threw my name around as if it meant something but we were never close. He used his heritage as a shield when we had in fact met only once and he was three years old back then. We hardly had any ties. Besides, I cannot abide nepotism. It disgusts me.”

“Why put him in charge of the Balkan operation then?”

Clayburn waved his hand dismissively.

“He could have surprised me. At least a bit.”

“And did he?”

“He did not.”

“But how do the Seahawks fit in? What was really in the bunker? They did get through, didn’t they?”

Grimm and Clayburn suddenly both grew serious.

“Yes. Eventually. Some of them.”

Strom sighed, nodding.

“So they won. They got the grand prize.”

“Perhaps. But it wasn’t what they had expected.”
  • Somewhere in Texas, early December, 2039
The few vehicles they had left were lined against the gate of a small facility, well hidden amidst the barren, rolling hills of northern Texas. There wasn’t much to look at – a massive bunker entrance at the end of a long gorge, a merge of concrete and steel, towering threateningly in front of them, surrounded by a few support buildings, cisterns, trucks and cars. Impossible to find unless one knew where to look.

And in front of it all, a Crimson Reaver squad, standing in silence, awaiting their next move.

The trip hadn’t been as exhausting physically as it had been mentally. The train moved fast, but the Seahawks had to disembark several times to clear several obstacles blocking the railway. Nobody bothered them but they all had heard the news of Clayburn forces landing in Jacksonville – once the radio transmissions reached the communications, the information spread like wildfire. They’ve also seen trails in the sky and many of them prayed to whoever would listen for just a tiny bit of luck.

But their prayers fell on deaf ears – the Reavers had beaten them to their destination. It wasn’t a large outfit, but big enough to hold them off for a while. The perfectly clean Clayburn Industries machines stood in stark contrast to the worn-out vehicles; the last leg of the journey hadn’t been kind to their vehicles either.

Kathryn Grey sat on top of the turret of her tank, eating an apple. To her right, the only other functional Abrams the Seahawks had left, the ‘Hephaistos’, was being inspected by a maintenance crew. Two men poured the last drops of fuel into its hungry maw from the fuel canisters they had dragged with them. Three remaining Strykers, including Seagrove’s own ‘Avenger’, were parked nearby, waiting for the opportunity to pounce on the enemy. The rest of the Seahawks were still arriving – a motley assortment, resembling a warband far more than an actual former corporate unit, or even a mercenary company.

They had long since abandoned any pretenses – a Bradley here, a few trucks there, half-stripped Humvees, even a few civilian cars. Seagrove thought that it was amazing how much a difference the last few months make.

The only person seemingly unaffected by the stress of the journey was, as usual, Blackwood. He strode around, observing the enemy, talking to the Seahawks, radiating self-confidence. His calm demeanor lifted the spirits of men and women around him – after all, he had taken them this far, surely they’d see this through with him once again. One last action. Once more unto the breach and then – salvage and disperse, to each a share of the bounty, enough to make the travel to the western coast, to the mythical tech paradise of Greater California, north, towards the American Midwest and its great plains, or – for the most adventurous of souls – the war-torn south with its eternal combination of tropical paradise and conflict.

The battle plans were made at dinner, consisting of tea and stale bread. “Don’t worry, tomorrow, we’ll be dining something better,” Blackwood reminded them. They all chewed their food in silence, hidden from enemy sights by the shadow of a nearby rock. Without waiting for their reaction, he continued.

“Here’s what we’ll do. Joshua, Kate, I want you to spearhead the assault. Nothing fancy – the bunker’s at the end of this gorge, we don’t have much room to maneuver anyway. Missile teams will sneak into the hills at night. When you charge, they’ll attack the Reavers from all sides. We have to strike hard and fast before the main Clayburn force gets here. We’ll crack the bunker, load what we can and run. They’ll never catch us.”

Seagrove couldn’t help but think that something was off. It wasn’t the entire situation – the plan was simple and made sense. This is what they had been talking about previously. But, he couldn’t shake the feeling that something was missing. It all felt very straightforward in a world where few things had been.

But, he conceded, perhaps it was finally their turn to strike the jackpot.

Their meal was interrupted by one of the scouts, bringing the news of Clayburn forces leaving Jacksonville. They’d be there soon. It was time for action.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tAJdan7ZDSs

Holiday Mode

A squad of snowmen took a magical sleigh and is dropping tree decorations over the village! Help Grandfather Frost gather the decorations and put them on the tree!

Tree decorations will spawn across the map and it’s your and your team’s duty to pick each one up and bring it back to your base. But beware – evil grinch-driven armored vehicles will stop at nothing to steal them from you, ruining your holidays!

There are three hidden achievements in the mode, don’t miss them!

Please note: the mode is only available for 15 minutes once per 45 minutes

Rules

  • The holiday mode can be selected in the Garage in the mode menu
  • The match generally follows the rules of Global Operations with both sides having a number of points
  • Capturing and bringing home the decorations resembles a Capture the Flag mode, each capture reduces enemy’s pool of points
  • The first time a decoration spawns, it will always be in the center of the map, the rest of the spawns are random
  • Player who captures a decoration will be clearly identified by an icon and visible on the minimap
  • Destroying a vehicle carrying the decoration will cause the decoration to drop to the ground and become available for capture by someone else
  • A new decoration spawns every 90 seconds
  • It’s necessary to capture 5 decorations to win a match
  • The match is played in 12v12 format and lasts 15 minutes

Armored Warfare - Silentstalker
Commanders!

