A delightful short game, and exactly the types of 2d indie games I would love to play more of.

I’m freaked out by the ocean. But I faced my fears repeatedly while playing Subnautica, would highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys crafting adventure base building games!

A short 2d action game which has the music and theming of old Gameboy Color games. I’ve lovingly referred to this game as “Flappy-Frog” for its mechanics.

Guacamelee is probably one of the most colorful games I’ve ever played, I love the music, theme, and story. Controls are tight and responsive. Excellent Metroidvania 2d platformer beat-em-up brawler.

Boreal Blade is a Viking themed, team-based melee fighting game, a word of warning: You’ll need to buy extra copies for friends if you want to play it, because the community is long gone.

I haven’t worked this hard to learn how to play a game since my brush playing X-COM UFO Defense (1993). I’m glad I learned how to play and I had quite the adventure conquering the Galaxy!

Delta Force (1998) is an old classic Tactical First Person Shooter, where you play as a member of the United States elite army special operations origination known as “Delta Force”.

Catan is a strategy game where you gather resources from dice rolls and earn Victory Points by building Settlements, upgrading to cities, having the longest road, largest army, etc.

This platonic love story between an Orange Suited man and his beloved Crowbar has been heralded as a classic within the video game community and was a better love story then Twilight.
