After many years of drowning in the jank, I can finally tell you that yes, the game does have romances and even one night stands. Romances check your current body gender, so take note of that.

Game has a "marriage" and "offspring" system, but it's extremely basic as it only serves to strenghten your characters/skills. It's far from a bad game tho, and named NPC are very memorable.

The closest you'll ever get to romance LilyPichu, as a character is voiced by her as a "secret" romance route. Artstyle might not be your cup of tea and one character becomes genderfluid by the end.

By some unfathomable reason, the game indeed has a relationship system that ends with your significant other becoming a couple with you. 3 male, 3 female love interests.

The new update has revamped the relationship and marriage system, adding depth and flavor. However, the multiplayer update has introduced a plethora of bugs that can affect your enjoyement of the game

Game page promises marriage and romance are going to be added, but as of now, there's no way to romance anyone, nor much of anything else.

Not only is this game grindy and marriages are more of a gameplay device than a notable event, you can't even marry the discount Bayonetta or her twin. Baffling.