We are happy to announce Update 0.23 " Caribbean Crisis", bringing the long-awaited addition of Armored Warfare lore to the game in the form of a new PvE mode called Special Operations!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qVRcV-gD9QU

The main features of Update 0.23 “Caribbean Crisis” include:
  • Special Operations
  • New PvP map Grassy Fields
  • Night Battles
  • AI in Low-Tier PvP
  • New Dossier UI
  • Epic Medals
Special Operations

It is 2042 and a new enemy has emerged from the shadows, threatening the very foundations of the world. Embark upon a quest to protect the world against ruthless enemies! The Special Operations mode consists of series of challenging PvE missions following one after another.

The first Special Operation called “Caribbean Crisis” will consist of three new missions, available in Standard or Hardcore difficulty, suitable for organized platoons of players. The rewards will more than match the challenge with the mode periodically offering improved income over standard PvE as well as difficult to complete achievements that award players with special decals, camouflage patterns and much more. Read more in our dedicated article!

New PvP map Grassy Fields

The meadows and forests of eastern Croatia welcome you, commanders. Its open countryside is ideal for armored vehicle operations and offers numerous flanking opportunities as well as positions from which accurate fire can rain down upon your opponents. But don’t let the beauty and serenity of the environment distract you from your goal, commanders – destroy the enemy at all costs!

This map will be available in both Standard and Encounter mode.

Night Battles

We are introducing a new night fighting game mode to both PvP and PvE. Initially, the mode will be used on a single PvP map, Grassy Fields. Use your vehicle’s night vision devices and thermal optics to master the art of warfare in the darkness of moonless nights. Limited visibility will make spotting difficult, improving the importance of reconnaissance and battlefield awareness.

AI in Low-Tier PvP

To improve the low-Tier experience of Armored Warfare and to help new players learn the basics of PvP combat, we are introducing AI opponents to Tier 1 and Tier 2 battles, playing on each team’s side. The AI opponents will behave like actual players, trying to not only kill the enemy, but also to capture bases.

Please note that players will still fight against other players at low Tiers since the AI opponents will only form one half of each team under most circumstances. Standard PvP restrictions will apply in these matches.

New Dossier User Interface

We’ve overhauled the Dossier to match the new User Interface visual design of Armored Warfare.

The new Dossier includes:
  • Player and Vehicle statistics (including detailed breakdown)
  • New Achievements window
  • Detailed match history
Epic Medals

Some battles are simply too epic to forget – you kill almost all enemies by yourselves, kill enemies by setting them on fire, or single-handedly turn the tide of battle. That’s where the brand-new Epic Medals come in.

Epic Medals are awarded for truly notable achievements such as:
  • Achieving 14 kills in a single match
  • Destroying a vehicle heavier than yours by ramming it
  • Spotting no fewer than 9 enemy vehicles
  • Obtaining more Reputation in one battle than 99.9% of all players playing the same Tier and Class
And much more – 20 medals are waiting for you to obtain them. Each of them will be rewarded by a special Reputation and Credit multiplier for the match, dependent on the difficulty of obtaining the said medal, ranging from relatively small to truly epic (400%). Additionally, all medals are stored in your player profile for you to brag with!

This is not the full scope of “Caribbean Crisis” features – in one of its future updates, we’ll also introduce such features as:
  • Armor Inspector
  • Loot System Overhaul
  • Matchmaking Improvements
  • Ranking Battles
List of 0.23 Changes

Gameplay Mechanisms

  • Complete the first chapter on "Hardcore" difficulty while the entire team destroys 43 vehicles or more
  • Complete the third chapter on "Hardcore" difficulty without anyone on the team dying, 5 times
Night Fighting Mode

We are introducing a new night fighting game mode to both PvP and PvE. Initially, the mode will be used on a single PvP map, Grassy Fields. Use your vehicle's night vision devices and thermal optics to master the art of warfare in the darkness of moonless nights. Limited visibility will make spotting difficult, improving the importance of reconnaissance and battlefield awareness.

This mode features the following changes compared to the standard rules:
  • Viewrange of all vehicles reduced to 40%
  • Camouflage factor of all vehicles increased by 30%
  • Firing instantly reduces camouflage to zero
First Victory of the Day Overhaul

We've overhauled the First Victory of the Day bonus. Starting from Update 0.23, the bonus will be awarded for each mode individually – receiving the First Victory of the Day bonus in PvE will allow you to receive it on the same vehicle again in PvP or Global Operations.

Game Economy Changes

Following the changes made in Update 0.22, we are introducing a few more adjustments to the game economy.

For one, we've significantly increased the amount of Reputation players receive for dealing damage and for support. Furthermore:
  • We fixed the formula calculating the rewards for damaging a higher Tier vehicle – this results in more fair rewards, addressing the cases where a player of lower Tier who did more damage than a player of higher Tier receives less rewards
  • The victory multiplier to Reputation income for the Encounter PvP mode was increased from 25% to 50%
  • Falarick ATGM (105mm and 120mm versions) prices were somewhat lowered
Commander Skill Changes

We rebalanced a number of Commander Skills in order to improve their effect and value. Specifically:
  • Skills that reduce the penalties for crew or module losses
  • Skills offering reduced damage from ramming
  • Skills offering faster ammunition swap
  • Conditional skills, triggered upon destroying enemy vehicle's module, upon using a consumable, upon dealing damage at over 300 meters and upon start of a fire
General Changes
  • We've overhauled the garage lighting system to make the models more visually appealing
  • We've also improved the shader mechanism, its stability and texture loading, solving numerous issues and artifacts
  • Custom match in-game chat messages are now visible to other players
Vehicles
