THE DRAWRATOS — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
In The Drawratos, you can draw on cards and bluff. These rules explain how to play the game and what is and isn’t allowed.
Please respect other players and their rights. You are responsible for your drawings and messages. Player content does not reflect the views of Sliva Group or Targem Games. Illegal content and behavior that violates the rules below are prohibited. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

1. SIDES OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. This Agreement is entered into between you and OOO “Targem Games,” hereinafter referred to as the “licensor” or “we.” The licensor is the publisher of the game under the name Targem Games. The game’s developer is OOO “SLIVA GROUP” operating under the name Sliva Group. Information about the licensor and the developer is provided in Section 9. The developer is not a party to this Agreement.
1.2. When you launch the game for the first time, before you begin playing, you will be presented with the full text of the Agreement and given the option to save it. Checking the box “I accept the EULA terms” constitutes acceptance of the Agreement. You cannot begin playing the game without accepting these terms. The game is rated 16+. Please comply with the age restrictions applicable to the game in your country. If the law requires the consent of a parent or other legal guardian to enter into this Agreement, obtain such consent before accepting the terms.
2. LICENSE SCOPE
2.1. You are granted a simple, non-exclusive license: you may install a legally obtained copy of the game on your devices, run it, load it into your devices’ memory to the extent necessary for its operation, and use the game’s features for personal entertainment. This license is valid worldwide for the duration of the exclusive right, unless terminated earlier on legal grounds.
2.2. For the paid version, the fee for the rights granted is included in the price listed when purchasing the game through Steam or another authorized platform. No additional fees are charged under this Agreement. The demo version and versions expressly provided free of charge may be used at no cost. Access via the methods provided by Steam does not require a separate fee under this Agreement. Refunds are governed by the platform’s policies and applicable law.
2.3. The game is a multimedia product. The rights to its code, graphics, music, and other elements are reserved by their respective copyright holders. The license does not permit you to distribute copies of the game, sell or rent them, distribute extracted elements separately, circumvent protection measures, or interfere with the game’s operation. Exceptions expressly provided for by law remain in effect. Recordings and livestreams are permitted under the terms of Section 5.
3. YOUR DRAWINGS AND MESSAGES
3.1. Images on cards, text, voice messages, and other materials that you create or display through the game are referred to as user-generated content. You choose the content yourself and are responsible for ensuring that its creation, use, and distribution are lawful.
3.2. You retain all rights to the original content you create. Within the scope of your rights, you grant the licensor, the developer, and other participants in the relevant game session, free of charge, a simple, non-exclusive license to reproduce your content in the memory of devices, transmit it, and display it through the game, solely for the purpose of conducting that game session. This license is valid worldwide for the duration of the relevant session. You do not acquire any rights to elements of the game itself. This permission does not extend to the separate commercial use of your content or its publication in recordings or livestreams by other participants.
3.3. Player drawings and messages are user-generated content. They do not become official game materials simply because they appear on screen, in a recording, or in a livestream. The provision of drawing and communication tools does not imply that Sliva Group or Targem Games endorses the content created using them.
4. WHAT IS PROHIBITED IN THE GAME
4.1. Please use the game’s features with respect for other players. Sliva Group and Targem Games do not condone the use of the game for illegal activities, causing harm to others, or violating their rights. It is prohibited to create, transmit, or display content in the following categories:
4.2. These rules apply to images, text, voice chat messages, and any other forms of expression within the game, in both public and private lobbies. References to humor, the fictional nature of the content, or the consent of participants do not exempt users from complying with these rules. When evaluating content, both its substance and context are taken into account. Game rules may be stricter than the law.
4.3. You may not impersonate a representative of Sliva Group or Targem Games, use malicious software, interfere with the operation of other people’s devices, or use technical means to prevent others from playing the game. Bluffing, as provided for by the game mechanics, is permitted.
5. SCREENSHOTS AND LIVESTREAMS
5.1. You may post screenshots, record gameplay, and livestream the game, including through monetization via the streaming platform. This permission applies only to the rights that the licensor is authorized to grant. It does not permit the distribution of prohibited content. The licensor’s permission to record and stream the game does not, in and of itself, grant the right to use other players’ protected content. Such rights must be obtained separately unless the relevant use is permitted by law.
5.2. You are responsible for the user-generated content you choose to publish. If prohibited material appears in a post, delete or hide that portion before publishing. During a livestream, take all reasonable measures to stop the content from being shown. Do not present players’ content as endorsed by Sliva Group or Targem Games. This does not prevent lawful reporting violations to the appropriate authorities.
6. LIABILITY AND VIOLATION OF THE RULES
6.1. You are legally responsible for your content and actions. Sliva Group and Targem Games are not the authors of user-generated content. Such content does not reflect the views of the developer or publisher.
6.2. Each player is responsible for the content they create and distribute in accordance with applicable law. The mere provision of game tools does not imply that the licensor or developer is the author of such content or endorses it. To the extent permitted by law, the licensor and the developer are not liable for violations committed independently by players. This limitation does not apply to liability for the own acts or omissions of the aforementioned parties, which cannot be excluded by the Agreement.
6.3. We do not guarantee that every image or post will be reviewed in advance. The absence of a review or an immediate response does not imply approval of the content and does not relieve of any obligations expressly established by law.
6.4. In the event of a breach of this Agreement, the licensor has the right to demand that the breach be remedied and to seek remedies available under applicable law. Termination of this Agreement is permitted on the grounds and in accordance with the procedures established by applicable law. Upon lawful termination of the license, you must cease using the game to the extent of the terminated rights. This Agreement does not grant the licensor the right to manage your Steam account.
6.5. This Agreement does not exclude the licensor’s, developer’s, or publisher’s liability for their own acts or omissions if such liability cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including rights regarding defects in the game and refunds, remain unaffected.
7. USING STEAM
7.1. Use of your Steam account and services is governed by Valve’s terms and conditions. Valve’s data processing practices are described in the Steam Privacy Policy. This Agreement does not modify those documents or impose any obligations on Valve under this Agreement.
8. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT AND RESOLVING DISPUTES
8.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory laws of the country of your habitual residence, where applicable. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in accordance with the applicable rules of jurisdiction. The consumer’s statutory right to choose a court remains unaffected.
8.2. We will notify you of any changes to the Agreement and their effective date via Steam or the game interface before they take effect. Changes that require your consent will apply to you once we receive it. The mere posting of a new version does not constitute your consent and does not terminate any rights you have previously been granted. Changes are not applied retroactively and do not limit the statutory rights granted to you by law.
8.3. You may stop using the game at any time. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

- Sexual content and exploitation. Pornographic materials, depictions of sexual violence, and materials depicting sexual exploitation, including that involving minors.
- Violation of others’ rights. Personal data and information about others’ private lives without a legal basis, as well as materials that infringe on copyrights, exclusive rights, or other rights.
- Harmful content. Materials that encourage harm to oneself or others, as well as other content that violates applicable laws.
