MORSE OPERATOR
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Gamepals Studios, established in Argentina ("Gamepals Studios", "we", or "us"), and governs your use of Morse Operator, including its accompanying content and updates (the "Game").
Please read this Agreement before accepting it through Steam or another valid acceptance process. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game. Your refund rights are described in Section 8.
1. LICENSE TO USE THE GAME
When you lawfully obtain the Game, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to install and play it on devices you own or control, for your private entertainment, subject to this Agreement and the applicable terms of the distribution platform.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Game or its intellectual property. Sharing, transfers, and access expressly permitted by Steam or mandatory applicable law remain permitted. Section 6 separately permits gameplay recordings and streams.
2. RESTRICTIONS
Except where permitted by applicable law, the relevant third-party license, Steam's authorized features, or our written permission, you may not:
- Redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or provide paid access to the Game or its separately extracted assets.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, or circumvent its license or access controls.
- Remove or falsify copyright, trademark, or other ownership notices.
- Copy protected Game code or assets into another product without authorization.
These restrictions do not prevent ordinary configuration changes, controller remapping, personal save backups, or activities that applicable law protects.
3. OWNERSHIP AND THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
The Game's software, artwork, writing, audio, and other materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Rights belong to Gamepals Studios or their respective rights holders. Rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
The Game includes third-party software and fonts. Their applicable license terms and notices continue to apply and take precedence over this Agreement for those components where they differ. This Agreement does not restrict rights granted by an applicable open-source or third-party license.
4. STEAM AND PLATFORM SERVICES
Steam is operated by Valve Corporation. Your Steam account, purchases, platform access, and use of Steam services are governed separately by the Steam Subscriber Agreement:

This Agreement supplements those terms for the Game and does not replace them. Valve is not a party to this Agreement. Features such as achievements, Steam Input, and Steam Cloud depend on the availability and configuration of the relevant Steam services.
5. SAVED DATA AND PRIVACY
The Game stores progress, preferences, and diagnostic logs on your device. Its Steam integration uses your Steam account identifier to distinguish player saves and exchanges achievement and progress statistics with Steam. Where available and enabled, Steam Cloud synchronizes eligible save files through Steam.

If you contact our support team, we receive the information you choose to send. Do not send passwords or payment credentials. You can contact support@gamepals.net with questions about information you have provided to us.
6. GAMEPLAY VIDEOS, STREAMS, AND SCREENSHOTS
You may record, publish, and stream your own gameplay, including in reviews, tutorials, and monetized videos or livestreams. This permission covers only rights controlled by Gamepals Studios; it does not grant rights in independently controlled third-party material.
You may not redistribute the Game itself or sell its extracted assets under this permission. Do not present your content as officially endorsed by Gamepals Studios unless we have agreed to that endorsement.
7. UPDATES
We may release fixes, improvements, and other updates. Updates may be delivered automatically according to your Steam settings. We will meet any obligations imposed by applicable law concerning necessary updates and the Game's conformity with its description.
Unless expressly included in your purchase or required by law, buying the Game does not include a promise of additional chapters, downloadable content, sequels, or indefinite new features.
8. CONSUMER RIGHTS, REFUNDS, WARRANTIES, AND LIABILITY
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any consumer rights, statutory guarantees, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes applicable rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content and any mandatory rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction, cancellation, or a refund.
For purchases made through Steam, refund requests may be submitted through Steam Support under Steam's refund policy:

That policy does not replace additional rights you may have under applicable law.
The Game may contain bugs. We do not make an additional contractual promise that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with configurations outside its published system requirements. This does not reduce our obligations concerning the Game's advertised functionality, quality, or required updates, or our liability under applicable law.
9. TERM AND TERMINATION
You may stop using or uninstall the Game at any time. Ordinary uninstallation does not, by itself, terminate your license.
Subject to applicable law, we may terminate this license for a material breach of this Agreement. Where a breach can be remedied, we will give you notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it before termination. Any termination must respect your mandatory consumer rights and any applicable platform procedures.
If your license lawfully ends, you must stop using and uninstall the Game. Termination does not remove rights or remedies that applicable law preserves. Provisions that by their nature continue after termination, including ownership and applicable consumer protections, remain effective.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Argentina, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of protections that cannot be excluded under the law applicable to you, including any protections available in your country of habitual residence.
Nothing in this Agreement requires binding arbitration, waives collective proceedings, or prevents you from bringing a claim before a court or consumer authority where applicable law allows you to do so.
11. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We may propose changes to this Agreement when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the Game or legal requirements. Material changes will be notified in advance and will require acceptance where applicable law requires it. Changes will not retroactively remove rights you have already acquired.
