BLUE: The only spidery thing here is going to be your web of informants spying on your rivals.

GREEN / YELLOW TEMPORARY: As of September 2025, the upcoming edition features MANY spiders, including on load screens. Normally, spiders are featured on various cards, but this edition deserves note.

YELLOW: Spiders exist and are fairly detailed and fantasy-realistic, despite having only six legs. They don't jump, move erratically, make sounds, but may appear in close quarters.

BLUE: Spider webs feature prominently in one section, but no spiders exist.

YELLOW/GREEN: Notable as being an Elder Scrolls game that contains no true spiders. Spider Daedra exist as enemies, i.e. human upper body/head, spider-esque lower-bodies, your mileage may vary there.

ORANGE: Beginning in "The Hunter and the Hunted", there are large, relatively detailed spiders featured as enemies, including in close quarters. The first encounter can be anticipated from afar.

ORANGE: Distant camera, but spiders appear suddenly and closer to the camera than expected. Used frequently from Act 2 onward, unavoidable. Thanks for Shadowtempest for the pointer!

RED / GREEN: Spiders jump at the player and appear at night. Devs are responsive to feedback and have now set the phobia mode to turn them into translucent shapeless slimes.

YELLOW: Spiders feature as enemies in dark cave areas. Distant camera perspective.
