This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Corner Soft and governs your use of Your Cat, including its content and updates ("Software"). It applies when you accept it through the agreement process presented to you. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software; any refund request remains subject to Steam's refund policy and applicable law.
Your use of Steam is separately governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement. This Agreement does not replace your agreement with Valve or restrict rights granted under applicable law.
If you lawfully obtain access to the Software, Corner Soft grants you a non-exclusive license to install and use it for your personal use on compatible devices, within your Steam entitlement and this Agreement. Sharing or transferring access is permitted only to the extent allowed by Steam's rules and applicable law. This license does not transfer ownership of the Software or its assets.
You must not distribute unauthorized copies of the Software or its assets, resell or rent the Software without permission, remove copyright or license notices, or bypass entitlement checks to access paid content without authorization. You must not use the Software to infringe another person's rights or violate applicable law.
These restrictions do not limit activities permitted by mandatory law, including applicable rights of interoperability, reverse engineering or backup, or rights granted by a relevant third-party license or separate written permission.
Rights in the Software and its content remain with their respective rights holders. Open-source libraries, fonts and other third-party components remain subject to their own licenses. Those licenses take precedence over this Agreement for the components they cover.

Purchases and refund requests for Your Cat and any DLC obtained through Steam are handled through Steam. Eligibility, exceptions and procedures follow Steam's current refund policy and applicable consumer law. This Agreement does not create an additional subscription fee or restrict statutory remedies.

Your Cat provides desktop interactions according to the features and settings supported by your version and operating system. You can adjust available settings or exit the Software to stop its running interactions.
The current version stores settings and saved data locally and does not provide automatic Steam Cloud synchronization. Uninstalling the Software may leave saved files or settings on your computer. Back up data you wish to keep before deleting it or reinstalling your operating system.
Personal information and desktop information are handled as explained in the Privacy Policy. Accepting this Agreement is not blanket consent to unrelated personal information processing.

Updates may correct defects, improve compatibility or change features. Supported platforms, system requirements and features are described on the store page and in relevant product notices. Compatibility with every device, operating-system update or third-party program cannot be guaranteed. This does not reduce our obligations concerning the product as described, required updates or remedies under applicable law.
Each party's responsibility is determined by applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits non-waivable consumer rights, liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No clause requires you to waive a statutory right to repair, replacement, refund, damages or another available remedy.
You may stop using and uninstall the Software at any time. If you materially breach this Agreement, Corner Soft may terminate the license only as permitted by law, after notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach where required and appropriate. If a license lawfully ends, use under that license must stop. This does not remove refund rights, statutory remedies or rights retained under third-party licenses.
Material changes will be explained in a product notice or the agreement presentation before they take effect, and any acceptance required by law will be obtained. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Translations are intended to have the same meaning, subject to mandatory rules protecting consumers. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
