Turtle Game — End User License Agreement
Version: 2026-09-28

This agreement is between you and It From Bit Co., Ltd. (주식회사 잇프롬빗) and applies to the Steam edition of Turtle Game (App ID 3952050).
With a valid Steam entitlement, you may install and play the game for personal use through the features permitted by Steam. The game and its content remain the property of their respective rights holders. You may not redistribute or resell copies of the game except where applicable law or the rights holder permits it. This does not restrict features expressly provided by the game or Steam, including Steam Workshop and Steam's permitted sharing features.

Steam accounts, purchases, payment and refunds are governed by the applicable Steam terms and policies. This agreement does not remove any mandatory consumer rights or rights available under Steam's refund policy.

In versions that provide gameplay analytics, analytics is off by default and starts only after you separately opt in within the game. You can play without opting in. Accepting this agreement does not enable analytics or replace that separate choice.

To improve gameplay and balance, we may analyze game modes, run starts and ends, results, event times, play duration, scores, stages reached, selected decks, creature gameplay statistics, and game/rules versions. Steam authentication verifies your account and ownership of the game. Our analytics database uses a pseudonymous identifier derived from your Steam ID instead of storing the Steam ID in analytics records. Names, email addresses, passwords, and save files are not sent as gameplay analytics records.

Analytics records are transmitted over HTTPS, stored using Cloudflare services, and viewed by authorized developer administrators for game improvement. Cloudflare may process connection information, including IP addresses, to provide and secure its services, including through infrastructure outside your country. This analytics choice does not control information processed independently by Steam or Cloudflare for their own services.

Analytics records are periodically removed after 30 days from server receipt. Minimal information needed for authentication and to prevent duplicate uploads and abuse is periodically removed after 31 days of inactivity.

You can turn collection off at any time under “Play data sharing” in the game settings. This stops new collection and uploads and deletes unsent records on this device. Use “Delete my records” to separately request deletion of analytics already sent; the game shows whether the request has completed or remains pending. Turning collection off or requesting deletion does not affect game progress, rewards, or saves.

This section describes our optional Steam gameplay analytics. It does not replace policies governing separate Steam features or the Android edition of the game.
