This title is dated, and makes things as simple as traveling from one place to another tedious. But it's not dull, and is beautifully original.

A game that disappoints on every level compared to it's predecessor. But as a stand-alone title Dark Souls II shines as another tough Dark Fantasy RPG.

Tells a deep and more satisfying story than a lot of titles to date, and doesn't even sweat to try and look good. It looks GREAT, and plays AMAZINGLY.

Not as heartfelt as the first, although it makes a good effort. Not as memorable either, although again, this game tries hard enough. But it's WORTHY.
