Very XCOM like in a grimdark fantasy world. Punishing, sometimes unfair, works with those facts to improve the game. Strategy layer is also well executed. Draws heavily from Lovecraft and Souls games.

Has a good core idea and executes it well enough. The game ends just before it starts to go stale, with new game+ if you want more. Bit janky in places.

A great minimalistic RTS. Easy to play, it's relaxing while also requiring active thought. I'd also recommend it for puzzle game fans.

Semi real time tactics game. Great game mechanics rooted in the planning of the original Rainbow 6 games. Has a realistic bent in its gameplay.

High production values along with great direction create a terrifying experience. Understands and indulges in its flaws, working them into gameplay.

Gorgeous presentation coupled with well executed isometric brawling. A light RPG system and detached, self aware narrative tell its tale well.

Excellent rogue lite tactical starship game. Deep mechanics, hard difficulty, lots of unlocks and a rewarding, but not insurmountable learning curve.

A solid rogue lite bullet hell game, in a simillar vein to Isaac and Nuclear throne, but distinct from both. High skill cap, lots of secrets!

Fantastic narrative, excellent combat, great driving and a fun free running system. It's like the best parts of GTA, Assassins' Creed, and Arkham.

One of the most entertaining shooters I've played in the last decade. Has absolutely nailed its core gameplay design and has a great art style.
