Fairly addictive farm management game - feels like Harvest Moon, but with a sprinkling of Zelda. Good pacing, execution, and overall addictiveness.

Games workshop mechanics under a Valkery Chronicles like skin. Rewarding character progression. Be prepaired to shed a few tears due to perma-death.

Take to the seas in this chaotic pirate sim. Shamelessly unrealistic and loads of fun, easy enough to play casually but deep enough to play seriously.

Spirital Successor to the early fallout games (1+2). If you like turn based strategy this game is really something special.

Has it's flaws and the story could use work, but awesome gameplay concept with brillant execution. Easy and only good for 10ish hrs, but recommended.

Turn based space combat game/ visual novel. The VN is only so-so but the gameplay is fun and it's free. Better than the Sunrider: Academy counterpart.

Great writing, tollerable gameplay, sometimes grindy but always weird. Sunless Sea is unique and will keep you coming back till you've see it all.

I like zombie games, mostly because I can plow through masses of them, and State of Decay is a well executed Zombie game with depth. Get Year-One ed.
